Attended OM recently for help with my broken wrist and frozen shoulder. I had treatment from Jessie. Not only did she provide hands-on massage therapy, but her kindness and understanding served as much needed emotional therapy too. She was also really helpful in suggesting various exercises to help increase the range of movement in my shoulder. Chronic low back pain was taking over my life when I met Ola. Her treatment included manual therapy and movement techniques, but most importantly, she helped me by changing my perception of the pain and my mindset around dealing with it. Her methodology is holistic and covers all the essential areas of human health –nutrition, stress, exercise, etc. In only six sessions I ended with a problem I carried for two years. Her training, sensitivity, intelligence and close attention mean that she is able to draw out the complexity of an individual's specific needs. I am also a type 1 diabetic and her treatments invariably facilitate effective use of my insulin treatment. When I leave the treatment room all of my joints feel released and relaxed. I've now had 2 massage sessions with Jessie and already booked my third one. I get a lot of tension and pain in my neck and shoulders, and she is extremely effective at releasing it. I've tried lots of different techniques before, from trigger point massage, sports massage, Thai massage, plus I foam roll and stretch regularly. Compared to everything I've tried, Jessie's method is the gentlest (no pain whatsoever, more relaxing than anything) and actually the most effective. The before and after comparison is striking; it's like being in a different body.

I can't recommend Ola and Jessie highly enough. I suffer from severe abdominal cramps and lower back pain related to endometriosis. I've seen so many different osteos and never really found anything that helped to provide relief long term. Ola's advice and manipulation really helped and Jessie's fascia release and trigger point massage did wonders. I'll never be 100% pain free but since seeing them both the level of pain is markedly lower and I can manage without taking painkillers which is amazing. They're also both very lovely and I love how they provide lots of information about the work that they're doing.

I have been seeing Ola for over a year now and can only say wonderful things about her. She's helped me very much with some back and neck problems over this time but the one I am the most thankful for is how my tension headaches have really improved and almost disappeared since I see her. Some life habits changes suggested by her together with therapy at her studio have done wonders. I had to take ibuprofen 600mg too often to be able to cope with my day from the early morning, but haven't had to take any for more than 2 months now. It's great not to have to rely on strong painkillers/anti inflammatories anymore. I can't recommend her enough!

I came across Om Therapy 4 months ago while looking for a physiotherapist to help me with a shoulder injury. Going on the online reviews I decided to book an appointment with Ola. She has been the best physiotherapist I have ever come across. She immediately seeked out the problem not only with my shoulder but other areas of my spine and lower back. Like many others who sit at a computer all day at work I get a stiff back and neck, I also have stiff bits in my legs from cycling. I do regular exercise (tai chi & yoga) which helps to combat this, but there are still areas where you are not aware of tension or tightness. Ola has a strong instinctive ability to seek out and de-stress tight, sore, and angry muscles or tendons that make your life a living hell. She does this by just moving her hands on your body for the 1st 20 minutes, in an effort to understand what's all wrong, and what she believes she has to do to set it all straight. After experiencing so many therapists over the last 15 yrs, I can confirm that this ability Ola possesses is a gift and talent that most therapists sadly don't have. She's the real deal, and that's why I slog it from Gloucestershire to her office on Kingsland road twice a month.

I attended several osteo sessions with Ola roughly a year ago after having many years of lower back issues. Ola treated me with professional judgement and care but all the while offering a personal approach. I always felt safe and looked after with her as a healthcare professional. After several sessions, Ola recommended that I no longer needed regular interventions and I unfortunately couldn’t return again as I have since moved out of London. That said, this amount of time on and I’m still feeling fully healed and have a incredibly wider range of movement than prior to my journey with osteopathy (of which Ola has been the first and only practitioner). For two years, I have been going to Om for osteopath treatments with Roxanne. Roxanne is basically a miracle worker. I can't recommend her enough! I have a hypermobility disorder, and she has treated my various back issues expertly. She has also done an excellent job helping ease the aches and pains of pregnancy. The studio is small, but bright and clean. Please note that the studio is up a few very narrow flights of stairs and there is no lift... so not great for people with accessibility issues.

I had an appointment with Rebecca for acupuncture and she was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous and she completely put me at ease with her kind and caring approach. Also I came away feeling so good! The pain in my neck and shoulder significantly reduced, and I just felt so much lighter. She is magic!
