Excellent appointment, well worth the money for an appointment that lasts 2 hours! I wish I had gone here before I spent so much money on hair products. Excellent customer service and very professional!

You are made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as you enter the clinic. I saw Lisa Caddy and am so glad I did. She immediately made me feel relaxed, listened sympathetically and after examination, advised what was happening to my hair and what products may be beneficial to my hair. Lisa was professional, approachable and friendly and never did I feel I was being forced into buying products. The information was presented and I felt in control as to the next step. I opted for some hair drops which have helped my hair and in just over five months, I can see an improvement. Still a little way to go but I am really happy and confident and have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Great products! I am using the body building shampoo line for 2years and are the best products I could ever purchase. I have medium to short hair and with this products and the curls activator I have the most amazing volume. Now I moved back to Europe and I have friends sending them to me. Well deserved 5 stars and strongly recommended!!!

They are simply the best!! Was told by doctors, hairdressers and friends, that my hair loss was due to age, menopause, operations....! But I was determined this was not the case, so thankfully I booked an appointment to see Jane, one of their consultants. She examined my scalp, follicles, discussed my diet etc. I then was prescribed the treatment, shampoo, conditions, scalp treatment etc. You have to stick with it, but I was very lucky that I showed rapid results. I now have a full head of hair with no scalp conditions, until I go through another stressful time, when I will be back!

I have been going to the clinic for 6 years and am reviewed annually. I had been suffering from a gradual decline in my hair growth since menopause. The diagnosis was Female Pattern baldness; some hair follicles were not growing properly. I started my treatment and noticed a difference after 6 months. I was also advised to have various blood tests to ensure I could produce hair. If I hadn't had these tests I would not have known that I was low on zinc and Vitamin D. I can't say enough about the consultants I have seen. I highly recommend them.

Jane has given me great advice on products to use on my hair, advice on how to keep it healthy and lots of guidance about how looking after yourself from the outside in has a positive impact on your hair. Can't recommend the clinic highly enough!

They really know what they are talking about. The products are quite pricey but you will definitely see a notice. My hair is looks so good!!!! I have thyroid problem but with PK products I can see a difference

I had a serious problem with a complete flaky scalp but after being looked after by Jane and Ellie I can say its completely gone, I miss my weekly visits as now only have to have an appointment every 4 months or so, but dont need that really, I go to be pampered to be honest. Regular use of the itchy flaky shampoo and elasticiser is all i really need. If you have a scalp issue there is only one place to go The Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic !!

Absolutely 1st class. Suffered massive hair loss due to the stress of work. All hairdressers told me nothing could be done - it was my age!! A year later and now proud owner of of thicker hair. Another year should see all the new growth restore my head to thickness of old. Yipppppeeeeeee!

I could not recommend the clinic highly enough. I have been visiting Jane Martin's at the clinic for several years. I was treated in a sensitive manner with advice and programme of treatment that has been easy to follow and highly successful. The cost is not prohibitive so if you have been thinking about visiting the clinic but have been unsure I would advise you to go for it. Good luck.
