I am glad to be registered with The Alton practice GP surgery - roehampton All Doctors are very professional and with remarkable experience. As well as all the members staff specialy receptionists very good in order to provid appointments and for repeat prescription. We all ways get appointment when it necessary. At one stage ambulance been called to take my 3 years son to hospital for emergency treatment. And it was excellent decision by the Doctor on duty!

I recently have had struggles with my mental health - as many of us have over this pandemic period. I was very nervous to talk to the doctor, as I didn't know what to expect, but Dr Hassan and all the staff at the Alton Practice have been kind, patient, informative, and caring. Whenever I call for a same day phone appointment, I get one, and whenever I need a prescription refilling, it's quick and easy. As an asthmatic, I was able to get a flu jab as soon as I asked for one, and the nurse was friendly and funny - completely put me at ease. I am so pleased to be a patient at the Alton Practice, and I wish all the staff there the best, and I am sure they have been working tremendously hard under the pressures of the last year. Thank you all.
