Parking available, must remember to enter registration at machine. Cafe on ground floor, can grab your blood test number too! Disabled toilets on ground floor, clean with enough loo roll. Staff are usually friendly and polite. Only downside, getting through them phones! You are at position 33!!! But when you finally get through (I completed an E consultation, I got a call back and an appointment) I totally understand the constraints, with patience I was seen to, no pun intended ok.

Don't understand the negative reviews on here! 'Queenswood' has literally been a life saver for me over the years. Dr Hana Kassam is the most caring, professional & knowledgeable doctor I have ever been lucky enough to be a patient of! A special mention to the incredible Tisha & Fiona who not only have always been so polite & helpful but also sorted out a couple of major problems without any fuss whatsoever. To all at 'Queenswood', keep up the fantastic work in this difficult time. You really are appreciated!

Born and bred in crouch end and all ive known is queenswood. No matter how many times they have moved it just got better and better and even though i have moved a few times myself growing up, this place has set the bar so high everytime ive had to go to a another practise i always end up saying i wish queenswood was here lol. Its honestly a god send, staff and doctors are amazing

Every experience I have had here has been fantastic, the ladies on the phone so kind and knowledgeable. I can't speak highly enough of a wonderful nurse who made me feel so safe and comfortable in what can be an awkward uncomfortable situation. On a previous occasion with a doctor, I felt safe and cared for. Every time I have spoken to the reception they have been extremely helpful with a caring ear. I feel very lucky to have they as my go to! Thanks guys!

My appointment was at 08:50 and I was called at 08:51!Super nice experience, staff very welcoming and warm. My blood samples were taken within seconds and the phlebotomist lady was very efficient and kind!Really grateful to have such good practise near the area!

I have seen many doctors here over the last 10 years. I have always been able to get an on the day appointment. When I was having troubles with my feet I was referred quickly for MRIs, X rays and other checks. I have not experienced this type of service elsewhere and I've lived all over the country.

One of the best surgery's that I've been registered at. Kind and friendly and very accommodating. Reception staff are always helpful, they always seem to fit me in on the same or next day. I’ve seen a few doctors at Queenswood and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Two Doctors that standout, Dr Martine De Couteau and Dr David Masters Dr De Couteau was incredibly thorough and had a lovely manner, very reassuring and supportive after a load of blood tests and some antibiotics I was back to me again. Dr Masters was great a real people person somebody you felt comfortable talking to. Thank you Queenswood Mecdical Practice.

Far and away the best surgery I've been to. Efficient, usually quite close to scheduled appointment times, good doctors. It's a training surgery so there's quite a high turnover of doctors, but that also means there's a constant flow of new ideas and information in to the practice. On-site pharmacist, little cafe, nice building.

This surgery is one of the best I have had over the years. I am type 1 diabetic and visit the surgery often and never have I felt let down by them. Also with regards to the comment on Dr Masters, I have seen him numerous times and he is very knowledgeable, professional doctor with many years experience. He is also a very nice man so anyone reading that comment please ignore it.

Queenswood Medical Practice offer an amazing service. My Doctor here (Dr Prentice) is the best I have ever had. The range of services they offer, combined with the flexibility of phone appointments are second to none. The receptionist are really nice and friendly too.

I have had to use Queenswood medical practice a lot unfortunately for my family and they have been very helpful although we have lived in the area for 8 years we only moved to Queenswood for our first child 2.5 years ago. I have found them no-nonsense and efficient which is a high accolade for the NHS. When I went to see the Dr referred to as "scary" in a previous review, for myself I asked him to have a quick listen to my 18 month year old while there, he immediately stopped some serious chest trouble and we were in the Whittington in 10 mins and the child has got better. The one thing I would do is after a while is opt for a particular GP you want to be registered with as you seem to register with the practice initially. My family are all register with the Dr who rescued my child.

Can be very variable - it depends which doctor you see. Almost all of them are caring and helpful. There are definitely two |I wouldn't like to see ever again but there are so many that you have a wide choice. Receptionists are always helpful and do their very best in a very busy practice. Practice Nurses are really excellent.

Ignore these reviews and read the ones on 'NHS choices', to get an overall rating this low is absurd. I've found Queenswood very helpful, they've fitted me in on the same or next day numerous times. They always have a packed waiting room and have to deal with people late for appointments amongst other things and I think they do it admirably. 'The Dr is scary', are you 8 years old? I think you mean you got swift, no-nonense medical advice which is what I had from that doctor.

Since moving to the area, I’ve visited this practice twice. On both occasions the doctors have been, attentive, polite and professional. The building is large, clean and bright with a nice coffee shop downstairs. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Surgery. In the UK we forget just how lucky we are to have modern facilties like this available to us. I often see the Doctors there working late into the evening when I visit the gym next door. Having been severely ill a few times in the last few years my Doctor (Dr Masters) has been truely fantastic and 100% professional. I take my hat off to them all.

Dr gosh is by far one of the best doctors at the queenswood medical center he has been involved and totally understand what I have been going through for the past 18 months Some of the reception staff needs to be better trained to listen to the patients
