Had my booster jab yesterday at Streatham Place Surgery. The staff working meticulously. They set up a perfect workflow. Every new patient is carefully listened to, considered the special circumstances, and immediately taken actions. The staff passes the information among themselves that making the process smooth and fast. Super helpful, eyes are smiling team of people! Thank you for your great support! Definitely recommended!!!

Incredibly efficient service provided in a professional manner. Today I showed up for my Pfizer booster jab without an appointment. Although there was an expectedly large queue I managed to receive my jab within 20 mins of joining the line. The staff were all extremely friendly despite a clearly very very busy time. The jab was administered painlessly and all my questions were answered with patience and care. Great surgery, so happy I registered here.

I had an appointment with Dr Dumbuya, she was professional and very help and friendly. I never leave reviews however, she was most helpful and didn’t rush me off the phone like other Doctors.

Swung by for a walk-in booster yesterday around 4pm, the place was well organised and the staff were super friendly even though they were rushed off their feet trying to accommodate everyone. Only waited around 10mins. Great job to all of the people working there!

Very impressed by the staff at this GP surgery. The reception staff are very hardworking and efficient, polite and friendly. The Doctors too are excellent. Highly recommend this Surgery. Also they're running as a Covid-19 Vaccination hub and are running like clockwork. All in all an Excellent place.

This surgery is the best. They care about your health and work well with me by attending to my needs when needed. The App to book appointments and have online consultations makes life easy and your concerns are dealt with either remotely or you are asked to attend the practice for face to face consultation. They work well as a team and a lovely lady called Delwara always helps everybody and is so kind. Thank you Streatham place Surgery.

This surgery is absolutely amazing! I rate the quality of the services and care 5 stars. The receptionists are always friendly and caring and in particular there is this one receptionist that is very organised and always goes above and beyond to help me. They are always accommodating to my needs especially when I need an appointment or when I need to speak to the Doctor. The service is amazing, I have always had a good experience with this surgery and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Excellent and brilliant surgery with standard procedures in place. Staff are friendly and Doctors are fantastic, they care about their patients and know what they're doing.

Doctor Preston is amazing. Very caring. Thorough, understanding and Listens. I am always able to get an appointment when I ring in the morning and there is never a long wait, in the waiting room or a crowd. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. We were able to get appointments every time we have called and all referrals have been made within a week of appointment, if not on the same day. Follow ups have come back from the hospital within less than 3 months of initial appointments. Saturday appointments offered, when required. At SPS me and my wife always get a warm welcome by front desk staff with smiles.I appreciate the care that is given here by clinical & non clinical staff. Never had issues with booking appointments and they always answer the call within 3 rings i wish could give them more then 5 stars one of the best practice in London . :)

My favourite GP practice in London and I lived in couple locations here, being registered with different practices. The staff is amazing, always able to deal with the query. I was able to register here quick, they have an option for weekend appointments, you can renew your prescription over the phone. Really helpful place.

Was seen by a GP regarding an issue I had with my eye. Doctor was patient, understanding and allowed me to explain my condition fully before he suggested a number of solutions. I left feeling much better about my eye and his understanding, patient nature made the experience much more pleasant than I expected. Thank You!

Downloaded the app Dr iQ and it has been so good and the response times amazing. I never remember to call back at 8am to try and get an appointment and as a matter of fact forgot yesterday. I received the text this morning telling me about the app. I completed the form and uploaded my pictures. This was accepted almost immediately and I was away messaging my concerns to a doctor. Dr Radwan responded and I was very impressed with how quickly we got to the bottom of both my issues and solutions were found for both enquiries quite efficiently. He came across very present and I feel excited to see what the future holds with this app. I love the reception team at Streatham Place plus not forgetting my long time Dr...Dr Preston who is very good at her job and is always welcoming to me. Luckily I dont need to see a doctor often but had to be seen last week for severe back pain, must say the doctor I saw has a really good bedside manner. I wouldn't think twice before seeing this doctor again. Receptionists are also very helpful.
