We literally have no complaints about our experience with London Women’s clinic! From start to finish every member of the team was welcoming, friendly and professional! Medications were always sorted quickly (even when I was completely disorganised and due to run out over the new year holiday period!). We were extremely blessed to have once cycle of ICSI, which was successful first time and we are forever grateful to everyone at LWC that helped make that happen! Xx

MOT partner package process was quick and easy. Consultation also incredibly simple to understand - everything broken down in layman's terms in terms of undertanding crucial points and guidance on next best steps. Staff are always friendly, polite and super helpful!

My husband and I contacted the clinic in regards for information and help into using Donor eggs in November 2021 . We are now going through tests and procedures so we can hopefully commence with everything and start our journey. The team of Nurses,coordinator,'s and our Doctor are extremely supportive and helpfull. Always answer your emails and will call you back if any concerns or questions regarding what the procedures you go through . Will up date you with our progress and hopefully can proceed to start treatment in near future .

We had a generally really good experience with London Women's Clinic, London Bridge. We had complications which were handled really sensitively. I'd heard tales of people feeling like a number when going through IVF but I never really experienced this at the London Bridge clinic. The lovely ladies on reception in particular always knew who I was and were aware of the history which made me feel welcome and looked after. There were occasional delays but overall we were seen quickly and supported throughout. And after years of trying we have a very positive outcome.

A fantastic clinic. As a single women, attending a fertility clinic on my own was quite daunting. However, the London Women's Clinic could not have made me feel more welcomed and at ease. Throughout the whole process - from the initial email contact, to booking the appointment, to being greeted at reception, to undergoing the fertility tests, every member of staff was kind, welcoming and made me feel 100% comfortable. The tests were conducted with such ease and professionalism. I would recommend London Women's Clinic to anyone wanting fertility treatment.

I sought treatment at the London Women’s Clinic in February 2021 and I was very pleased with the service I received from Egle, Tsi Tsi (nurse), Dr Sahoo, among many others. On a few occasions I had queries about my treatment and when I contacted them via e-mail, I always received a prompt response to all my questions. Being a patient at the Bridge centre has been a wonderful experience for us. We have been extremely lucky and have two beautiful babies, a girl in 2012 and a boy in 2018 using the frozen embryo from our first IVF cycle. From the initial meeting with our consultant, we knew that we wanted to start our fertility treatment at the Bridge centre. My treatment plans felt tailored to me, our doctor listened to our concerns and explained procedures in great detail. The bridge centre was always available if I had any questions. All the staff I have met with at the Bridge centre have been friendly and caring. My daughter loves visiting our consultant and the nursing team. The bridge centre has given us our family and words cannot express how thankful we are!

We have had a great experience at LWC London Bridge. They supported us to have our first child and we are now expecting our second. We felt very well looked after throughout the process both times. Dr Nair is extremely knowledgable and takes time to get to know you and understand your situation. The nursing team are really professional, friendly and helpful. We were never pressurised to pay for additional treatment and the clinic explained every step of the process clearly and honestly. We came here after a very negative experience at another clinic. I was really apprehensive but shouldn’t have been. The moment we walked through the door we were well looked after. All staff are professional, if they say they will call you back, they will, and all instructions were clear. When I needed to contact the emergency line out of hours it was answered immediately and I was given as much time as I needed. I feel like I have been treated like an individual. Appointments run to time and pricing is transparent. Wish I had chosen this clinic in the first place.

I was going through a very emotional and highly anxious time following a devastating loss last year. I looked at Dr Nair’s profile and it just felt like she was the one. On meeting her, she took a real and deep interest in me as a person and not just why I was there. She was honest, kind and deeply compassionate, more than I could have ever hoped. She actually said I should wait before making a decision, there was no pressure of any kind. I will always and forever be grateful to have found my way to London Bridge to meet with Dr Nair. She literally made my year and I will always remember her in my prayers.

Thanks to LWC we are happily expecting our little one in August. I am currently 42 so our infertility was clearly due to low ovarian reserve. After failed IVF with another clinic we went to LWC because of their connection to the London Egg Bank. The process was clear and straightforward. I would recommend The Bridge Centre. You must be aware that for some treatments the physical treatment is split between The Bridge Centre and Harley Street (which was not a problem at all for us). We liked the fact that we had a single point of contact throughout out treatment (Sharon Walster) who we could contact with queries. Sharon always got back to us very quickly with any queries we had (we had quite a few never having been through this before) and was very empathetic. The only criticism I would have is that at times we did feel we were simply on a treadmill of patients and we had to chase up for information. The full process was explained to us in detail at the start but we did get lost a few times as the whole thing took many months. Given the number of nurses etc we did not always see the same medical staff but the ones we did have were lovely.

I was shocked to see the negative reviews on this page, People are quick to tell people about the bad things & never the good so I felt it was important to let everyone know what The Bridge did for my family! At what was the most stressful, heart breaking years of our life - The Bridge gave us hope. The nurses and doctors were always supportive & encouraging. In 2012 they helped make our dreams come true! 5yrs on we have a beautiful clever little girl that one day in the not so distant future (we hope & pray) she will be a big sister as we return for our frozen embryos! We are forever grateful to The Bridge & will never forget what you did for us.
