S. M.Simply the best GP Practice. Every doctor that I have seen has been considerate, pragmatic and efficient. They prioritise continuity of care so I often see my personal doctor but if that is not possible another doctor is always available. The staff there look after myself and my three children. In looking after the children they send helpful reminders about immunisations and other necessities. The surgery itself is clean and run by very friendly and helpful administrative staff. Dr Angel is my personal doctor and she is wonderful. I would highly recommend this surgery.

They work 7 days a week and offer a huge range of services (I have had friends sent to Harley St for similar things I asked for) the extended hours is really noticed as someone who is unable to attend daytime appointments. B. A.This is the best service and practice ever I been for the last 15 years. You get a telephone consultation in the same day and the most special service they provide is that the practice is open on Sunday for emergency.
The most impressive thing that made me leave this feedback, is the exceptional excellent services and treatment that I receive every time I get referred to Dr Katherine Towers.
Every time I contact Dr Towers, I get the best treatment and support that I never get when I was getting treatment privately at Harley Street.
Dr Towers, is a very professional person, who got very good listening skills, that helps the patient to express their pains and needs. I never had to go back to Dr Towers for the same issue twice.
I really wish that Dr Towers stays at Spring Hill practice.

B. B.I've been with this GP surgery for 5 years and decided it's about time I left a review as I'm leaving their catchment area and have to find a new GP ☹️. Honestly, I get so nervous going into GPs as I have some long term medical conditions and have had bad experiences with other practices in the last - but all the doctor's I've seen here over the years have been incredibly kind and listen to your symptoms seriously. They use the patient access app and always have phone appointments available - would 100% recommend to anyone!! ☺️

I now have a regular doctor, Dr Cosser who is always happy to help me with whatever issue I may have. I also see the nurse Shiraz for regular blood tests for my diabetes he is also very happy to help. Keep up.the good work

The receptionists are very polite and efficient even when the computer crashes they are remaining calm and do their best to resume the service and to look after you.
Dr Chaudhari is amazing and professional by keeping you informed of your situations and appointments
Nurse Shiraaz is probably the best nurse in the country by making you comfortable and relaxed.

A. E.I’ve had a lot of experience with GPs and been prompted to leave a review now because of the outstanding care I’ve received at Springhill. Booking a phone appointment online is easy and you can almost always get one the same day or the next. The wonderful Dr Angel called me on a Friday for an appointment, she then contacted two hospitals on my behalf and then texted on the Monday to ask me to make an appointment to discuss her findings. That level of care is way more than any other I’ve had. She’s everything you’d want in a clinician. Kind, thorough and diligent in her care and follow-up.

L. G.Great on the day booking system. There is also an online system that I am signed up for and that allows patients to book phone calls a couple of days in advance. I had an initial phone conversation scheduled in the morning. I needed to meet with a GP personally due to the character of my illness and a follow up appointment was booked with Dr Angel that very same afternoon. Was seen promptly at a scheduled time. Dr Angel listen carefully and diagnosed me on the spot and prescribed a course of antibiotics. Electronic prescription was sent directly to my designated pharmacy. Before I left Dr Angel asked if there was anything else which I thought was considered and useful in case I would have any more questions. The surgery itself is modern, well looked after and clean. Stuff at the reception is polite and professional. This is by far the nicest GP surgery I had been to. I personally love the online services: repeated prescription service, designated pharmacy services, online booking system, initial phone call booking system to assess a patient's condition and requirements (which is a great time and resources saver), access to historical health records. A follow up appointments in person can be made for the same day. GP surgery that is firmly rooted in the 21st century. Would very highly recommend.
D. Y.I have been with this surgery for many years.
Just wanted to clarify some points and explain my experience.
I have always been able to make an appointment - appointments are available online. There a few doctors to select from with different timings. Sometimes it’s just morning appointments but that’s fine because the gp can give you an evening appointment (if they are still there).
If not they suggest another doctor.
Recently I was seen by Dr Brown. She is an amazing doctor and took great care in helping me. She called me on time and when she asked me to come in I couldn’t on that day (because I was working) and she fit me in the next morning. Thank you!
It can get really busy and I feel front desk receptionists deal with it really well. Anytime I call they are friendly and always help out.
I must also mention the practice manager. She is a lovely person who is always taking feedback on board.

S. P.I personally really like the appointment system, I think the people with negative comments just don’t get how it works. It’s best if you download the app. Always phone appointment first and you will then get a face to face appointment same day if it is needed. Most things you only need a phone call for. I’ve had to go in a few times but it’s only been when I am too sick to be at work anyway so it has never been an issue for me.
There are loads of great doctors there now, and way more female GPs than there used to be before they changed to Spring Hill. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of them. I had some really bad experiences with the doctors they used to have when it was Tollgate Lodge.
Also don’t understand comments about rude reception staff, never experienced that at all, they’re all friendly to me. They don’t have all the answers but you’d expect that at any surgery they aren’t medical staff...
Y. 1.I am always thankful to this GP. Since I came to this country (25 years n more ) I am with them and I highly recommend because they have very professional,experience, supportive and extremely excellent Doctors they have in GP. Our main family doctor is Dr. Baron, I cannot thank her enough. She's brilliant in all way. Very very helpful. I have no words for her. They are always available for help when needed. Thankyou Springhill Practice for being there.

W.many years ago we used to be patients with a different practice in the Stamford hill area. on the advice of r children who r patina's of the spring hill practice and r very satisfied .we decided to follow them and switched practice to the Springhill practice . its now a couple of years since r change
we r so happy that we made the change as the whole practice is so well structured .just to help their patient's in their most vulnerable time. to single out a doctor who we see mostly is dr isobel baron who over and above her excellent professionalism .she's so reassuring to the patient which means a lot to the patient

S. b.Please ask Gps when they call a client to wait until the latter pick up the phone. Do not just give a missed call only to document that you called them. It has happened many times. Let it ring a few times. When we don't know the exact time you are going to call we can't answer immediately. We are not on our phones constantly. People may be at work or simply busy. Thank you
