What I really appreciate about this surgery is how efficient they are. I've never had a problem getting an appointment when needed or accessing care. Are they the warm and fuzziest place on the planet? No. Are they quick, reliable and punctual? Yes. When people complain about the front desk staff... I'm not sure what they are complaining about. While perhaps not super chatty or warm, they are doing their jobs and keeping the trains running on time. Which I'm sure when running a surgery is hard work! I appreciate that the staff, nurses and doctors are all very matter of fact and straight to the point. Thank you Soho Square Surgery. I really appreciate all your hard work!

This is by far the most efficient clinic I have had on the NHS and would like to extend my compliments to the receptionists/nurses and doctors alike. This clinic provides an efficient service and treat matters professionally and with urgency. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen upon arrival, all doctors and nurses have been helpful, well informed and have always provided a referral in a timely manner where required. Usually upon each visit my matters have been resolved or at least dealt with straight away.

This is the most efficient GP surgery I have ever been to, or even heard about! Whilst sometimes they are a little slow on the phones (keep calling or send an email), I often get appointments for the very next day!!! I think the most I have ever waited is about 3 minutes. Its amazing.The two GPs are so kind and friendly.

At first I was not happy with the clinic, as I could not get an appointment for a long time. After insisting, really helps also writing an email to them and calling I met my GP. He was very good, careful and professional. I would give him 5 stars but they still made me wait, so 4 stars instead.

I found the woman working reception completely unhelpful and very frustrating to work with. I would rather go to a different practice that has staff that cares about their patients more - this is the kind of place people complain about when they complain about NHS GPs

Ive been to this surgery because i had to go out of neccessity. however, i was surprised to find that the surgery was clean and not very crowded, the dentist was professional and competent. i would recommend this surgery.

I've been a patient at the surgery for over 12 years and I'm very shocked by some of the comments. My experience over the last 12 years has been nothing but excellent care from Dr basilius and doctor bark and all the team. And it's very well organised and they go out their way to keep their patients updated and I have to say during the pandemic they were absolutely fantastic and very well organised and kept in regular contact with me giving me help and support and the receptionist every one of them go out their way to help you and they are so friendly and give you a warm smile when you arrive I can only say say positive things about this surgery they have done so much for me anybody thinking about visiting the surgery the doctors are exceptional they have saved me from so many hospital admissions with their quick diagnosis everyone in the surgery I've gone out there way to help me and to accommodate me I have only great thing to say about this surgery and I just want to say use thank you to everyone who works there thank you all for your kindness and support throughout all these years John welsh
