My family of 4 (2 young children) has been happy with the practice GPs, they seem thoughtful and attentive. In the past we've had some administrative challenges with booking appts, etc, but it seems like the IT systems has been updated recently and it's quite easy to use the online triage and get a callback if there's something urgent. Generally a quite positive experience, I'd recommend the practice.

I have been with the Abbey Medical Centre for many many years now and I have never posted anything on Google but I felt this was a good way to start. Over the years I have always thought this practice is amazing and all the staff have been very helpful and attentive. I have dealt with many GP’s over the years who have all been lovely but in the last few years due to illness I have needed the practice that bit extra and the continuing help, the care, the knowledge, the advice, the guidance i have always received from my main GP’s Dr Lewis & Dr Fashola is something that is hard to put into words. They are particularly very special, attentive people to me and their work is of the highest quality and I can’t recommend them & the practice high enough to anybody who is looking for a GP

I feel fortunate to be registered with the Abbey Medical Centre. I have always received the very best of care from the Doctors. The reception staff are always very helpful, and the new on-line system has proven to be an extremely efficient way to book appointments. I have used it twice during the pandemic and highly recommend it to those who may be not be familiar with this tool. I have no hesitation in giving this practice a 5 star rating,

I came here a week ago for a blood test and I could see the pressure the receptionists ( 2 of them ) were under, yet they were so calm and listened to patients. One receptionist even had a very rude patient yet handled it very well. They both greeted me with smiles and helped me as quickly as they could, and I haven’t seen such friendly faces in this practice for many years! I don’t normally review but I felt their great efforts and patience should not go unnoticed! I visited on the 30th March, so for whoever was there in the morning are the pair I am referring to.

I would like to make a special mention to Bianca, Adam and Clowie from the reception at the Abbey Medical Centre. They have been like Angels towards our family and our disabled family member. We have had many many details to try and resolve and the receptionists have been brilliant in helping us with everything. They have shown patience, maturity and respect every time we spoke with them.

Abbey Road Medical Centre is clean, runs efficiently and the staff are informative and helpful. It seems that it is an extremely busy practice and there are sometimes glitches in communication/appointment making. However, I have found that when this does happen, staff are very willing to sort the problem out. I feel very safe in their hands. What more could you want from a doctor's surgery?

All of our family have been patients at the Abbey Road Medical Centre for nearly 35 years. Some GPs have come and gone but most spend many years working at the practice and the continuity of care has been and continues to be superb. When we moved to the area we had 2 small children then we had 2 more the youngest of whom is now an adult with severe disabilities and serious health problems. We have found everyone to be excellent and some to be outstanding - including the receptionists, the nurse and of course the doctors. Despite being immensely busy, nothing has ever seemed too much trouble or too trivial, even if it has meant having to wait a bit to get a prescription, a call back or an appointment. Being able to speak on the phone or communicate through emails or the new e-consult service has been immensely helpful, especially being able to manage my son's care without having to bring him in. There is a feeling of being a team, of caring, of doing everything possible to help. There is a feeling of mutual trust - the staff know if I ask for something for my son or myself it is really needed and I feel I can trust them completely as well. I feel so thankful and especially 2 weeks ago when we were able to get cancelled appointments to enable my son to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and then my husband and myself on the first day Drs Siddiqi and Sohrabe started vaccinating at the surgery. When Dr Siddiqi opened the door herself to tell me she had a cancellation jab for me I literally cried with relief! I cannot recommend Abbey Medical Centre highly enough and feel lucky that we are patients at this outstanding GP practice!

They're outstanding. Awesome service from the GPs. Can't recommend them enough. Some receptionists are less enthusiastic than others, but all the doctors I have so far encountered are OUTSTANDING. Particularly Sophie.

Been there for the first time today and felt straight away to be in a good hands. Amazing and extremely welcoming service from all the staff, incomparable with any of the GP's around the area, i would like to mention in particular the great effort from a girl called MICHELA. She's been so helpful, kind, polite and solved my issue on the spot. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience today. Been with Abbey for a long time. Lovely staff and so willing to help. Was very worried about the covid jab and the staff was so helpful and put my mind at ease. Octovius was so helpful and well informed. Had my 1st Oxford jab few weeks ago and with all the media I was very worried. Thank you all the staff for your work. Ta.
