I have had 4 tests here recently and all have been conducted professionally although once the results were a few hours late which caused a bit of panic. But the staff are very reassuring and always try to fit you in for an appointment. Only comment would be that it gets a bit crowded and some people come in without masks. It is clearly marked max 6 people, mask obligatory but people ignore it.

Bought this return to the Uk test kit when let down by another supplier. Friend advised me to buy a kit from Christos Hairdressers who actually had them in stock. I had no time to have a kit delivered before I left for my holiday. Mark at Christos showed me exactly what I needed to do to register the test kit and what to do after I had done the test. Really easy. Did the test in Switzerland the day before I returned to the UK. Sent picture of negative result and passport to North London Labs via app. My fit to fly certificate emailed to me within 6 hours (and that was on Boxing Day). Really good service

Excellent lady on the desk, under pressure as only member of staff dealing with arrivals. Our experience was quick and efficient and results received our PCR results within a few hours. As crowds grew for walk in clinic on Sunday, as doors opened, she was quickly overwhelmed and some members of the public became quite rude and abusive to her. She coped very well, professional and to the point, very patient. There are usually 3/4 members of staff on weekdays, when appointment only, easier to manage. However, 1 person on a Walk in day is clearly totally inadequate. Many more staff needed to speed up the process and avoid long queues which built up very quickly.

This is my first time dealing with this laboratory and it's imperative to admire them for their professionalism. I recommended this lab to an Uncle who needed a traveller's COVID-19 Certificate to travel outside the UK and he was served his money's worth. Good quality delivery from you. Keep it up nlc.

Visited yesterday and can only give a reduced star rating due to I was in the waiting room with 7 other people i was the only one wearing a mask, no one enforcing, people wearing masks around the chin or not all, out of all the places this should be the place to wear a mask surely! given the situation we all face now. I was witnessing this for 15 minutes at least. It is now mandatory and I was shocked quite frankly. Iam doing these tests to go to work not a holiday.

I used NL Clinics at their Southampton venue, booking was very easy online, and when I needed to change my appointment time they accommodated this over the phone without issue. Parking outside was not an issue as there is plenty of on street parking in the road outside. I arrived very early for my appointment but was seen straight away, and the whole process was quick, professional and efficient. the lady doing the testing was personable and very helpful regarding information on travel procedures etc. Most importantly the certificate arrived well within the time frame stated (next day in my case) and was accurately and completely filled in. Although not the cheapest around, I think you get what you pay for, and on this occasion they did what it said on the tin.

Recently visited NL clinic on Sunday for a fit to fly, the lady who done my swab for me was so gentle and explained the process thoroughly, she was professional in her manner and wearing correct Ppe. I have received my results by email on time for my travel. No problems what so ever. Even for when I travel back she explained the process to me and reassured me. You can turn up without an appointment (as long as your happy to wait) to be swabbed as long as you have registered online- such a easy process and there willing help and guide the whole time. I’ve had such a difficult times with other companies that I gave up and walked in at NL clinic. I felt overwhelmed and stressed about my travel as things are no longer the same and it was before Covid and they made sure everything was smooth and stress free.

Update to the review is that I received my kit on what would be Day 2. However I still think that a business should have a means of communication between it and it’s customers. Taking the phone of the hook and ignoring emails gives the impression of a scam operation. The package was self-explanatory which is good. Previous review: I ordered a Day 2 kit from this company (247 Home Testing) which should have arrived by yesterday. I have had no communication other than the confirmation of ordering a kit. The phone is permanently giving a busy signal and I am not sure if the company exists. No communication whatsoever. If nothing by tomorrow morning I will need to take additional steps.

Camden was a quieter experience but both locations treated us very well. Communication could improve so one knows which clinic to go to but that was our ONLY issue. We are thankful for this service.

The Covid test was quick and quick and efficient; but I was surprised that in a clinic conducting Covid tests there was a small reception area where at least 6 people did not have face covering and also I saw a number of staff moving around with with face coverings. When I raised the matter all I received was a shrug of the shoulders.

There is room for improvement. 1) The QR code is not recognised bin the VeryFLY App used by BA and other leading carriers. This is a major fail. 2) The Coupon code SUMMER69 advertised on the banner outside the Clinic does not work and is misleading. 3) The tests are expensive. 4) On the plus side, the £99 next day PCR tests came through in 12h.

I ordered my Day 2 and Day 8 Travel Test package through NL Clinic and in the end was very happy with the level of customer service they provided and close care to ensure that they could do what they could to support me. The Travel Test package had very clear instructions and contained everything needed. Unfortunately, they were let down by their original courier service but changed to Royal Mail so have now solved that issue. They also provided me a Test to Release package due to the inconvenience caused by the courier and my results were received in the evening of the 6th day. I recommend using their service for your Travel Test packages.

There were SO many government approved testing centres for Day 2 and Day 8 (and Test to Release) PCR tests that it was difficult to know which one to choose. I looked at a few that charged 'sensible' prices, and chose NL Clinic because their website was so professionally designed - and extremely easy to use. I received an immediate response after booking and paying my money, and the test kit was waiting at my house for me when I arrived home after my flight. My Day 2 test certificate was returned on the day after the lab received it. I am pleased that I chose this company for several reasons. I had to contact them by email with a query, and received an email - within minutes - that fully addressed my query. Their customer service is amazing, but this might be because they are a family-run company who still know how to treat customers as individuals who matter. I have no hesitation in recommending NL Clinic.

Ordered 2 and 8 day PCR tests with NL Clinic. The tests were delivered in time for the tests. Time from dropping off to sample in the lab wasn't the quickest but outside of their control. Results however were delivered in less than a day once at the lab. Had some issues with the final result due to a failure with their service provider, however this was quickly rectified when called.

There were many providers on the UK Gov website, so it was hard to pick one for my mandatory day 2 and 8 tests. Thankfully I picked NL Clinic, which managed to get the tests to me in a timely manner, as well as providing the results within a short time frame. nlclinic offers a valuable and essential service to North London and it is great that it is based in Southgate. It is convenient to get to by public transport as it is only a short walk away from Southgate station. I had a few PCR tests done there and the people actually doing the tests are professional and very friendly. However I find it difficult to contact them by telephone and feel that their administrative services need to be looked at. The clinic is providing such a valuable service I feel that their administrative services are letting them down.

I found Cem and the team very professional. We have been to other clinics with my 2 children and found them to be very rough and not care that the kids are uncomfortable. We had our Covid test done at NCL. Exceptionally good service by the nurse , quick and professional. Quick turnarounds of tests, expect 48 hours turnaround, but it was significantly quicker. I rang three times to confirm our appointment , was worried they did not have it, as we did not get a confirmation email. They were polite each time.

Really friendly people and have always been efficient when I used them. Considerably better than many cowboys out there. The website could do with considerable improvement, especially when registering and booking an appointment. Otherwise a great outfit.

Whilst the tests here are efficient, I have been disappointed on each of my visits with the man I take to be the manager arrogantly not bothering to wear a mask, as well as receptionists and other members of staff wearing masks half-on. As a COVID testing facility, it's frankly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
