H. F.Very clean and safe which makes me relaxed. Receptionists are polite and helpful. Dr Khoylou is truly caring, friendly and really professional.
I am grateful that I am in such a great practice.
S.I called at 4pm on a Friday, got a call back at 4:10, gave my sample and had it checked by 4:50, called back at 5, diagnosed, and had my medicine by 5:15. Best service! Sanam Khaylou is also a really good doctor, she really cares about her patients and does her best. I really like this GP.
V. V.I have seen Dr. Stephen Yaxley numerous times and have found him exceptional. He is professional, efficient and truly cares about your wellbeing. He treats you like a human being, gives you the time to express your concerns, and you feel like he's right by your side. Moreover, he keeps you informed as soon as he receives any results, so you do not have to chase things up. Dr. Stephen Yaxley is simply the definition of an amazing doctor - it's just a shame our current government does not appreciate doctors such as Dr.Stephen Yaxley as much as his patients do. Vjosa
B. V.I felt stupid for calling for a cough something I’ve suffered repeatedly for nearly 30 years . what was the point. Anxious as always I spoke fast and lacked.. sense.
Dr Yaxley, was interested, inquisitive and thoughtful. I left with almost tearful at how much time and thought.. effort Dr Yaxley used for me.
