I saw Tara for a few months at the end of my second pregnancy and the whole experience was really wonderful. She is professional and knowledgable and really helped to connect me to my pregnancy and the importance of looking after myself, not always easy when you have a toddler! I honestly felt amazing walking out of each session and looked forward to my appointments as a highlight of my week.
