Really kind staff but !! ONLY SERVE RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN BOROUGHS !! I could not be seen as I’m a Camden resident. The boroughs are just Brent, Ealing, harrow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster

Absolutely lovely staff that took care of me for chest pain that ended up being pericarditis. Calm atmosphere, very efficient, and the nurse who took care of my examination, Marvin, was absolutely incredible. Had to wait about an hour after first arriving there, but with a good book that was perfectly fine.

Great service overall! Arrived shortly before opening and waited for only 5 minutes or so. The nurse who saw us (sorry don't remember the name) was very friendly and professional. She asked all the right questions and gave us piece of mind with her advice. And you get all this for free! Thank you very much dear nurse and staff generally!

Really excellent centre. Welcoming and comfortable waiting area. Lovely staff. They were all so helpful. The doctor who treated me was very kind took time to explain things to me. Thank you very much.
Our NHS is just wonderful! And it’s not for sale!!

I went in on a Friday at 9:30, and was out by 11:30. All of the nurses were kind. I’ve noticed some reviews about the nurses being mean, but I think they are just stern and don’t mess around. I saw Yvette and she was definitely a no-nonsense professional but she clearly cared about what I was going through and talked to me for a good 20 minutes, and provided me with helpful next steps. No one likes having to see a nurse/doctor, because it means we aren’t feeling well! So when someone isn’t smiley and warm it can seem worse when we aren’t feeling well.

I had a great experience here, despite the reason for me needing to attend.
The receptionist was attentive, courteous and caring.
The nurse who triaged me (and sent me to a different facility as I did need an x-ray) was fantastic.
This is my second experience here and both times the staff have been wonderful.

I couldn't go to my GP (I had been deregistered) and was recommended the walk in centre. I was really pleased with the service, all three members of staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. You register at reception and then are called for a brief consultation before a practitioner sees you. I was in and out within an hour (although they said it was a quiet afternoon). Would definitely recommend!

I really want to thank the nurse who I saw a couple of days ago in the Soho walk in clinic who immediately gave me the medication and treatment that I desperately needed.
Earlier during the week, I had made an emergency appointment with my GP who unfortunately misdiagnosed me and told me that I did not need antibiotics. I knew from the get go that I was in a bad state and begged for antibiotics but reluctantly accepted her refusal. However, as my condition continued to get worse rapidly over the next two days and I was unable to get another emergency appointment at my GP surgery, I went to the Soho walk in clinic. I was attended to very quickly and will have to say that the treatment that I received here was outstanding. Once again thanks to the nurse for actually listening to me and prescribing me with the right medication as I now feel much better!

I went there to get my throat, eye ad ear checked as I had some inflammation for a week. The staff were very helpful and the waiting time was not too long either. The nurse who saw me was excellent, she was nice and caring. She explained everything to me and referred me to go the the Western eye hospital and they couldn't find the source of the inflammation. Overall very good experience

Excellent service, would be a crime to see this go. Was seen within half and hour of arriving at 9am. Expected it to be heaving but staff were friendly and professional and the Doctor who saw me was efficient and actually listened to me. The pharmacy attached to it is also great, really friendly and professional service with some ace Chinese medicine too. Right in the centre of Soho.

Having had a leg wound due to being assaulted, i needed to return to the Clinic every two days to have the leg looked after. The Nurses here are fantastic, not only did they do their best to make sure my leg healed without surgery they also treated me like a human being. Their approach being professional and compassionate. While there i saw a lot of people be aggressive and rude to the nurses about issues that were well out of the nurses control and they still dealt with them in a polite and calm manner. I'll never understand why people are rude to those helping you. I tip my hat to the Nurses at the NHS Walk In Clinic in soho.

Initially I was nervous about coming here for my wound dressing. The entrance & facilities aren't vey modern. I had read the previous positive reviews and came for a couple of days. The reception staff change; they're OK, not too friendly but not difficult. The two nurses I saw we're great once I was in the consulting room with them. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I've since been to three other centres for my dressing, but the nurses here are the best. Thank you!!!

Today was my second visit here and the staff was just as efficient and friendly as last time. This service is absolutely brilliant especially the nurses. The nurse who examined today and on my last visit was very funny, lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely better than my GP. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
Kind Regards,
B

Very helpful staff, everyone I talked to was polite and kind, nurses and admin staff and they explained everything really well to me. I waited a very short time to see a nurse for the initial consultation and then about 40 minutes for the main consultation. The nurse was very efficient and gave me good advice for my treatment.

In a time when it's virtually impossible to get an appointment when you're in need at my local GP, this service helped prevent a visit to overstretched A&E. The senior staff nurse was able to work out what was causing a pain in my side and to work out that I had some sort of kidney infection. She was able to prescribe the appropriate medication which is working. The only downside was the 2 hour wait, but they are a role model for improving ways of organising NHS services when someone needs to see someone urgently but not as an emergency.

While working in nearby and falling ill I was more than a bit concerned about using a walk in centre in central London. I've used a few before and I expected this one to have very long waiting times etc due to the location, but I was really happy to be seen within half an hour. The nurse who saw me actually checked me out more thoroughly than my own GP does. Really pleased with how dedicated the staff are! Thank you
J. M.
Excellent service from the super friendly nurse at triage to the nurse who helped drain my particularly nasty infected cyst and was joking and laughing while doing so. Made me feel so at ease and helped keep my nerves at bay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this walk in to anyone who needs it. Thank you to all the staff!

I've been nursing a cold all week and decided to visit right when it opened and I'm happy to say that I had a great experience. I was done within 10 minutes and the nurse that attended to me was polite, friendly professional. She gave me lots of advice and now it's time to get well!

Excellent. I recently moved to London to I haven't registered with GP yet, and managed to catch UTI which progressed to my kidneys so had to act fast. Gave them a call to ask if they are authorized to prescribe antibiotics. After receiving a positive response went to see them in the evening. Waited mb 20 min in line. The nurse was very pleasant. Walked out soon after with prescription in hand. Fast. Free. Fabulous.

So, having been needing to visit almost daily for quite a few weeks, I know this place quite well.
First off, the nurses are all wonderful. Every single nurse was polite, helpful and exceptional with patience (and patients) and have to put up with all sorts I'm sure at this (or any) location. Hats off to the staff nurses who do a great job.
The downside is the exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful reception team. Certainly all the women were unhelpful, surly, no smiles and in no rush to help, smile. It won't kill you. It's quite a contrast to the very friendly and helpful team that do the hard work, but it's quite shocking and I agree with most other comments, that the reception team are really quite rude and not very helpful.

I have had a chest dressing changed & repacked every day for the last 4 days & every time the service has been first class. I have seen 4 different doctors / nurses in this time, all have been so helpful & friendly. Really impressed with this service, never waited longer than 30 mins & the staff really are brilliant, both reception & nurses.
E. H.
Absolutely brilliant service. Was seen by triage within a few minutes and a nurse about 15mins later. Very thorough and helpful consultation - great advice and the prescription I needed. Thank you NHS!
A. S.
No-one likes going to the doctor. Most people are grumpy, impatient and inconsiderate of others - and that's before you add that they are ill as well! In the face of this, the staff here are amazing - patient, friendly, reassuring and not giving a sense of being stressed even though they must be.
Waiting times are a while. If you show up before 8am you will probably get through quickly. Otherwise plan to wait... or go see your gp instead
M. G.
I was received very quickly by Yvette, a professional and very efficient nurse who provided me with a quick and accurate evaluation of my injury. She suggested a second evaluation with another nurse and warned me about a waiting time around an hour. 50 mins later Ann came to grab me, smiling and professional nurse that examined me thoroughly and reached the same diagnosis than Yvette, she guided me through the understanding of the steps to recover for my injury and wrote it down for me. I just left, I feel better already thanks to such an efficient staff surrounded by so many people in distress. Thanks, and good luck to you all.

Saw a nurse called Linda this evening and she was lovely. She genuinely cared, didn't seem in a rush and really spent time to listen to me. If everyone is like her at this walk in clinic then they are amazing. Absolutely brilliant - thank you so much
E. M. S.
A fantastic service. I arrived at 8 am and was seen immediately by the first nurse who carried out the initial consultation. I then had to wait about 10 mins to see another nurse - Libby - and had an in depth consultation and was given the right prescription. Libby was fantastic - very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend using this practice again.

As an American, I was blown away by how easy it was to access effective healthcare completely free of charge. You Brits sure are spoiled. I had to wait about an hour and a half (which they accurately predicted), but it was in the mid-afternoon, which I assume was a very busy time for them in a place like that. The doctor saw me, diagnosed me, and joked with me about the absurdity that is American healthcare, all in about 5 minutes. My medication cost me 10 dollars, and that was the only thing I had to pay for, despite being a foreign tourist who contributes very little to the UK government in the form of taxes. When can WE get this? Wow! A+

I went at 6.30pm on Tuesday as my girlfriend was having an asthma attack. The service we received was exemplary. The nurse we saw (Sally I believe) was both calming and efficient, and left me entirely comforted that we were in safe hands. Thanks you all very much.
G. W.
Amazing place - great team of people, from the receptionist to the triage nurse and the consultant that helped me.
Arrived at 8:15am and was checked in, assessed, treated and back out by 9am.
Great experience - couldn't recommend enough.
V. G.
Fantastic service. I was well looked after and seen quickly. Both the nurses that I saw were lovely, and Yvette in particular took plenty of time to assess me and make sure that I got the care I needed. Thank you so much!
D.
Considering it's a central London walk-in clinic, I was seen within 1hr 30mins which is really good. The nurse was friendly and thorough, I didn't feel rushed and I left feeling confident my issue had been addressed properly.
S. N.
I was having breathing difficulties and within 5 minutes I was seen by the most incredibly helpful nurse called Natalie who who could not have been more wonderful and diligent. Truly a fantastic service - thank you Natalie!!!

I've got tonsillitis, had fever and strong pain for 5 days. I visited my GP the day before and he sais I should take paracetamol (I been already using paracetamol 4 times a day with no help) and drink orange juice. In this centrum I've got penicilin straight away. The staff was very nice, smiling, interested in my problems. I was very satisfied.
A.
Really helpful staff, took the time to assess my problem and provide answers. Everyone I talked to during my visit was extremely nice and helpful and made me feel less on edge (really needed in this situation). The lady that took care of me during my visit was absolutely amazing, and did her best to provide the best quality care for me. Thank you very much to everyone!

Went in with chest pains. Was seen within 20 minutes and linked to a machine within 30. They took it very seriously. This is a nurse run Clinic so no doctors which I was told from the start. They put my mind at ease and did everything they were capable of.
K. V. H.
My experience at the clinic was fantastic, nurse was really helpful and with very high knowledge also very friendly! well done to all team and thank you! The best walk in clinic i ever been! :)
J. T.
Good nurses and efficient work but the waiting time can be long. I waited almost 1.5 hours. Best to go to your GP or a non-NHS walk-in if you're in a hurry.
S. C.
The nurse that saw me was amazing, really took time to listen to my symptoms and examine me. I even had a call back later that evening to see how I was feeling. Brilliant all round.
C.
Would like to give a big thank you to one of the nurses, I think her name was Angela or Andrea, who helped me find out what pharmacies were still open Sunday evening. V professional and so helpful thank you!
N. A. E.
Very useful walk in centre if you really can't wait for a GP but you're not ill enough to warrant a trip to A&E. There is usually a long wait - 60 to 90 minutes should be expected.
D. O.
I must say the staff and service at this centre was really good. I had an allergic reaction and they rushed me straight in and gave me the right medication. The staff were very professional and caring with great personalities. Thanks for all your help:)
D. S.
Seen within half an hour. Triage nurse was as patronising as what the reviews said before I went however the nurse that saw me after her was very professional and did care to my condition.
A. L.
Overall very good service
Reception was fine. Initial accessment nurse was alright. Nurse who saw me was fantastic couldn't have been happier. Waiting time around an hour.
J.
The walk in centre were so helpful. I didn’t have to wait too long and the nurse was so thorough in her checks. She really was helpful.
R. H.
Wow..... Exellent.
Polite and helpful staff...
Walked into a busy waiting room, waited 20 mins to be triarged then another 50 minutes to get seen (thought id be there 2hrs + at least) Once seen Senior Nursing Staff rang my GP and physio to book follow up appointments....... Awsome Job Team .. Thankyou for your time....
G. N.
Great walk in service. I was seen in about an hour which is pretty good for central London. The nurse was very professional and provided with fantastic healthcare service.
F. F.
One of your nurses was sending me home saying that I just needed to use some difflam to cure my throat, I'm happy I wasn't put of by the waiting time as she hoped because after the second visit the doctor gave me antibiotics and said that I clearly had a bacterial tonsillitis.

I have been there twice in last 3 weeks and everyone starting form reception was wonderful and carrying. Polite, smiling and very efficient. Great team of professionals.

The walk in service and care here is amazing, I haven't been to the doctors since moving to London and Eileen treated me with the diligence and care that my family GP did, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
A. E.
Went to the walk in clinic with a stomach problem, the doctors were fantastic as well as a the receptionist the only issue was I was there for four and half hours before I was seen if you are in real pain and can’t wait it out go to A&E
A. C.

Excellence experience: from the lovely receptionist who checked my details on the system and corrected them, to triage Nurse Lucy who saw me within minutes of sitting in the waiting room, to Nurse Practioner Jacinta who took the time and care to explain about brain function and injuries and did a thorough examination and the jolly security guard who was helping patients and staff.
V. V.
Very sweet and helpful staff. Only nurses, no GPs. But they gave me full info and chart on where to locate a GP Mon-Fri.
K.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and the consultation was very thorough. I only waited an hour to be seen on Saturday morning.
N. S. E.
Very good service which is not common in the NHS walk ins. I dont give the 5 stars because the lady in reception was a bit rude

E. C.
A long wait, but excellent staff and friendly care. We should be grateful that facilities like this are still available.

I’m sure the advice offered is clinically accurate, but I’d suggest empathy is not their strong suit
