Excellent Service. This is a new company to me - Rightangled. Very swift service and also pleasant and polite to deal with. This has not always been my experience with other companies, and these are difficult times we are living in. We all need to connect to each other in a way that is helpful and understanding. The service was excellent, the kit arrived in good time. The instructions were clear, giving a step by step approach. If there was anything which caused a challenge, staff were available immediately to help. Contact numbers and email addresses were clear. This was a very smooth experience for me.

My test came very quickly. The instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. The paid return mailing label came in the pack, so all I had to do was drop it into a priority mail box. The website where you register your test was also very easy to follow, and all you do is wait for your result to be emailed to you. I would definitely use Rightangled again.

Applied for this test and release package while in Germany. It was waiting for me when I got home in two days. Easy instructions to register and take the test. Put the test which is 24 hour tracked in post box, got the results within 24 hours. Good value for money. Had to cancel my pre-booked day 2 & day 8 PCR test due to departure country being red-listed; my payment was refunded without question, with a suggestion to re-book when I was sure of my flight.
