J. M.Good practice. Have used extensively with young family. Good set up with Junction Pharmacy for prescriptions. Not saying there's never been a mistake etc, but if you're in the area and need a good, reliable GP, this is it. Excellent doctors and nursing staff. Good office staff. Can always get a same day appointment if you call at 8am.
J. H.Fantastic surgery! The ladies working at the reception go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I like that you get a phone call from a doctor, because honestly I rather just go and get my medicine than go to surgery with something that can be sorted over the phone. I am very grateful for this surgery and the people working in there. Well done!!
P. M.I've had a good experience here every time I've been. The ladies in reception have been helpful both in person and via email and the doctors are attentive. It's just a shame it's so hard to get an appointment 1st or last thing in the day to avoid taking time off work if you work normal office hours..
L. L.Certain staff can bring you down. In every environment there are good and bad. I wanted to leave this surgery but didn't because there are some really, and I mean really nice Doctors and staff. I was extremely anxious for some medical information and had a deadline. The person handling it was clearly incompetent, giving me someone elses medial records. They even asked me if I am sure that wasn't me? The person was over 10 years younger and the NHS number was different- they still didn't get it. I realised you can't reason with someone who has no reasoning ability. After waiting over 2 months. I went around and got all the information I needed myself.
There are honest staff members who are people friendly and more than capable of doing that job. Observation is the key.
