The doctors take their time to listen to your concerns and take care of their patients.

S. P.I can't say enough good things about this place, Lucas Avenue Practice, the receptionist or the doctors. I woke up at 2am in severe pain from my back which landed me in the ER. I called 4 times to 111 and 999 that very same day, prior to calling Lucas reception, and none of them could see me that day. However, when I called Lucas Avenue surgery and explained the situation they didn't hesitate to get me on the schedule for a same day appointment, during their lunch hour I am so grateful to Suhail. It was so wonderful, friendly and professional staff at Lucas surgery and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for everything!! I am doing much better thanks to you all!!
T. Y.Had to update my personal information for my Covid pass. Had both called the practice but had to go in person for further follow-up. It was some NHS data system process - which was quite frustrating itself - but the staff (both telephone staff and staff at the practice) were very helpful and professional. The issue was solved finally after a week (phew!). I went to the practice today Friday 29 Oct morning and two staffs at the reception were very, very helpful and attentive, so thank you very much again!
