Amazing amazing amazing! The receptionist is so kind , I was running late & she was able to accommodate me. Dr. Rupert gave me the best consultation I’ve ever had. So happy with my results and I think the prices for central London are extremely affordable. I had Botox in my frown lines and forehead with nurse Eva. She was so informative and lovely to talk to. Honestly the procedure was completely painless! I’ve had Botox a fair few times before elsewhere and always had some discomfort but genuinely I felt nothing. Eva told me it’s because they use the smallest needles available and that along with her light touch really did make all the difference. The product itself/placement of it also must be very good as it took much more quickly than usual. After about 7-9 days I was totally line free. Went out this weekend and some people I met assumed I was mid 20s (I’m nearly 31)! So thank you for the fantastic treatment and the ego boost to boot haha, I will be back for sure.

I had Lip Filler for the first time today with Eva at the Chelsea branch and can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. I was quite nervous due to it being my first time, but Eva was amazing at talking me through everything and keeping me calm! I was really comfortable during my appointment and was told all the information I would need for my treatment and post-treatment. Eva made sure I kept the natural shape of my lips so I left feeling like me but better. I can definitely say I will be going back to Eva again for my next treatment! A very good result as usual, with highly trained doctor. Except, these premises have no rest room facilities! Bizarre considering that your treatment can last an hour plus and if you have to wait due to delay, .. you are stuffed. I found that unacceptable and very inconvenient. One of their receptionists is also a tad jarring on the phone, and experience can be off putting. Other than that the treatments have been good if a tad expensive.

Wonderful experience - I will be returning again soon - Initially I was looking for a Botox treatment as I was unhappy with my gummy smile. MY appointment was with Eva Kwiek who was an absolute delight. We had a consultation as this was my first set of Botox for a very long while. We had a discussion and looked at areas that could be improved and proceeded accordingly and at no point did it feel pushed but felt supported by the advice Eva gave. The results, especially around my eyes, look incredible (yes I ended up having more than the gummy smile done and I am so pleased I did!) and I have had comments about how refreshed I look. My smile is relaxed and no more gummy smile either, never have I felt more confident smiling. Eva was also very meticulous and knowledgeable with her aesthetic work which also put me at ease too. The location is great and is also quite discrete which is great if you would prefer to have privacy around your procedures. Everything was clean, fresh and new and the secretary was also incredibly helpful too. A wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning for a top up in 5-6 months

I went today for a nose tip lift and Botox on the forehead. I was very scared and nervous because it was my first time and because I had to be alone considering the Covid situation. As soon as arrived the girl who welcomed me at the door was lovely and very kind. She did everything to make me feel comfortable. After completing informations about the treatments and after taking some pictures (to see the differences before and after) I've met the practitioner: Dr Ruperth is lovely, very professional but friendly at the same time. For the nose treatment, because it was the one that I was more worried about, he asked to the same girl who welcomed me, to come inside the room to help me relaxing and it was, once again, sweet and lovely. I had dermal fillers at Viva skin clinic in Tunbridge Wells. It was my first experience of injectables and I was quite nervous, but it’s something I’d been thinking about having done for a while. I wanted a fresher and natural look without looking like I’d had “work”. The clinic was lovely & welcoming and all the staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed. As an NHS nurse, I found the clinics Covid policy and precautions to be safe and reassuring. Staff wore masks and visors at all times. A Temperature check & Covid nasal swab test was taken Pre procedure. My practitioner, Carrie, talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. She was professional and thorough, and spoke to me throughout the procedure. Excellent hygiene levels were maintained at all times. I was amazed at the immediate results! I had definition to my chin & volume in my cheeks. I instantly looked fresher & younger which is exactly what I wanted. Although my face feels slightly tender, I can’t stop looking in the mirror! I feel extremely happy with the results and look forward to my next visit. A big thank you to Carrie and all the staff at Viva Skin clinic.

I had my lip filler injections with Dr Rupert Critchley. It was my first time so I was nervous about the end results. However the experience has been fantastic! I decided to do it because my lips seemed quite thin to me and I have a long philtrum. I really like that the doctor advised me against filler in both of my lips. He told me he thinks I would look nice with filler only in my upper lip as it would look more natural. He definitely was right 0 I love my new look because it is natural but it also has boosted my confidence. The recover was swift. It has been almost 2 weeks since my injection. Everything is fine and the swelling disappeared after less than a day. I am extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Dr Critchley!

This was my first appointment here and I asked questions I knew the answers to to test frankness and he was entirely truthful. The entire experience was unrushed. The injections themselves were placed exactly as I had hoped for and, after administering anaesthetic cream, I felt barely a scratch. My ONLY advice to them would be to advertise their position a little more clearly, it is beneath a (beautiful) art gallery and, unless I missed some obvious indication, I was at the point of turning away until the friendly gallery owner indicated it was down the stairs. Short version: I am delighted with the results!

short version if you don't want to read- Dr Rupert is the best. So I went to Dr Rupert years ago and he literally made me look exactly how I wanted, I then thought I could get the same done cheaper and closer to me, by just telling them to do the same and... What was done was cookie cutter and Not what I had asked for.. Dr Rupert actually listens to what You want and knows exactly what to do when you don't, for example my nose was bothering me from one side but I couldn't explain what correction would be needed, he made my nose SOO cute and the actual best thing is everything looks natural. He creates the look You Ask for and what looks best on your face not just the same generic looking botched fillers ! This is someone you can trust with your Face

I went to Viva Skin clinics to have fillers, mainly because I felt that my jawline looked a bit saggy. Dr Rupert Critchley looked at my whole face structure in deciding where to put the fillers in order to achieve the desired result. This is different from the experience of some of my friends where the fillers have simply been applied in the area of the stated problem. I’m very happy with the end result, and now just go for refreshes, which do not need to be that extensive since the filler has been well retained. Any bruising or recovery time has been minimal. I’d recommend Viva skin clinics as the result is good but at the same time very natural looking.
