What Pam and the team at Mortar and Milk don't know about skincare is not worth knowing! As a 37 year old that suffers from acne, and having tried most treatments know to man they have managed to transformed my skin! The team are so friendly, and Pam is such a delight to visit - both my skin and sanity leave feeling rejuvenated. I'm, so much better educated about my skin and not just applying quick fixes that don't sort the problem. If you have problem skin this is the place to visit!

Just walking into Mortar and Milk is calming, the design is great. I love having this jewel in Fulham. The products are well curated and it's great to be able to get all my skin care needs minutes from my home. My husband has problem skin and Pam, the owner, has been so helpful in getting the best products for him. His skin is much improved. I've also had LED light therapy treatment and it was really relaxing and my skin looked great. I can't wait to try more treatments.

Amazing experience at Mortar and Milk. Pam was so lovely and helpful amazing how much knowledge she has on all the small changes for my skin that helped massively. When you normally go see somebody about your skin or for a facial they push you to buy their products but what I loved at Mortar and Milk it’s the complete opposite, Pam is very honest with you and leaves for you to decide if you want a product! Worth every penny.

I contacted Pam over lockdown after seeing her on Instagram as I wanted a skincare routine which actually worked. She has been AMAZING, recommending which products to use, cheaper alternatives and allowing me to emailing her with inane questions about my skin. Not only is the really down to earth and honest, but also really knows her stuff. I have stopped wearing make up all together because of her and her recommendations. A real gem in the industry!

I've been to Mortar and Milk 3 times now for my skin. The first time my skin was in dire straits; very dry in most places, oily/ combo in others. Problematic in general. It was also very congested. The first time I invested in M&M's services I had an extensive, detailed Consultation- A must have for a first visit, and a Facial. Each time I go back or communicate with the salon they're super friendly, non salesy and you get a genuine bespoke skin education for your face and lifestyle. Pam is also happy for you to ask questions at all times of day to ensure you feel and look your best and are investing in the right products. I'm a Makeup Artist and pass clients with skin concerns into the salon's hands as I trust them completely and know my client will be looked after.

This facial clinic is incredible. All the skin therapists are amazing, Jesse who does my facials is so passionate and such an incredibly talented skin aesthetician. Would highly recommend if you don’t know what you’re doing with your skin and following these trends online. This is the place to go to get an accurate reading and analysis on your skin. The products that they use are incredible so you are honestly in for a treat for your skin. They are a little expensive but honestly worth every penny! xx

Having been recommended a visit to Mortar & Milk by a blogger, I couldn't of been more satisfied and impressed. I decided upon the 1 hour consult with Pamela and the the one hour facial, and I probably learnt more about my skin in that one hour than I have in my entire life! I could not recommend Mortar and Milk more highly - it's just simply the best facial in town! Pam has helped to whip my skin into considerably better shape just by making a few tweaks in my existing routine. She also had some really helpful suggestions about what to look out for with my diet to pin point things that were causing issues. My last appointment was with Lee and similarly to Pam, having a treatment with him in like hanging out and having a chat with a friend for an hour! He's also super knowledgable and explains different products and ingredients in a really approachable and easy to understand way. Neither Lee or Pam are pushy with the products they sell in store whuch is so refreshing. I used to dread the end of a facial treatment and the recommended products waiting for me at a toll point - not relaxing at all! Mortar and Milk couldn't be more different! I know after just three appointments that this is the start of a long term relation and that I'll be back in to perk up my skin as and when it's needed. It's a truly fantastic treatment and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my face now!

I loved this adorable new place in Fulham. Their facial was amazing. Pam first talked to me for a while to understand habits and how they impact my skin and took pictures of my skin with a special machine to see the various layers of damage. And then tailored the treatment very specifically to my needs. Great experience and I would really recommend to others.

Lee gave me a thorough consultation followed by a bespoke facial which was really relaxing and helped improved my skins texture and tone massively. I went into this new beauty spa on Fulham Road and immediately felt better. There is a warm and welcoming feel as you enter the door. The woman who helped me with selecting a gift for a friend was totally enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products and I left there with a smile on my face.. She even wrapped the gift I purchased. I will definitely be back for a treatment!
