I can honestly say towards the end of 2018 I was plagued every day by my sinuses. Constant blockages during the winter months and hayever symptoms all throughout the summer. Not only did Mr Patel show me my septum was crooked, he gave me the correct medication to clear my sinuses - and then the surgery to rectify the problems for good. We were both hopeful as the surgery included numerous grafts. I am pleased to say a yearly onwards and totally healed. I never knew I could breath like this. Thank you!

I am happy to share that I had a great experience at the London ENT Clinic. I went to see Mr. K Patel as I had an ongoing one sided ear pain. I had a number of various symptoms that came with it and each of it was taken seriously (not something I experienced with NHS). I was quickly put on a treatment plan, including a scan and a visit to another specialist to do following tests that were recommended based on my symptoms. However, luckily both of my ears were examined on the first visit, and a long lived infectious condition in the outer ear canal was discovered in the other ear - something I was not expecting or complaining about! This was treated with priority and a week later I was free from that infection. Dr Patel is a true professional, but also very kind and understanding, he answered all my questions, thoroughly explained the situation and treatment plan, scan results - I always felt very calm after speaking to him. Also all of the staff I met or exchanged emails with is also very kind and accommodating, pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Amazingly, Dr. Patel was able to see me the day I called for an appointment. My experience with him and the other employers at the London ENT Clinic is possibly the best medical experience I have had in London and the UK. Just exceptional all around. Dr. Patel and his team were professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had been waiting for the NHS to diagnosis my condition for a month, and Dr. Patel was able to do this in a single visit--just incredible! He also took the time to answer all my questions--and I had many. I was swiftly put on a course of medication, and my problems began to improve within a week. Dr. Patel even allowed me a Zoom follow-up appointment 1 month later, to check in on my condition. I decided to visit Dr Patel with my sinusitis issue after a couple of unsuccessful visits to others ENT specialists. Dr's assistant, Kezia, after hearing my complaints about acute headaches managed to booka video consultation with Dr Patel for the next day. During this and all subsequent consultations, Dr Patel carefully listened to me and patiently replied to all questions I had. The latter was very appealing to me because being a meticulous person I always wish to talk through every detail. Ultimately, I had an endoscopic surgery done by Dr Patel. I am happy with the result of the surgery and subsequent care given by Dr Patel and his team. Definitely would recommend him and his team to anyone who has problems with sinuses.

My mum had been suffering (on and off) from a tickly cough and earache for over 10 years which had an adverse effect on her overall health and ability to sleep properly as a result she became depressed and very fatigued. Over the years she has been seen by the GP and has been to the NHS ENT clinic few times. She was told she had too much wax and at one time diagnosed to have infection in her ear whereby prescribed her antibiotic. None of this made a difference so she tried alternative medication over the years but unfortunately, they did not improve her condition. Her earache and cough got worse couple of months ago and she ended up in A&E as there was fluid coming out of her ear however no conclusive diagnoses were made and the problem persisted. Eventually I decided to take her to a private ENT clinic and saw Dr Patel’s clinic online which had exceptionally good reviews. Dr Patel made a diagnosis and gave her prescription and within a week her earache had gone, and the tickly cough had greatly reduced. Now she has her health back and her quality of life has greatly improved. I was terribly upset that my mum had suffered for years and it was quite simple diagnosis and wish I had gone to Dr Patel’s clinic much earlier. I am so thankful to Dr Patel and highly recommend him and his staff who were excellent and were both professional and friendly. This clinic is certainly on my speed dial and urge if anyone has similar problems to my mums to see Dr Patel.

I am so happy that I found Mr Kalpesh Patel at the London ENT Clinic! Not only did he solve my long-standing ear problem in just one appointment but he also showed me ways of preventing this issue of reoccurring. He personally replied to all of my emails and even went above and beyond to solve a prescription issue for me. After a historical injury in my twenties, I visited Dr Patel to review my options as my nose had become obviously off set and I had a lump on the bridge of my nose. We conducted various scans and my operation to straighten my nose and re model the bridge was going to be a big one. However, after several consultations with Dr Patel I felt now was the time to put my faith in him and have it fixed at the age of 52. The operation was a bit nerve wracking but all the way I was supported by Dr Patel and his excellent team at the London ENT clinic and the Lindo Wing hospital and before I knew it the operation was done. I am not going to lie, at 52 I had to take time off to recover and let the bruising heal but the overall result after only 8 weeks was so good. I cannot overstate the aftercare given by Dr Patel. My operation was complex and he has made every effort to ensure I have the best possible care. I have attached a pic after 8 weeks and I would 100% recommend Dr Patel for Rhinoplasty. My nose has always been one of my biggest insecurities; I remember always having the intention of changing it as soon as I was able, and when the opportunity presented itself, I knew I had to find a surgeon who would be able to produce the result I wanted, whilst addressing all of my concerns (and there were a lot!). I found Dr Patel after an extensive Google search and I decided I would go for it. When the time came for my first consultation, I was so warmly welcomed that I knew I'd made the right choice. I spoke to Dr Patel at length and showed him a list I'd written previously which outlined all the things about my nose I wanted to change. I felt no judgement and I could see Dr Patel wanted to help me to the best of his ability. Where some items in my list would be more difficult to achieve (I wanted an entire remodel of my nose!), Dr Patel was honest with me and explained exactly why this was the case. After seeing a morph of what my nose might look like, I went ahead with the surgery. Looking back now, I would not have chosen anybody else. I am so happy with the result, if you'd told me two months I would feel as confident as I do now, I would not have believed you; I felt so well looked after and the staff in the Lindo Wing (where the procedure took place) were so helpful too. I would highly recommend anybody looking for rhinoplasty or with any issues related to the nose to see Dr Patel!

I had to get a checkup for a problem that escalated quite quickly so the staff was very helpful in terms of rescheduling my original appointment to an earlier date. The staff there is quite friendly when I visited the premises. The waiting area had complimentary coffee/tea, however the area was quite small. Dr Kalpesh Patel is very knowledgable in his field as can be seen from his achievements and years of experience. The equipments in the chamber are of high quality and I was warned of any side effects before its usage. I got to ask other questions to the doctor not directly related to the problem I had, and got good answers and suggestions from the doctor as well. I highly recommend this place to get expert opinions regarding ear, nose and throat problems.

I had an injury a few years ago where I had broken my nose and had been left with a deviated septum. I initially had surgery under the NHS which wasn't successful and I still had problems breathing. After speaking to Dr. Patel I decided to go ahead with a revision septorhinoplasty 6 months ago to realign my septum, remove adenoids and turbinates . I very pleased with the results as I am now able to breathe freely and evenly through both nostrils and my septum is straight!

I have had sinus problem for more than 1.5 years. And I have seen several ENT specialist without any successful diagnosis or treatments until I met Mr Kalpesh S Patel, FRCS - Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon who runs a brilliant practice in London and specializes in sinus problems as well. I had sinus infection - sinusitis. Initially, I opted for the oral and nasal medication to reduce infection. But lastly, I had to do Endoscopic sinus surgery that was successfully carried out by Mr Kalpesh S Patel. Since surgery I have had several checkups and I am on my way to the full recovery. I am grateful for Mr Kalpesh S Patel outstanding quality of treatment and his methods and approch to my sinus problem. It was the right way to do. I saw Mr Patel, and his colleague Dr Hussain, regarding a case of dizziness and a sudden onset of tinnitus in one of my ears. This was my first experience of using private healthcare through my insurance and I was impressed at the speed and the way in which my case was taken as seriously as any other.
