I am a senior worker, in a supported living building in chingord, would with adults of various additional needs. My team and I couldn't be happier , with old church surgery. The receptionist are fantastic and will often go out of their way to help us . All the GP's and nurses have a friendly and helpful attitude . We as a company, couldn't be happier with the level of dedication and service of old park surgery. They really are a asset to the local community and long may this countine!!!

The Surgery is very busy. I observe that the receptionists are very courteous and helpful. They are attentive to my concerns and guide me to the correct results, whether by making an appointment to see the doctor/nurse or allaying my fears. I have noticed aggressive, discourteous patients ahead of me. The receptionists retain their composure and usually calms the persons using their respectful and genuine cheerfulness The doctors are caring. They listen to my anxieties, ask questions that enable them to diagnose the problem and treatment. I am grateful and honoured to belong to this practice.

The ladies at reception are simply a delight to talk to! They've always been so very helpful, friendly and approachable! And what's more important, they are competent and get things done! Thank you so much for everything you do!

I had to use this surgery recently and my experience was only positive. The receptionist was a polite lady who answered my questions and guided me where I needed to be. Nurses (I’ve met only 2) where polite and with a sense of humor. Doctor who saw me was efficient and seem very confident in what he is doing. Of course I needed to wait a bit to be seen, of course there where some restrictions and inconveniences to prevent too many ppl in the small space. But all these things are to be expected, especially nowadays. Regarding the moaners I can say one thing. Most of the ppl don’t expect instant answers and jump the queue in any aspect of their life except when it comes to doctors. We are all human beings, be kind to each other 🙂

Reception staff are kind, efficient and empathetic . Practice nurse was so helpful when I had an injury. Doctors very good . I am extremely grateful for the care they are providing even in the covid situation which makes their job difficult . Thank you!
