Brilliant GP practice. Everyone is really friendly & helpful including reception staff, nurses & GPs. They offered additional weekend services during the height of the covid pandemic & counselling service for anyone struggling as a result of the pandemic. In addition I always manage to get a call back very swiftly when I've requested a GP consultation. Brilliant service & all staff should be very proud to be part of a great team. Keep up the good work!

Grateful to have such a professional and friendly surgery local to me in SW19. In times of Covid/lockdown, they have been amazing. Through them I’ve had pain relief and a swift MRI at St George’s. I definitely recommend this fantastic Surgery. Receptionists are very patient & helpful. It’s easy to get an appointment for same day if you call 08:30 in morning. Doctors & nurses at this surgery are very friendly and willing to help anyone in need of any assistance that’s the main important thing as a patient. Thank you for your service and bless you all.

Friendly staff, accessible online booking system and available reception team. I have found the telephone GP consultations they provide extremely useful for getting help a bit quicker rather than possibly waiting a week or more to see a GP. I.e. I had an ongoing cough and due to the doctors advice I was able to be seen sooner and given antibiotics. Same with a really nasty UTI, in another clinic I might have been told to wait a week - by then I might have been really ill and as a result have to take a lot of sick days off from work. Thank you for this service!

Doctors, nurses and receptionists are absolutely lovely. Cannot fault them. Most of the doctors are quick to send you for tests and referrals. However it is extremely difficult to get an appointment. You have to ring up dead on 8:30. If you try ringing before it cuts off but ring dead on you're 8 or 9 in the queue (hows that possible when I couldn't get through). Constant change of doctors which is pretty annoying once you find one you like.

Since moving to the area 10 years ago I've used this surgery. I've always been able to get a same day appointment whenever I've needed to, you just need to call at 8:30am. Doctor's have all seemed good.

Good practice. However, online and phone information should be improved. In particular, exact dates when the practice is closed. Just saying (recorded phone message) "Christmas period" is not precise enough. Nothing is provided online on the surgery website. Addition: Tuesday 27 December. Surgery still closed. Still no information as to when it might open. Addition: Thursday 29 December. The website has been updated and steps have been taken to give correct information on the answering machine. A quick response at a busy time of year.

This clinic is really busy. However, the Doctors, most of them are really nice and friendly. The reception is patient and helpful as well. I'm moving soon and I do miss this GP clinic and I don't want to register others.
