Been having treatment with Rita for years - for my back pain, sciatica and sports injuries.
Have started seeing Kung for her thai oil massage, has really helped my back pain and headaches.

I went to Rita, after a glowing review from a friend who is a regular client, and I’m so happy I did! I was experiencing unbearable back pain which became hip pain for almost a year - having tried so many things without finding a longterm fix. Within 5 mins of being in her office she had diagnosed the issue (which not even the chiropractor I seen had been able to do).
Ever since my hips and back have got better and better and I’m back to being active and happy.
During this time, she’s also helped with tendon problems in my wrist (which doctors had not been able to help), my digestion, a local reaction to a bee sting, and with anxiety and depression I was experiencing at the end of last year. All the while treating the main issues I went to her with - such great value for my money and time!
I would say she’s a miracle worker but that would do a disservice to her skills and attentiveness - they are all her!
I love the way acupuncture with Rita makes me feel so much, I’ve kept it as a regular monthly appointment I maintain for myself, to keep everything in good working order.
I’ve sent two friends her way and they both have had the same wonderful experience. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I initially went to see Rita with tennis elbow, which had become extremely painful and daily life was getting down with the pain. After two sessions of acupuncture I noticed that most of the pain had gone, but I still had trouble sleeping on my right side as my elbow would become sore again.
I continued seeing Rita and after a couple more sessions I’m now able to sleep on my right side, which I’ve been unable to do for several years now.
In addition to my tennis elbow problem, Rita continued to treat me for my Menopause symptoms and general anxiety and stress issues. We were in the process of buying a house and moving, which as many people know, can be a very stressful time.
Rita is a delight and always brightened my days when I saw her. She is full of positive vibes and apart from being an excellent acupuncturist, is a warm, friendly and caring person. Highly recommend her.

Starting acupuncture with Rita was without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made. Initially she helped me with sciatica pain, which is now completely under control. Rita now also works on other aspects of my health and wellbeing. Aside from pain relief, since starting with Rita I have felt balanced, calm and able to listen to my body. She is a wonderful soul with great intuition.

Rita has a lovely warm and down to earth approach! I felt instantly comfortable!
The acupuncture has helped with my chronic fatigue even after 3 sessions I notice a difference!
I would highly recommend!

I sought Rita out to help with Hay fever symptoms and from the first treatment my symptoms were pretty much eradicated. 3 treatments over the summer and I’ve been sinus congestion free. I’ll definitely be going back early next summer for a few more treatments. 100% Recomended! Thanks Rita.

I woke up with Labyrinthitis a couple of weeks ago. It's a nasty dizzy, nausea-inducing inner ear thing, that makes the room spin.
But just two sessions of acupunture and Tuina massage with Rita Shamia at Peachy Acupuncture and I can now bend down to tie my shoelaces without any dizziness. I can't express the relief of being able to carry on life as normal, and SO quickly!

This morning I spent a wonderful hour in the capable hands of Rita @peachy_acupuncture_n8 I am so ready to curb the last traces of first trimester droopiness and sickness and move into the glowy goddess (?!) stage.
It is such a beautiful space and an hour to yourself to do some clever thinking/gormless staring/ heavy snoring kipping. If you are in North London, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Rita has helped me with back pain, migraines and relief from sports injuries. Her Chinese massage is also great, like sports massage but better!
