l. g.I came from abroad to help my mother at a difficult time. Dr Smith is always helpful and a good listener. My mother is so pleased to have him as her doctor. This time, as it wasn't possible to see him, we were given an appointment with dr Naiddo, who also followed up at a home appointment. The care she gave to my mother was out of this world. She really worried about her and made sure she got the best support. I really appreciate all the attention given. This health centre makes the difference, from the staff at the desk to dr Smith and more recently dr Naidoo. Thank you
J. G.If you ever manage to talk to one of the doctors, they're very good. However this surgery is a bit of a shambles so you'll struggle to get to that point. Phone appointments aren't allocated a time any more - you have to attend to your phone the whole day until it rings. Even after finally messaging you to say that they will call "shortly" they take another 45+ minutes so if you have anything else to do with your life you will unfortunately struggle to access the service.
