Very nice and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into the clinic. The girls are greeting you with a smile and are very hospitable at reception from the moment you come in until the moment that you leave. I had a back massage from Marla, and I have to say it was probably one of the most relaxing time in ages. It is definitely a treat for yourself, and will come back for more. There are a lot of treatments available, so definitely something for each and every one of us. I recommend the clinic 100%!

Very attentive staff. I had a free consultation with Aleksandra and she explained what treatment would work best for me and really listened to me. Then I had an Accent Prime ultrasound & radio-frequency done by Tamara and she was really good. Tamara provided a client-tailored service by asking questions and making sure that pressure, focus areas, etc. were exactly what I wanted. I'm coming to Primas Medispa for a while now, for different body treatments. All team member are very friendly, and helpfully. Recently I started Acualyx, fat dissolving injections treatment on large area (inner tights in my case). My therapist is Shirley, how together with Irina proceed my treatment. Both are very lovely, kind and very very gentle. My treatment was almost pain free. From my experience, next day I hade some bruises, and felt like muscle pain for a day or two. I'm wearing compression tights every day and gently massaging the area every night. Now hoping for the best result. 🤞

Irina is an angel who makes Aqualyx treatments painless! I've had very professional and capable therapists administer Aqualyx before and it has always been, fortunately, a very positive experience, also the results. With Irina it is on a whole new level! She worked on two areas in succession: my entire abdomen and then my arms. I have been dreading having the injections in my arms because it is notoriously painful. I don't know how to explain it, but Irina uses her own technique to administer it so that I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever and have experienced minimal bruising. Apart from her wonderful skills she is a lovely and kind woman who will put you completely at ease and is constantly monitoring everything and checking in with you to make sure that you are having the optimal experience. She turned the entire situation into one of the most positive treatments I have had. Thank you so much Irina!

I feel very comfortable with her . I have now down 2/3 of my package of peelings and dermapen. She cooled my skin between each section to ensure I was comfortable. I felt really invigorated after the session and was delighted about how easy the process of the equipment was. I would recommend it to anyone looking to shed a fee pounds and rebuild up their stamina. The staff and decor were friendly and welcoming, a pleasant surprise for an out of the way salon. Over the past years I’ve been using different treatments at Primas Medispa, but wanted to leave my feedback particularly about one of the therapists as it’s really difficult to find people that are really good at what they do and I hope my feedback will help somebody else looking for a good therapist out there. I booked a reflexology session with Tamara last weekend and in the beginning didn’t expect much of it as this was more of a spa treat for myself. However Tamara’s knowledge and professionalism blew me away. I could tell she was well qualified from the first 10 minutes of my therapy as she was able to tell me exactly where in my body I might be having problems, what I need to do on and even recommend me to change few bits in my diet. Interesting fact is that she was spot on. I do regular check ups and even doctors don’t give me such detailed feedback. End result - I ended up buying a course of treatments with her. Since my initial treatment I am feeling more energetic, sleep a lot better, feel a lot lighter and can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

I have had such a good experience with this spa, when I initially called to book my appointment, Nathalie was so bubbly and very helpful in getting me booked in for the next day. I had such a lovely pampering session, Heena gave me a spa facial and eyebrow threading. Firstly, Heena was so chatty and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The spa facial itself was very relaxing, although I don't generally have any particular issues with my skin, the facial really made my face glow and look a lot brighter. My eyebrows were threaded into a nice shape as well. As a student, I would say the treatments were worth the money and the spa also have some good offers when you purchase a few treatments. I would definitely love to come back here.

I had a wonderful hot stone massage with Tamara yesterday. She began by massaging my neck, shoulders and back to relieve the tension that I was holding up there, and then did a hot stone massage on my full body (neck, back, arms, legs) for the second half of the session. The whole experience was very relaxing - I could have laid there for hours afterwards! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and/ or relieve tension in their body. I was advised a course of treatment encompassing pressotherapy, tshape and Alma prime to treat my stubborn cellulite. Prima medispa is located a stone away from St. Paul and it is a very clean and friendly place. I haven’t met a therapist who was not friendly and the ladies at the reception are always super nice and helpful. You get plenty of appointment reminders on your email and phone which I find helpful. I have done pressotherapy and t shape a couple of times and the therapist was always professional and friendly. I had the pleasure to meet a couple of therapists, my first t shape session was a bit painful but bear in mind it has nothing to do with the therapist: no pain, no gain. You’re breaking fat cells after all. The more you do and the less pain you will feel, now I feel none. I had my first session with a lady from Colombia, another session with a lady from Brazil who explained about my fat and gave me vigorous massage and a session with an Indian lady who was very gentle and nice. My last t shape session was with Tamara who gave me a lot of explanation about the treatment and really worked hard on breaking fat cells. We could see results instantly and no cellulite visible. My t shape sessions were followed with Alma prime. I also received plenty of explanations from Tamara on what does what and I am very pleased with the results. I always enjoy chatting with her and I believe she enjoys seeing the results from her work, it’s great to see someone that dedicated! First I want to start off by saying that I was so impressed by the kindness and politeness of all the staff from the moment I stepped in at the clinic! The atmosphere is just amazing, feels so cozy, the interior and cleanliness is outstanding and the sofa in the waiting area is soo comfy and soft! They are also complying with temperature checking of every customer they have covid safety rules and are very attentive to everyone. Now moving on to my facial with my lovely therapist Bruna which I was so pleased to be treated by. This was my first time ever having a hydrafacial and I was extremely, extremely pleased with the results, as I went at a time when I was highly stressed (as well as due my monthly cycle) and breaking out on multiple places on my face. I was also due to have my wedding the following week, so it was a much needed glow boost. The hydrafacial made wonders!!! I could confirm that straight away as I got home I noticed my usually large pores shrinked, my akin was completely blackhead-free and my stubborn pimple marks and bumps from 2 weeks ago were lightened and diminished almost completely. Bruna was so gentle and gave me an amazing and much needed shoulder&neck massage, as well as exfoliation and worked very nicely also on my decollate area. On top of that the whole treatment was absolutely excellent from beginning till the end, as I had multiple exfoliations, serums and moisturiser applied on my face with the use of the hydrafacial machine. The treatment itself was performed really gently and I knew my therapist knows what she was doing. After my treatment I had a full leg hot wax, again performed by Bruna and it was the most painless and efficient I have ever had done in a salon in my life. I was absolutely hairless and she even worked on additional areas. I am very pleased and I have also reserved another amazing deal in Primas Medispa and I cannot wait to come back soon! I also purchased a course of laser through a promotional deal but feel that, due to the promotion, my treatments perhaps weren't as thorough as they could have been. At the end of the course I was advised that I would need 12 sessions to see the results, which was quite disappointing and meant that I would have ended up spending as much as if the promotion hadn't been available and the time taken to achieve a good result has also doubled.

I visited this salaon for a facial and have to say it is a lovely salon, very spacious, light and airy. I came on a Groupon voucher and would say that the facial was satisfactory. However I was disappointed in the after care. I had attempted to engage the therapist in a conversation about the products during the treatment and would have expected to be offered products to buy at the end but nothing was offered. I would also expect to have been asked if I wanted to book another appointment but this did not happen either. I thought the whole point of a Groupon voucher was to have a taster treatment and the salon would then want to secure future business.

The floors in the treatment rooms were visibly diry, so were the covers on the massage tables. Booked 8 sessions of laser hair removal and even after the 7th session it's still not working. Also it's a different person doing the treatment each time, which is irritating as everyone seems to be doing the treatment in a different way. It happened to me once that I came in for an appointment and they had overbooked and were not able to treat me and send me away. Another time my booking had disappared from their systems.
