Had a phone call appointment Dr was friendly, helpful and reassuring I'm glad I'm registered here. I'm proud to call them my gp surgery. The receptionist who booked my appointment was very friendly too

Horrible service .My 7 months son is feeling sick they told me they will call me back in the afternoon which they haven't. Now is 2 days after and I still haven't received a call from a doctor. When I called at 10am today they said I need to call back at 12 for the appointment.
At12 the line was busy, and i was not able to make the appointment.
I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3because after complaining with the administration they got back to me immediatel with an apology and a appointment.

An exemplary surgery. From the receptionists to the health care practitioners, it is a gem. They are attentive and try their best to fit in at least a phone call, even if they are super busy, especially if children's welfare is concerned.

Efficient, effective and also very caring. Highly recommend this practice. Saw another reviewer use the word "exemplary" which absolutely sums up my experience here.

Have been so pleased with all the staff including doctor who have always been so helpful on the phone and face to face. .

The doctors are very helpful and good. The receptionist need to pay more attention to their work especially referrals instead of sitting on them for four months or more. But it is a professional medical centre and caters for most needs

I've been with this surgery for 1.5 years now and seen them for different reasons. The service has always been superb, the doctors are wonderfully caring and knowledgeable. The reception staff has also been helpful and I've never had a problem of reaching them on the phone. Can highly recommend if you live nearby.

Great service from staff and doctors! Even their online service is very efficient...doctors reply back promptly!

Amazing practice that I've been with for 10 years. Always find an appointment for me and my three children. Compassionate receptionists, thorough doctors and brilliant nurses. They are particularly good with mental wellbeing and looking after new mums (and older ones!). Highly recommend.

I would like to thank the Practice and all involved in the truly excellent manner in which the Cvid-19 vaccination procedure was undertaken at Charlton House. It was quick and efficient, and how the staff kept smiling after hours of feeding people through was amazing. Thank you.

The reception staff, doctors and nurses are absolutely friendly and helpful at Manor Brook. I joined the surgery a few months ago and it's always been simple to get an appointment by calling or booking online. I have also been to the surgery since the lockdown, and the measures in place and the care for the patients right now is great. Thankful to have this brilliant surgery nearby.
Thank you to all the staff at Manor Brook.

Best GP practice I've been registered with. Very efficient also during the challenging times of the pandemic's peak. Both doctors and other staff are really good, friendly and super helpful.

The medical centre is generally accessible and reasonably welcoming, however making contact can be an especially trying experience. When I last tried to contact the centre I waited over 40 minutes in the telephone queue before giving up and attending a walk in facility and paying for the consultation.

Have been a patient with this surgery for over 30 years long before they became manorbrook clinic. Have seen many different doctors/staff during that time who have always listened, treated me with respect & promptly arranged hospital appointments when needed. The clinic is well set out & very clean& also has a lift to the upper floor if you are a wheelchair user or cannot manage the stairs. I have never had cause for complaint & feel the staff are overstretched at times & due to this are not treated with the respect they deserve from some patients. PLEASE show more understanding, these people are human beings , treat them how you wish to be treated.

I am very sad that I have to leave this surgery, iv been here for at least 10 years. I’ve only every had a problem with one rude receptionist but I don’t think she lasted long. Also had a mix up on labels recently resulting in me coming back 3 time to do the same test. Granted, I’ve never tried to get an appointment last minute, I work full time so book all my appointments in advance and never had an issue with either getting an early or late appointment to fit round work. I’ve seen some of the best Doctots one change my life, thank you Sarah if you are still there. Now on to an unknown surgery wish me luck!

This has been my local clinic now for 3 years and counting and I'm happy with it. Appointments are fairly easy to get and made even easier if using the online service. The wait to see a doctor can be at times long (30mins+) depending on how busy the surgery is, at other times it can be quick. There are quite a few doctors at this practice so that helps a lot.

I have been registered here for 15+ years and while the doctors and medical care has been fantastic, the hoops you have to jump through to get an appointment using the phone service is generally appalling. I have waited, more than once, over half an hour to have the phone picked-up, my last experience was having the automated voice tell me for 14 minutes that I was "first in the queue and my approximate wait time was 2 minutes". The phone was picked-up and I was immediately disconnected! And please, change that headache exacerbating/inducing music.

I've been registered there since early 2018 and visited twice. The doctors know their stuff, the other staff are helpful and it's very clean and bright. I appreciate the online service to book appointments and the fact they have quite long opening hours so I can go before or after work.

Great service, nice doctors. They even have an app now so you can view all your medical records and book appointments online. Was at Blackheath Standard surgery before and Manor Brooke is A+.

Went for my son's 1 year check. It was nice neat and the staff were friendly. They also have a small parking lot which makes it my new favourite medical centre.
