I’ve recently had a procedure with the Clinic and from start to finish the service has been brilliant. For me, undertaking a hair transplant was a big decision (like most), which is why I spent weeks undertaking research in to the best Clinics in the U.K.. After many consultations, The Kensington Hair Clinic stood out from others with their professionalism and customer service. My first point of contact was with a lovely woman called Trish, who was a major factor in choosing the Clinic due to her friendly personality and attentiveness. Dr Zaman further cemented my position to choose the Clinic with his professionalism and ability to clearly explain the procedure which reassured me this was the best choice for me. During the morning of the procedure I did feel nervous (which is normal), however, the team were great it settling me in and calmed my initial nervousness. The procedure itself was relatively pain free, while the entire team were attentive through out, consistently asking if I was comfortable etc. Upon leaving to Clinic, the whole team took time to say goodbye and wish me well, again demonstrating their great customer service. Post procedure, I have been given a robust after care plan to follow with daily checkups to see my progress. I’m looking forward to seeing the full results in the coming months!

I had my surgery a month ago at this place after being recommended by a friend and I must say, I was really satisfied with how well I was taken care of by Sylvia, Travis and the surgeons. During the surgery it was of course, uncomfortable but despite that the surgeons still made it as comfortable as they possibly could for me which was highly appreciated. I was allowed to choose what to watch/listen to and I was checked on by the lead surgeon often. Right now I'm at the after care phase and Sylvia has made it very reassuring for me during this. I have not had my final results yet but I can say with confidence that I highly recommend this hair clinic.

We have been looked after my Trish (Consultant) and Dr Kamal. Quick turnaround, always at the end of the phone and genuine care for their patients! There are so many clinics offering hair transplants but not like KHC. They really care about you and the service they offer. This isn’t just another sale for them, it’s a life long partnership! Although I didn’t receive any treatment from this company, I can’t express the tremendous customer service and dedication they have for the safety of their clients. I expressed an interest in having a hair transplant with this company, and I gave a thorough outline of my health issues and potential risks I thought could come from me having this surgery. After whatsapping Trevor back and forward (he’s also extremely quick at replying!) he didn’t want to give me any definitive answers until he spoke to his leading surgeons on the team. I was then surprised to receive a friendly phone call from Trevor where he spent about half an hour out of his day going through the pros and cons of what they could and couldn’t offer me as well as reassuring me of the benefits of the current treatments I take to prevent me losing more hair, all free of charge. I have spoken to a few clinics in london, mainly budget friendly groupon deal clinics who all made bold claims that everything would be fine and dandy.. you really do get what you pay for! Kensington hair clinic refused to do a hair transplant for me due to me being such a high risk patient, detailing past patients they have treated/heard of that have had unsuccessful outcomes (similar to my circumstances) and also gave me a thorough overview as to why and other alternatives on top of my current regime. I honestly can’t thank them enough for taking the time and warning me of other clinics who unfortunately in this day and age want nothing more than your money. If your worried about your health, or just want a company to look after you who’s #1 priority is the patients happiness and safety, this place is the one!

From the first consultation to post procedure care, I have been thoroughly impressed with Kensington Hair Clinic. Their professionalism is top class. As you will appreciate, people opting for hair transplantation will often have high expectations - just as I did. On my day of my procedure I was found to have a severe skin infection which would have affected the transplant. Rather than continue, my doctor Dr Zaman made the confident decision to postpone and I am so grateful. Since that day, I rescheduled and had a successful transplant only 1 month later. Trisha and Sylvia are always on hand for advice by Whatsapp and we are in constant communication to ensure the transplant is progressing as planned. The procedure itself was only minimally sore owing to the excellent surgical technique and local anaesthetic application of Dr Zaman. His attention to detail os first class. You may pay a little more for this service and won’t get the prices you would if you went abroad, but then you also won’t get the absolutely excellent service and long term follow up provided by Kensington Hair Clinic. They also provided me with a pack after the transplant with everything I would need afterwards including a comfy neck pillow, pain killers (although not really needed), saline spray and steroids. Fantastic service from Kensington Hair Clinic. I am now 2 months in and excited to see the final results!

From my first phone call all the way through to post op care the whole team have been fantastic. There is no hard sell, they listen and there is full transparency on what to expect throughout the process. I was pretty anxious on the morning but the surgeon and team were great and the excellent facilities created a calm environment. The recovery period and after care is meticulously mapped out for you which adds huge comfort. Team very responsive to any questions or concerns (even repetitive or stupid ones!) and regularly check in. Early days results wise but initial signs are good. There are various hair clinics out there but nothing beats the quality and excellence of this place. From day one, I was greeted and welcomed with utmost respect. The team at TKHC are extremely professional and caring in their approach. I have had two procedures, both times, from consultation to aftercare they have been extremely honest and supportive in there dealings with me. Dr Zaman and the medical team made me feel at ease throughout the procedure, making it as smooth as possible. Trevor and Sylvia help guide me through the aftercare, they are available by text or over the phone should you need anything. The way the aftercare package is laid out is very clear but if you do have any questions it can be so helpful to bounce it off them. I would highly recommend their services.

The Kensington Hair clinic have exceeded my expectations on successfully completing a FUE hair transplant at the age 59. Trevor video called me for a friendly chat and spoke openly and honestly about my expectations. I then travelled up to the clinic and met Dr Zaman who explained the procedure and how he would perform the transplant to the best effect. Trevor, Sylvia, and Dr Zaman at Kensington Hair Clinic have all been absolutely fantastic in their service for my FUE procedure with roughly 2000 grafts. Trevor wrote incredibly thorough and comprehensive emails detailing the procedure, and reassuring me with all my concerns. Even though I live in the US, he would often reply very late his time with such detailed emails. Sylvia has been very caring and organized after the procedure, checking in routinely to make sure that the new grafts are well taken care of. And Dr Zaman did an excellent job with the actual procedure himself, knowing detailed surgical techniques as such how to layer the single grafts at the front, and how to angle grafts to recreate a natural appearance. I can't wait to see the final result, but I'm already very happy with the extremely professional work by KHC, and highly recommend them to anyone interested in an FUE procedure.

My son's results for the first procedure were excellent. He has his second FUE procedure done here too as he wanted a top up on density. He wanted to do it here as the first time went so smoothly and we already trusted the clinic and the staff. We received a discount for coming back which was very much appreciated. The second time round was less painful than the first time and what we appreciated the most was my son requested a few grafts on his beard at the same time which the doctor obliged. I thought this was very professional and was very good service (going the extra mile) from a customer's perspective as the beard was a bit of an extra/add on that he wanted as there was a few patches spots in his beard. 5/5 for quality and pricing. The aftercare following my hair transplant has exceeded every high expectation I had.. But let me start at the beginning! I had receding hair at the front and loss on the crown - at age 42 I wasn't ready to give up yet. Friends who have had transplants had poor results from overseas - with no option of aftercare - so for me, finding a trusted clinic in the UK which I could visit afterwards was essential. As was finding a clinic with people that ONLY did hair transplants. After my initial assessment with Trevor, I met Dr Zaman and both explained the process (pre, during and after the procedure) and what they believed was achievable. We had some good debates about the style of my hair post-transplant, with Dr Zaman explaining every step of the way what he was suggesting and why - I hadn't appreciated the artistic prowess needed for this surgery. There was no hard sell and I had all the time I needed to go back with multiple questions. When it was time for my surgery, it was painless and dare I say an enjoyable day - Dr Zaman & his team were brilliant with me during my 10-hour surgery. I left with a day by day plan of what to do, was clear what I must not do - and I had detailed aftercare contacts scheduled with the team. Calls, photos sent, assessments made, during each call with Sylvia we worked through how things should be and what I should be doing - washing, spraying, sleeping...plus I had Dr Zaman messaging me throughout my recovery, the team checking on my progress and healing; I honestly felt so supported through every day of my recovery for the weeks after the procedure, before I then returned for my face to face review, and am now having subsequent PRP injections into my head to support the procedure too. 8 weeks on the aftercare continues - I know the team are there for my questions (and reassurance!). I've already recommend friends to Kensington Hair Clinic, one has had his transplant already and another is booked in. Im glad I did my research - this is such an important procedure and having a team I can access and go & see whenever I need has been brilliant. Highest recommendation.

I approached Kensington hair clinic with the intention of having a FUE hair transplant procedure, as it's something I've wanted done for a while. I was born with a large forehead and wanted it to be more in proportion with my face especially as a woman. I'm a 27, it's been 3 days since I had my hair transplant and it's healing nicely. The team were amazing from consultation right through to post op and really look after you. They really care about their patients and the service is just exceptional. Very knowledgeable and non-salesy and only want what's best for you. The day of surgery went well and I had absolutely nothing to be nervous about. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone thinking about having a hair transplant. A special thanks to Trisha, Sylvia, Dr. Shipu and the rest of the team. I was on Finasteride and Minoxidil before I came to the Kensington Hair Clinic where it stopped the hair loss and reversed it to some degree for about 5 years. After this, it actually started to worsen again and because this was the only medication substantially proven to help, this affected my confidence and my mental health quite a lot until I decided to go for a hair transplant. I actually made a visit to quite a few clinics where I was either met by salespeople, or given a very high quote. None of the clinics compared to the KH clinic when it came to quality and price. I was met by Trish who was extremely transparent and honest which felt very rare in this type of industry. There was no hard sale or pitch and I felt that the KH clinic was the best to suit my needs. I'd say no other clinic could compare when it comes to price and the amount of grafts given. I was made to feel at ease during the consultation and during the surgery itself. Dr Chris D'Sousa was very professional and having done my research on him he was extremely qualified. He and his team kept making sure I couldn't feel any sharpness during the procedure and the team worked very hard for about 8 hours which was very commendable. Lunch was also provided which was very enjoyable and Trish even escorted me out to the road for my lift. Very good aftercare as well I have to say, and as the clinic is open 7 days a week I felt any questions no matter how small or silly were answered. As I won't see the full results for another 12 months I will give another review on this but so far 5/5 stars for the consultation, procedure and aftercare!

Had an initial consultation with Trisha back in January who has been amazing. Talked me through all of my options and didn't pressure me straight into a transplant like most places. She recommended an initial course of Finasteride and Rogaine and has checked in with me regularly. The early results after 3 months have been amazing and far beyond what I imagined were possible. Im writing this review which I hope will help other people in the same position as me. I’m a 38 year male and I’ve always had a high hairline with receding temples, but the past two years this had gotten worse. I’ve wanted to have a hair transplant for some time, but to be honest I was so nervous and scared about finding the right place, and being 100% sure it was right for me. I found so many places offering this kind of service and lots of places abroad, but my question was ‘What if something goes wrong’ and how do you know they’re legitimate. I am writing this review 6 months post-op. I am a 22-year old female and I naturally have a high hairline. I have thick and curly hair. The Kensington Hair Clinic is located in the Medical Chambers which is a very well maintained space with good hygiene, and a luxury feeling. The consultation consisted of an explanation of the procedure and my wishes. I felt comfortable and optimistic and decided to book the procedure. I paid £5000 for 1500 grafts. I was nervous on the day of the procedure but everyone took good care of me. There were 3 technicians who extracted the hairs. The doctor was responsible for cutting the donor area and implanting the hairs. I did not experience any pain. The aftercare was explained thoroughly and I was provided with all of the medication. I recovered extremely fast and did not have any complications. The hair grew in nicely, but is still fine and light. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend to book a consultation.

I could not be happier with my experience at The Kensington Hair Clinic. This is what won me over as other consultations I had, I didn’t meet the person carrying out the transplant. On the day of the transplant, I was taken care of by a team of 5-6 people. This was my biggest surprise of the day and I was impressed that there were so many different people taking care of the process. From Trish & Sylvia who took care of getting me ready for the procedure, to the Doctors and nurses who carried out the transplant for the 6-8 hours. In terms of the actual transplant, it was as comfortable and pain free as it could be. They make sure you can’t feel any sharpness before they start and set your environment so you feel at ease. After the procedure, the team give you a full aftercare pack and you have direct numbers for any issues you might have. I personally didn’t have any problems after the transplant and I am very happy with the regrowth progress. I saw results within 2-3 months and 12 months later I couldn’t be happier. It started well. I was given pretty much all the information I needed at the consultation. And between then and the hair transplant I was regularly contacted to see how things were. To be honest there was never really a point when I needed to ask anything and they seemed to be one step ahead all of the time. The service here is exceptional. I enquired about hair loss treatment options as my hair has started to thin out. I was not interested in hair transplant surgery as I’m only 24 and was seeking out treatments on how to prevent further hair loss. I spoke to Trevor who informed me that the clinic mainly only offer hair transplant surgeries as forms of treatment. Despite this he still spent 20-30 minutes of his time walking me through various forms of preventive hair loss treatment options, linking me to different sites on where to to acquire these treatments as well as going into extensive detail about the benefits of each treatment while also remaining transparent about the side effects as well.

As most of the reviews I have nothing but good words to share about my experience at the Kensington hair clinic. From the very first meeting I was made to feel at ease as I was anxious about the procedure. The team are thoroughly profesional throughout and are relentless,(in a good way) with the after care. Although I was there for the whole day the procedure passed by rather quickly as the team are very friendly and there was plenty of conversation. Thank you very much to all those at involved at The Kensington Hair Clinic! It has been an extremely pleasant experience to say the least from the get-go! It all started with my initial consultation with Trevor back in mid-February. He was very polite and professional, and definitely not one of those typical salesmen just out for your money at the first point of call. Trevor spent over 1 hour with me going through what a hair transplant involved. I was able to ask him so many questions, and not once did he ever become impatient or agitated. He also made me fill out a health questionnaire at the start (that took a solid 10 minutes), which shows you that this clinic is very concerned about your health first-and-foremost! Trevor then introduced me to the surgeon who performs their surgeries, Dr D'Souza, who also was very cordial, and had no issues with answering any further queries I had at the time. I then booked my FUE procedure (for around 2,000 grafts) for the following month with Sylvia, who is the clinic manager. She also was a very warming individual, and checked up on me a few times before my surgery date. On the day of the actual surgery itself, I was met by yet another extremely kind lady called Trish. She informed me on how everything would go from start to finish again, and made me feel very comfortable. The lunch she got for the day was very nice too! I then met with Dr D'Souza before the surgery began, and we went over any medical history again, and my general health at the time. He also explained to me what would happen during the procedure again to put my mind at ease. After I got changed into the relevant clothing, I was introduced to the technicians, who took my blood pressure, etc. Once again, these technicians were very well-mannered and made me comfortable. The actual procedure itself went better than expected if I am being perfectly honest. I was initially worried that it would take really long and be very slow, but the time passed by so quick! Before I knew it, the day was done at 16.30 (we started at around 09.30), and there was very little discomfort throughout the whole thing. I was able to take toilet breaks whenever I needed to. I was then given very detailed, easy to use post-operative instructions by Dr D'Souza (including a big bag full of relevant stuff - such as a neck pillow, appropriate shampoo, ice pack, pads, etc), as well as his contact number - which he said I could use to get in touch if I have any issues. I messaged him quite a few times since the surgery, and he got back to me every single time without fail. After I got changed into my normal clothes again, Sylvia booked a cab to take me home - she even escorted me to the vehicle and helped me with my bags! The day after my FUE surgery, both Trevor and Sylvia called to check up on me, which I found very impressive, and reassured me that if I have any problems then to not hesitate in contacting them. I am due for a check up again in 6 months, and to be honest my hair line already looks substantially better than it was prior to the surgery - and it has only been a day or so (bearing in mind results can take 4 to 18 months to start showing effects). If anyone is considering having a hair transplant done, then I would most definitely recommend The Kensington Hair Clinic. It was more like a visit to a classy hotel, than to a medical clinic; with everyone being so kind, caring, competent and hospitable! You're allowed to have multiple hair transplants done in general, so if I decide to get another one done in the future, I would not hesitate to use these guys again! Thanks again :)

I had been thinking about having a hair transplant for a few years, but was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. After being offered a chance to relocate and work in Spain, I decided to take the plunge and book the surgery. A friend of my sister mentioned The Kensington Hair Clinic so I went to see them. The adviser, Trevor, told me what to expect and before the day of surgery I met with my surgeon. The surgery went to plan as discussed and at the end of the op I could see the tiny hairs that had been transplanted. I felt fine, even managed to have a laugh with the Dr and technicians. So, glad that I used The Kensington Hair Clinic because everything was very straightforward and best of all, I was always able to get hold of the team whenever I had any questions. Now a few months after the surgery, for the first time playing golf, I don't have to worry about sun burn on my head. I can't wait for the next few months when I will be able to start styling my hair just like I did in the old days. I had a consultation with Trisha which lasted about an hour. She was lovely and explained everything about the procedure thoroughly and gave me a cost at the end of the consultation. I decided to go ahead with the fue transplant and arrived at about 8.30am on the day. I was assessed by the doctor before the procedure started. It was a long day approximately 7 hours but everyone was so professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. At the end of the day I was sent home with a big bag of medication, instructions and supplies, everything I needed for the first 7 days. Also phone numbers to ring any time if I had any questions. Trisha also called me every day for updates as to how I was doing. My head felt sore and swollen after the procedure but by the next morning it was so much better. The swelling went down very quickly its still early days yet but so far I'm pleased with the healing process. I would certainly recommend The Kensington Hair Clinic.

Always some sales adviser even when I requested a surgeon for some reason they were busy performing hair transplant. Maybe they were I don't know. I was still doing my research and reading reviews for the hair transplant clinics and I came across The Kensington Hair Clinic. I thought to myself let me check this clinic out. I got nothing to loose. I booked a consultation for the 18/01/2019.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. During the consultation with Trevor I asked if I could see the surgeon that is going to perform my surgery. It was 6.30 pm and the surgeon had gone home but I was booked for the next day 19/01/2019 to see Dr Chris D'Souza the surgeon that was going to perform the surgery. He was performing a surgery the next day and I could see him during his lunch.1-2pm. I couldn't make it the next day so I rebooked for the 26/01/2019. I still could not believe that they were this helpful at the first instance. 26/01/2019 The day I came for consultation I met Sylvia the Clinic manger and the surgeon Dr Chris D'Souza. After I had a chat with doctor I decided to go for the FUT method. I need it to cover my crown which was bold and restore the hairline in the front as it was also receding. The doctor explained to me exactly how the procedure is going to be done and answered any questions I had. I left the office very happy and I felt an honesty and professionalism from the Dr D'Souza and the Clinic Manager. I thought to myself these are the people I can trust. Who would of thought that just when I was going to give up and maybe look elsewhere in USA maybe, I got to meet the right clinic. The following week I booked the hair transplant for the 5th of March 2019. 5/03/2019 I arrived at the clinic in the morning 9.15. I had to fill some paper work and get ready for the surgery. I met the office manger Sylvia again first thing in the morning and Dr D'Souza aswell. I got changed and I was taken to the room where the procedure was going to be taken. There were a team of 7 people. Dr D'Souza and 6 nurses looking after me. I felt like I was some VIP customer. I was given some pills and after the doctor injected local anaesthetic on my scalp. It was painless and after 5-10 min my scalp was numb and I could not feel any pain at all during the surgery. I finished the surgery about 4-4.30pm and I was out of the clinic by 5pm that evening. Dr Souza and Sylvia gave me their mobile numbers if I had any questions or need it any help with the recovery time. I did text Dr D'Souza the evening of the surgery as I had a question and he replied straight way. That's what I call a proper service. I have to say I was very happy and I not an easy person to please. During the first week I texted and phoned Sylvia nearly everyday with any questions I had. Always replied to my texts and called me back. All I can say to anyone who is reading this review book a consultation with this clinic. You've got nothing to lose. The best experience I have had in ages. Very pleased with the surgery and the aftercare I received from the clinic. I can't wait to see my new hair to grow in couple of month. From my first enquiry to the clinic, I was impressed with the professionalism and experience of the clinic manager (Sylvia) and Trevor (Hair consultant). Both took considerable time to explain the process to me in detail and it was apparent that they were considerably knowledgeable and experienced. Having visited five other clinics in London for comparative purposes, the KHC stood out. The attention to detail and individual attention that the KHC provided me was above the other clinics I visited. I am now around 5-6 weeks post op, having had my front hairline restored. So whilst my new hair has not yet grown in, I can't recommend this clinic enough. Everything was explained to me before the procedure, I met with the surgeon prior to the op and he also talked me through the procedure. On the day of the procedure I was made to feel exceptionally comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional and were to hand whenever I had a question or concern post op. Really really excellent clinic and staff! I encourage anyone considering a hair transplant to visit this clinic.

He discussed various treatment options and formulated with me a plan that would result in FUE only once other conservative measures had failed. I was very impressed that it didn't feel like a sales pitch and there was no pressure to have the surgery. From my very first consultation to the day itself everything was first class. The day of having FUE was a long one (being there for over 8 hours) but the time flew by! The service and whole experience was comparable to what I’d hope for from when I am at a top 5 star hotel. The doctor and the medical assistance s were superb. I left feeling I’d made new friends. Having researched the FUE procedure within the UK for 3 years I was up to speed with a lot of the relevant factors involved in my decision making process. I did have a consultation at another practice, however felt that the attention to my needs were insufficient for the importance of what this procedure and decision meant to me. From the initial telephone consultation the Kensington Hair Clinic demonstrated the attention to detail of my needs and requirements. This was reinforced by the face to face appointment I had where I was not pressured, nor was I rushed or my important aspects of this procedure were explained in great detail. I was fortunate enough to meet the particular team who would be involved throughout my 2 day procedure (2,700 grafts), which was booked around my schedule and availability. The attention to care, detail and patient needs were maintained at all times through out the procedure... not one issue. 13 months on from the procedure I have had a follow up appointment and as expected incredible results and continued patient care at all times. The procedure is expensive and like anything in life you are more than likely to find things cheaper elsewhere, perhaps abroad, however when it comes to something as important as this I could not emphasise the quality of work and would strongly recommend the Kensington Hair Clinic.
