J. E.I have recently moved to London and registered at The Palace Surgery. In my experience so far, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Incredibly efficient in booking and communication re appointments, blood tests etc. The nurses and doctors are lovely, they listen and you don't feel like you're being rushed out the room, despite these incredibly busy times. Super pleased!
L. Z.Hit and miss at my surgery. Excellent Patricia always helpful on reception and also a couple of others are good too (sorry I don’t know their names). Dr Chan is always helpful at covering everything in his appointments. I do like the book appointment online service but still disappointed that there are still no face to face appointments. It some times needs to be face to face depending on what’s wrong. Many other illnesses are going undetected because of the Covid restrictions. I feel that above all GPS should be seeing their patients more so than ever- other health services are managing to do this.
I had to go to A and E at Charing X hospital because my UTI was so severe as I was told by the surgery to call them the next morning, I couldn’t wait but A and E were excellent, especially the Dr I saw (Suzanne Templeton-Wright). They had all precautions in place for Covid and still checked me fully, I was then issued the antibiotics I desperately needed.
