Booked in for a Trikwan hydrafacial as had heard a lot about how beneficial and non-abrasive this kind of facial is compared to more conventional techniques. The treatment was very good- the therapist, Susanna, is skilled and knowledgeable- my skin felt soft and glowy, with effects lasting much longer than conventional facials, which makes this treatment economical too. Additionally, this Mayfair clinic is very conveniently located- only a few steps from Bond Street station- so was very easy to get to. It's also a beautifully designed clinic, with really friendly and welcoming staff. Overall an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend it.

I have been coming to the clinic for over 2 years now and I have nothing but glowing reviews to leave for everyone involved in the practice. Dr Trikha is exceptionally knowledgable and kind, and takes plenty of time to explain everything about each type of procedure so you feel fully informed and in control. He is gentle and extremely understanding. He gives his time unconditionally. As do all the staff and assistants, I have ever had contact with. The entire business is honestly first class.

Had initial appointments with a few doctors while locating one to begin a good doctor-patient relationship with. Dr Sanjay at Trikwan was the most impressive. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable and transparent about procedures and able to discuss in depth what realistically was the best result for me. In a growing newer field like aesthetics, the self-discipline to try to establish evidence based medicine is very much dependent on the practitioners with so many just skipping that rigour. Not the doctors at Trikwan. I put myself in his hands and Dr Sanjay’s thoughtful plan addressed all my concerns and the results were even better than I had originally hoped for. The most professional, down to earth, friendly aesethetians I could of wished for. I was pretty hesitant to get anything done to my face as I didn’t want the typical over done ‘instagram’ look. After my first treatment with Dr Zoya Diwan I can safely say this is one of the best experiences I have had in a medical setting. We had a long discussion about what look I wanted to achieve and how best to achieve it, also the benefits and disadvantages of the products they offer. I had been to 3 well know doctors to try and solve an asymmetric brow and eyelid. Without much luck and little results I approached Trikwan as I saw that Dr. Zoya had done a nice job raising the brow with fillers instead of botox. I had done a lot of research on plasma pens, threads, botox, you name it, and had emailed several UK wide doctors with images to ask opinions on what non surgical approaches I could try. So, you can see I'm a thorough person who doesn't review unless I feel the need. Dr Zoya and Dr Sanjay are bloody good at what they do. They have a keen eye and a brilliant touch. No one had given me any notable results before seeing them. Where other doctors had failed they gave me a nice result with botox and eradicated my crows feet too. Don't expect that everyone will get a big brow lift with botox, everyone is different, but after I experienced that my brow would be difficult to budge they did indeed achieve to give me a lift and stop the muscle pulling my brow down as I smiled. We are now working towards weakening the muscles by administering botox a few times over a course of time to see if we can get just a bit more lift, then Dr Zoya has agreed we will prolong these results and extend them with some filler in the temple and under the brow tail (the temple is key to getting some tail lift). Go and see them, you won't be disappointed!

*highly recommend* Lip fillers. Everyone’s having them and they seem to be offered almost anywhere. Yet, I have spent numerous years, yes years!, um’ing and ah’ing over whether to take the plunge and have them. Not even due to doubt over having the treatment itself, but out of concern that I may choose the wrong practice/person to administer the treatment and fear of a potential ‘botch job’ eek! Picking the right person (Dr) was my biggest priority and a decision I was not going to make lightly. I came across TRIKWAN aesthetics early this year, via a very positive online Vlog, which lead me to research further. At last! I had a good enough gut feeling about somewhere/someone to go ahead and book a consultation (with Dr Zoya... one half of the husband and wife team). Several months on and multiple treatments later I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision, having been treated by both Dr Zoya & Dr Sanjay. Both of whom are extremely professional yet super friendly. They never fail to make me feel comfortable and most importantly safe in their hands. They had and continue to strike me as ethically lead professionals, keen to provide “quality over trend” treatment. Focusing on maintaining good lip shape as opposed to just volume/size. I couldn’t recommend them enough! And will definitely be going to them when considering other cosmetic treatments.

I went to Trikwan Aesthetics just over a month ago as I was interested to try Ellanse for my cheek / mid face area. After a thorough consultation with both Doctors I was recommended to have the tear through filler instead, as more suitable for my age, skin concerns etc. It was the most gentle, painless filler injection I ever had (3rd time for me) and the results were fantastic and immediate! I believe I needed more than 1 ml however I could not afford to pay double the cost. I am happy with the results, the customer care and of course having a proper consultation with highly qualified and experienced Doctors it is so important and not many clinics offer this standards. This high standards reflect on the prices which a bit higher than competitors in the area, at least for tear through. I would recommend Trikwan to consider offering packages for tear through treatments, for people who need more than 0.5 ml for each eye

After having some bad/overdone work previously which put me off injectables, I was very nervous going into my consultation with Dr Zoya. I explained to her my experience and she was very understanding and reassuring as well as extremely knowledgable which put me at ease. I have been coming to the clinic for over a year and have always been so pleased with my results. The doctors are extremely professional and take time to discuss treatments in detail, making sure to answer any questions or concerns. Great Experience!!! I recently visited Trikwan Aesthetics to get fillers - nose to mouth lines and under eye. Im a nervous patient, but always find her to be very patient and happy to talk through all options at length. I never feel under pressure and I feel she only gives you what you need. I actually went there to get two treatments (which I had previously had done with her), but she advised that I didn't actually need to get one of them re done yet as it was still good. Which I thought was really nice and honest. I want a completely natural look and thats exactly what Dr Diwan gives me.
