A good healthcare experience makes so much difference, especially because people tend to be at their most vulnerable when needing such help. I would echo the other reviews and say Suzanne is indeed amazing. She has been prompt in responding to my initial web query, in organising the appointment, and also in post-consultation correspondence. I tend to receive a reply within the next day, if not within hours. It's also refreshing to speak to an administrator who is actually human (i.e. warm and friendly)! For consultation, I saw Dr Rutkowski. He was incredibly thorough, patient and deeply knowledgeable. I am a bit of a hypochondriac, so I really appreciate how Dr Rutkowski didn't just brush off my concerns. Instead, he took all of my questions (and there were many) seriously and offered explanations/thoughts based on his experience. This is in contrast to many of my previous experiences, where I hesitated to ask questions either because the healthcare professional appeared impatient, arrogant or just didn't really care. I felt immense relief after the consultation, mostly from knowing I am in good hands, and being able to trust that he would always recommend what is in my best interest. The pricing has been transparent and explained to me up front. The clinic is warm and professional (unlike what modern business practices seem to suggest, these words are not mutually exclusive!). It's the kind of healthcare experience I would want my close friends and family to have.

So much grateful to have met Suzanne and Dr. Rutkowski. First of all, Suzanne is an absolutely unique person eager to help you find a solution to any issue, always super responsive, makes you feel like you are family member of the London Allergy Clinic rather than just a patient. She has a skill of being patient, professional and supportive even when you ask for things that seem impossible. Thank you, Suzanne! I have spoken to many doctors in the UK and around the globe, and Dr. Rutkowski is one of the best allergy specialists I have ever met. He has a broad high-quality level of expertise and explains everything you want to know in detail and supports it with the scientific data (I always enjoy learning more about how allergy functions etc). He is very calming, assuring and has a very individual approach to your allergies with a goal to TRULY make your life better. If you are looking for a place which will help you to live a healthier life with allergies (mentally and physically) – Dr. Rutkowski and Suzanne are the right people to make it happen. Thank you!

I have no hesitation in leaving The London Allergy Clinic a 5 star review. Suzanne kindly arranged an appointment with Dr Rutkowski for me within 48 hours of my email request to accommodate my needs. Correspondence was extremely prompt and professional from start to finish. The consultation with Dr Rutkowski was exceptionally thorough and helpful. He has a lovely friendly manner as do all staff at the clinic. He showed genuine empathy and listened carefully to the description of the problems I had been experiencing. Any questions or concerns were answered without feeling embarrassed or rushed. His expertise and experience within his field were obviously evident and he provided me with reassurance and a strategic plan moving forward. Thank you.

This clinic deserves 5 stars. After recovering from a severe allergic reaction – a first for me - I called several places before deciding on The London allergy clinic. The reason for this was the way Suzanne, the administrator, took her time with me over the phone to not only explain how the whole process works – she obviously has vast experience – but she also had the compassion that all medical clinics should give their patients upon first contact. She is an incredibly kind and understanding soul and was able to get my appointment booked within a couple of days. At the clinic I was seen by Dr Rutkowski, who explained the allergic process in detail so that I could understand what happened to me. I did not feel rushed like I have at other clinics in the past. Dr Rutkowski is a very patient and friendly gentleman, and also very, very knowledgeable – I picked up on some interesting facts whilst I was there. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for helping me when I needed it most. Thank you.

I cannot recommend The London Allergy Clinic high enough- they have helped give me my life back. The team is superb- Suzanne the clinic's secretary, is just spectacular and so warm and caring of the patients that come through- she can move mountains when it comes to organising treatments (like mine) that are direly needed. If you have an allergy that you require help with, do not hesitate to contact- you WILL receive the help that you need.

After several visits to my GP and various dermatologists, I was getting desperate because my skin condition was so bad I could not sleep. So I researched on the internet looking at the expertise of many dermatologists throughout the country. I chose Dr. Chris Rutkowski because of his position at St Guys hospital and his obvious excellent training and experience especially with my condition. After talking to his very pleasant and efficient administrator Suzanne the appointment was made to see Dr. Rutkowski in September. Within 2 minutes of meeting him I knew that my train journey from Lincolnshire was a good decision. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about treating his patients and improving their quality of life. He examined me and and he spent the hour on educating me not only on his diagnosis but also how I could help to manage my condition. To date his diagnosis and treatment has proved to be correct and I am so grateful to be feeling well again.
