M. R. F. f.I called Queens Road Surgery today for some advice and spoke to a lady called Samantha. The information was clear and concise. She had a good calm voice and gave me the information I required. She followed up the conversation by sending me a form I needed to complete moments after we disconnected.
Great service as far as I am concerned, yes it took a while on the phone but that life at the moment
S. H.Silvia is really wonderful with needles, and so quick! The reception staff often go out of their way to help, and my consultations with GPs have nearly all been good- my only difficulty has been with using the Dr IQ app, but that was resolved quickly. I am sad that Dr Sterling is leaving, she is thorough and kind, many thanks to her and to everyone at Queens Rd for keeping going through the pandemic.
T. G.I would never change surgery now because the Queens Road Surgery's services are of the highest standard. Specifically Jack Gray and Dr. Joanne Perera have provided me with the best service and have been nothing but warm, helpful and extremely supportive during this difficult time. I highly recommend this surgery to anyone.
J. T.My prescription had been sent to the wrong pharmacy yesterday and Ruth on reception just went out of her way to help me. It was already 6pm and when she wasn't able to get ahold of the pharmacy she got my doctor to write me a new prescription and send it to the right pharmacy in less than half an hour. I'm going away tomorrow so I'm enormously grateful that Ruth was able to sort everything for me so quickly.

T. K.I can not speak anymore highly of Dr. Perera. She has been wonderful during the last 6 months in regards to my dad. She has shown the ultimate dignity, empathy and professionalism in what has been a horrendous time for us as a family. She has been so helpful and understanding and she is a credit to the surgery. I only wish she was my GP - well done and thank you for all your hard work 👍
