WHAT a breath of fresh air! The receptionist I usually speak to is so cold, rude, condescending, doesn’t even pay attention to what I say to her, and certainly doesn’t care. Usually an awful experience!
Today…..whatttttt a difference it was speaking to the young man Josh! He was absolutely lovely! Compassionate, efficient, genuine and understanding. I can honestly say the best receptionist this surgery has ever had! The other rude receptionist would do well to take a page out of his book!
H. D.What a pleasant experience I had at MHGP last week when I went for my booster Covid jab. The queue was very well organized and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ashley made me feel so at ease especially as I am bit nervous with needles. Great service overall.
A. F.My dad has been unwell recently, I called today to speak with a doctor, spoke with James who was professional, listened to my concerns, and started my dad on antibiotics on the same day. A very positive experience, sometimes difficult to speak with a doctor when times are busy and have to wait in a long queue.

G. M.Exceptional practice. Received my booster there today. Super slick operation - more efficient than the tills at Aldi and staff full of beans. Particular mention goes to Radia who, along with her colleague, managed to deliver my jab at the same time as landing some cracking punchlines. All in all, very impressed and would highly recommend.

M. S. A.I had come for my second dose vaccine and every single staff from reception to the person at the observatory room has been very nice, especially the nurse who had administered my vaccine. If I was living closeby I would register with them for GP.

M. W.Fantastic service at Morris House. I have been here for both my first and second Covid vaccinations. They are very organised and efficient, with clear instructions on queuing and waiting. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and should be commended for their efforts against the pandemic.

for and I am absolutely proud of all staff members. It was only until last 2 weeks when I had an awful experience with a doctor I did not use before. I will complain about her performance and attitude. She is stretched for time and dismissive doctor. This disqualities affected her communication skills.
I know for sure my complaint will be read word by word and highly considered for making a difference. It happened before.
S. R. d. l. P.The Google Maps Pin Post Code is wrong located one block away from the real place. This makes difficult to arrive on time for appointments to new patients, new neighbors or non English speakers. The service is OK.

E. N.Despite it being 9:47am on a Thursday, the NHS App tells me that I can't request an online consultation. I had previously had blood tests done to find out what was causing my issue. The GP responded with the result in what was slightly reduced, but I haven't received any information whether this slight deficiency at all affects my condition or not. For that reason I have to book another appointment which currently isn't even possible to do with the NHS App. This is incredibly frustrating, because I have to go back and forth to find out what is causing my problem in the first place.
L. L.Had the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine on sunday at 3.30, and the organisation was fantastic. Very well organised, lots of staff and volunteers helping , it felt calm and easy. So grateful to the the staff who were delivering so quickly, I was in and out in 7 minutes. Thanks to the NHS, we are so lucky, and remember to thank them please.

J. R.I was vaccinated here recently. It was quick, easy and overall a pleasant experience thanks to the very professional and friendly staff.
S. g.I have been using Morris House for the last 12 years. Great facilities and a range of doctors with different specialities. There have definitely been problems with booking system and some reception staff in the past. I think the practice have been trying to improve this, once you get your head round the booking system it's fine. Also there is a very good website option. Recently I have had interactions with some very nice, very helpful receptionists.

s.Doctors and reception staff are really good. The appointments system is rubbish. You can rarely get an appointment in advance, and the only way you can get an appointment on the same day if you call at 8 am.when from that time you get an engaged tone and when you eventually get through, the appointments are all taken.

r. b.I have been using the service for years, the Doctors are great but the reception staff are rude and horrible people. They never answer the phone and its near impossible to book an apointment. Even when my mum had cancer and we were asking for treatment update the reception staff took it upon them selves and refused to let her book an apointment. Having the doctors number we called and later recieved a half ass apology from the reception staff.

L. L.Torn! The booking system couldn’t be much worse and this has been the same for YEARS. It does not get better. The process changes all the time. Got a little better with online service but that is not currently working. Automated service seems to have been taken away now and you cannot get through on the phone. The doctors are great when they can be seen and I have never found the staff to be rude as per other reviews but....the booking system needs to be fixed once and for all as otherwise the rest does not matter! Very frustrated

S.I have been a patient with Morris house group practice for the last 30 years and just want to clarify that their staff (receptionists - admin - doctors and nurses ) have always been efficient, helpful, friendly and considering they work under pressure - always patient - as for booking an appointment I use my online facility but have called them and have always been answered within 5 minutes
Anyone complaining about this group practice should comment after they have been treated and feeling better as when you’re poorly, obviously you’re not in a good frame of mind to comment
Morris house surgery have always treated me with the utmost respect - I highly recommend them and deserve their 5 star rating from me
