One of the hardest decisions I made in my life was to have surgery in another country, but Medaway was the right decision. The support of the team and the way they organize every second were kind of professionalism that I rarely saw. Personally, I have not heard that surgeons spend long time with the patient, they usually talk and go. But the surgeon talked to me for a long time about the surgery and my expectations. He informed me about what to expect after the surgery. The service I received was really nice. With MedAway, you are truly treated like a VIP patient. I was skeptical at first that the prices were more affordable than in the UK, but not a penny was wasted. Thank you very, very much indeed. I still have some time to see the final results but everything is going very well so far. I just wanted to thank this amazing team.

Hi there, I had my gastric sleeve operation with medaway 2 months ago, since then I had lost over 10 kg! Frankly the whole staff, surgeon and translators were amazing. They are so kind and helpful! They have been with me since the day I arrived and I was never left unattended to. The surgery left me drowsy and nauseous most of the time, but thankfully by week 2 everything went by smoothly! I am very very happy that I have continued with medaway and it has been a pleasant trip and surgery with them!

Last month I had BBL with medaway. Prior to the operation, I had a pleasant consultation where I was given a lot of information about the procedure and what results to expect. I am super happy that I chose medway. The results were incredibly good, and the entire trip was actually so fun. Post surgery my friend and I did a lot of fun sightseeing. It really was an amazing experience! The staff at medaway and the surgeon were wonderful!!! The driver was always on time and I was able to walk within 2 days after the surgery, happy with all the results! Big thank you to medaway!

5 months ago I booked my operation with one of the case managers at medaway. I was looking to do my nose and BBL operation, I have a slim body and I always wanted a little volume to my bottom and hips. Obviously I did a lot of research before moving forward with medaway, the rest of the companies did not seem to understand what I was looking for in particular. The fine lady that contacted me through medaway seemed to understand my aim quickly and I even spoke to the surgeon which truly was the selling point for me. He was accurate even through a video call. I booked and I travelled to Turkey with my mother, we were set up at this grand hotel, it was very comfortable! I had the consultation and later I had my surgery and everything went by so smoothly. Although I used translation with the night nurses, they were very kind and anytime that I messaged them on the whatsapp group, they quickly sent someone right up. I really was comfortable before and after the surgery. A week later I was scheduled for the nose job and really the ENT surgeon was amazing!! So happy to have chosen medaway!

Hello everyone I am sharing a quick message about my experience having surgery in Turkey, Turkey is truly a beautiful country and I had an amazing time there! I have heard that dental treatment and cosmetic surgeries are quite affordable in Turkey so I began to do my research and medaway was one of the clinic’s that I contacted. Initially I wanted to only check for prices but then I decided to continue and book myself a date for the dental and for botox. They actually took care of everything and I only booked my flights. I had the dental work done, which truly was a relief to have it done within a week! I also had botox injections around my forehead and under eye fillers. I really liked the results!! Well done Medaway you really made a a quick and easy trip!

This review is based on our experience and not on our results as it has only been 6 days post surgery for myself and husband. I had lipo and my husband had a hair transplant. Although, I will say quickly that my results so far is looking fantastic and I know it will look even better once the recovery period is over. From the moment I contacted Medaway I was a little apprehensive as anyone would be that is considering having surgery abroad. I asked many many questions and there was always an answer straight away. Feeling happy with everything that was discussed over weeks and weeks we decided to go for it! And so far everything has been amazing. We booked our flights (Turkish Airlines were great- free meals and seats were all spacious :-) so don't bother with extra leg room!) and were met at Istanbul airport. Communication and the organisation of pick up and drop offs were outstanding. We were taken straight to the hospital for our blood tests and pcr. Then back to the hotel for the night. We were collected from our hotel in the morning at 10am and taken to the hospital. My husband was on the floor below me as he was having a hair transplant. I had my consultation and off we went for surgery. After my husbands hair transplant he was brought up to my room and was allowed to stay for the night with me. There was a large sofa in the room. We were both given dinner and breakfast. The next morning we were take back to the hotel to recover. 4 days after surgery I had the drains removed and the next day we flew home. Throughout our stay we were in contact with everyone in a whatsapp group. From the drivers to the coordinators. Everything went so smoothly and questions you have are answered through the chat or in person at the hospital. The english speaking coordinators were absolutely fantastic. Always checking in and making sure you ok or if there is anything you need. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a few places to eat around the hotel. We mainly took the food back to our room or we ordered room service which is so cheap. Overall our experience has been a positive one and we would recommend Medaway based on our experience. our results from surgery are pending lol but at this stage I am happy so far. My waist is tiny and can see a slim hourglass figure, thanks Dr Selami! Also thanks to our wonderful coordinators Charlie, youssef, aysha and the rest of the team at Medaway!
