IVI made our dreams come true. I wasn't a number at IVI and felt like family. They made me feel beyond comfortable and supported at any given moment, even when I emailed them at midnight in total panic and got a very quick and calming response. I couldn't recommend IVI enough - they are truly the best fertility clinic. Thank you, IVI!

I would like to thank IVI for their exceptional support in helping us conceive in first go. We were having infertility since 5 years. I cant thank enough the team for helping me through out the process from scans to retrieving the eggs to egg transfer. I was able to retrieve 10 embryos. I will be having our baby girl in March 2022. I will highly recommend them as they have exceptional service and they looked after me so much. I was communicated through email and phone and getting appointment as per my own preference was really good. I’d like to thank Dr Diaz Dr Benjamin and the nursing team for such an incredible support. I remember I questioned dr Diaz will this work and he said don't worry you will see everything will go smooth and it did I will recommend all those couples reading this who are having infertility issues. Please go as this clinic can make it work and happen for you. No doubt its cost are expensive but then again it can make your dreams come true.

The people at IVI are lovely, and I’ve received really good treatment there. It has been a great experience. Unfortunately, their on-call number is never available, and we have been sitting for 3h at A&E when a simple phone call and advice from them would have sufficed. Lovely people, but please keep your on-call line available as this situation is very frustrating, thank you!

I switched to IVI from LWC having had 4 unsuccessful transfers and felt deflated and frustrated. IVI was wonderful to me, they took time to review my particular case in detail (as opposed to the rushed-through generic 'this works for most' ) and then built a plan. They treated me like an individual and everyone from admin, to nurses and the doctors were so attentive and kind. They seem to focus on quality rather than quantity and it seems to have worked, got pregnant first time with them and now in 2nd trimester. The prices were about the same as the other clinic. Warmly recommended.

My husband and I went to others clinic in London for couple of years but the experience we had at IVI doesn’t match any clinic in London and i truly mean that. Dr Diaz and his team have been absolutely amazing. We have so much respect for all the members of the staff. So understanding and compassionate.They went above and beyond to get all things right for us. That 1-2-1, Direct chat with the Dr Diaz meant everything to us especially when you’re anxious and worried about everything and your nerves hits the roof! I would just email Dr Diaz himself and i would get a response from him in no time.Thats what you need in times like that. We would like to express our gratitude and big THANK YOU to the receptionist as she would always welcome us with big and warm smile as we entered the door, all the nurses whom we saw during our treatment who calmed me when i felt anxious, the Embryologist for making our baby grow and to the all staff & Dr’s we wouldn’t have not meet- your contribution got us here too. Cesar the Great !! We had a wonderful experience with Cesar and the team. We would highly reccommend IVI to everyone. We travelled from Ireland as our fertility consultant Dr Kent Ayers ( absolute scientist when it comes to prescriptions if you’re in Ireland he is the man) spoke so highly of IVI London. Although our first implantation did not work and it was the height of covid we looked in to other clinics in Ireland so we could try again. They did not compare to IVI in anyway so we delayed our treatment so we could return to IVI and we were thankfully successful. We cannot thank the team enough. What you need in a clinic is an excellent lab, a skilled team and great communication, IVI has it all, from the admin team to the lab they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.The lab alone is top class and an extremely highly skilled team, we have experienced other clinics where the communication was poor and it felt like a business transaction. IVI is the opposite of this, they want the best possible outcome for you, Cesar is amazing, he takes the time to speak with you and you don't feel rushed, he was extremely patient with me and my multiple questions, on reflection I was highly irrational at times to be honest but Cesar never made me feel that my ideas or thoughts were not listened to, we genuinely felt like we were his only patients, he rang out of hours all the time and when we did get to London the team were so great and welcoming, so helpful and friendly we really found the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I just knew on the second implant that it had worked, there was so much great energy in the clinic I felt so confident in the teams ability. You have to trust that they are the experts and their success rates prove that they know what they are doing. Fertility issues are stressful enough without feeling like you are just another number. IVI really makes you feel that they are rooting for you every step of the way.

Thank you IVI London, you made our dream come true. After several years of fighting and failures in France and in Spain, our IVF worked first time at IVI London. Dr Diaz took care of us with great availability, perfectly clear and complete explanations and great transparency. What professionalism and what precision in the follow-up of the treatment! If you are considering IVF and are looking for a clinic that treats you with respect and dignity then I can't recommend IVI London highly enough. When I started out on my IVF journey I first saw a consultant at Lister Hospital as it was meant to be 'one of the best' clinics in London. The consultant was rude, spoke at us, rather than listened and just treated us as though we were on a conveyer belt of other patients. It almost put me off doing IVF. My experience with IVI London couldn't be further from this. From my initial consultation, it was clear that I would be treated as an individual and that the consultants were very sensitive to the fact this is a difficult period for most women to go through. The consultants and nursing staff were patient, kind, thorough and professional. I was also fortunate to be in the care of Dr Cesar Diaz who was central to helping me remain as calm as I could be during this process. He is incredibly knowledgable and I felt very safe and supported in his care. He always seemed to be available to speak to as well, even out of hours. I had one round of IVF with a successful implantation but unfortunately this didn't go full term. After a subsequent successful Frozen Embryo Transfer, I am now 14 weeks pregnant. There were a couple of hiccoughs on the admin/accounting side, which at times can feel a little haphazard but I really wouldn't let this or the other reviews put you off. Ultimately, its the level of medical care and support that matters and I really couldn't fault that. Good luck!

We knew that we were in the best hands to have our baby. Dr. Diaz and his team are among the best professionals and doctors of the whole Europe. Thanks to their attention and professionalism, we chose the egg donation programme due to my age(45) and fortunately I got pregnant in my first cycle. All members of the staff were available for us and happy to help when we had any doubts or problems. Certainly, doctors knew exactly what to do and how. After visiting other fertility clinics, we realised that it is best to have the best knowledgable gynecologists rather than people around saying beautiful words and not fully competent in their field. We are sure that IVI would need to improve a couple of things such as their administration department, but nothing that can be solved by talking and with the best of their willingness. Nowadays, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and we hope everything goes as well as so far. Thanks a lot IVI London , for making our dreams come true. It was the first clinic that I visited and with which I had my first contact in this type of treatment. They have excellent facilities and great technological means. His appointments are always on time and some of them were adapted to my working hours even outside of working hours.
