Very happy with the surgery. The Reception staff are polite and helpful and will always do their best to assist me when i call to discuss my sick, elderly mother. When i need to speak to or get a message to either Dr Steinberg or Dr. Kirilov,, they will always call me back. I am grateful that even in these difficult times we have been able to have home visits. Cannot fault the surgery.

I have been at this practice since was 10years old my very first doctor here was Dr Patel and his partner Dr Stienburg senior. Then when I moved just outside there boundary when I got married they let me stay with them, so that means I have been happily with em for over 45 years the doctors may have change plus the office staff, but they have always been welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Let’s hope they let me stay at the practice for another 40 years. Even though they have asked me to move to another practice recently as they have done a patient audit and realised I am just on the wrong side of the road to be within there boundary. Let’s keep my fingers crossed they let me staff the staff and doctors are brilliant

Did my medical school GP placement at this practice for 6 weeks, was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed the learning experience immensely. All the staff were excellent and so friendly, and everything seems to run as smoothly as it could. Also offers a good range of non-GP services that are very useful such as physio and pharmacy.

I have always been treated very well the staff are potite and friendly. But since Covid the surgery is so much busier the staff are very Over worked and stresses. I think us patients should appreciate our doctors and Receptionstaff a lot more for the wonderful work the do. There have my vote.

Spent 6 weeks here on a clinical attachment as a Medical Student. The doctors and other clinical staff here are extremely helpful and willing to spend a lot of time listening and dealing with each individual's different problems. They pay particular attention to how this impacts a patient's life and will do their best so that the patient leaves the consulting room happy and feeling well supported

I only have dealings with the surgery on behalf of my elderly dad. It’s hit and miss whether you get a good service. It’s difficult to have your calls answered promptly. Appointments take too long and that is particularly difficult if you’re trying to arrange new meds upon discharge from hospital. Also letters written to the GP by consultants to take certain actions are delayed because the letters have to be read by a GP and dealt with which can take 2 weeks or more bc you have to wait for an appointment. Last time dad got discharged from hospital I had to buy urgent pain killers from the pharmacy as the hospital neglected to send him home with some and the letter was still waiting to be read and actioned Too late If you’re in agony !!! On a more positive note when dad has been dealt with by the health care practitioner there they have been thorough and very understanding. The. Urgent care team at the Whittington are simply amazing. 5 star excellence always from them.

5 Star Doctors Surgery, All the staff are friendly especially Jackie, Deborah, JJ, and Pam. Doctor Steinberg is very professional, friendly, caring, and always cures me when I get ill, I have had many doctors throughout my life but Dr Marks/Steinberg is one of the best I’ve ever had. Been with the GP since 2008. Sometimes watched people saying that the receptionist are rude while booking appointments or speaking to them, but what we forget is they are doing a amazing job under high pressure with limited resources. Thanks to Dr Mark...True Leadership....

Unlike many GP practices, those at Westbury will send you for tests or refer you to a specialist if it's necessary. They care about their patients more than hoarding their budgets. The only downside is that the best GPs are more popular so it takes longer to get an appointment. There's usually someone available though for emergency if you ring early enough on the day.

I have had all great experiences at the practice. My only frustration is with the waiting times for an appointment as sometimes there are weeks before an appointment is free. Luckily now with the figure of physician associates, I've been able to book at least phone consultations on the day or with 2-3 days max of wait and Krishni, the current PA has been really helping me through a tough time. As I said though, in terms of the help the doctors have give, it has been always a great experience. From Dr Steinberg's skin knowledge, to how patient and kind the nurses are in doing injections both to us adults and our son, to smear tests. I have medical phobia and everyone at the practice has been so understanding and helpful considering my condition.

The receptionists have been changed and the new ones are much more polite, discreet and friendly. They spoke to me, not at me. I felt more relaxed this time than on previous occasions while waiting in the surgery. Prompt service received from Dr Steinberg for my grandson regarding a referral to hospital. I was recently placed here as a medical student. I found all of the staff to be friendly, welcoming and kind as well as excellent clinicians. There seemed to be a genuine desire to provide excellent healthcare amongst the senior GPs, and the Physicians Associates they have working alongside them seem excellent at their job. They provide many speciality clinics alongside the regular GP work which appear to service the local community very well. From a personal point of view, they were keen to teach and provided excellent information. My only negative comment would be that I had my bike stolen from outside, so if anyone in the area is reading this and sees someone riding a black specialised Langster single speed, please give them my unkind regards.

Welcoming, Friendly and Accomodating I have just completed my 4-week placement at Westbury Medical Centre as a medical student and I cannot be any more grateful. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge throughout my time at the centre, however what has been most appealing has been overseeing the care of the doctors at the practice, especially Dr Kirilov and Dr Steinberg. I have learned a lot about patient manner, the importance of communication and also how to manage the thousands of patients they have on their list. They have been extremely accomodating to the patients they saw, and went above and beyond to fulfil their needs. I was provided with lots of learning opportunities, including giving a presentation to the staff and helping to carry out some research on some patient data. Also special thanks to the reception team who were extremely friendly and also patients for letting me take histories from them which will undoubtedly aid my learning as a future doctor. Many thanks again - perhaps the most useful placement I have had so far this year at Medical School!

Today I met the friendliest Nurse I have ever encountered. She took a real interest in me as I didn't tell her my problems, nothing to to with my appointment, but she talked about the pain I suffer every day. Talked about problems faced in working with pain etc. A gem. Thank you so much for making me feel a little better about myself. I spent 3 weeks with a psychotherapist, and had to stop as she made me feel really upset all the time with what I thought were irrelevant questioning. This nurse was in the right place at the right time.

Kirilov and Steinberg are good. I have nothing unpleasant to say. Most complaints here are about the receptionists but I seldom need to speak to them because you can book your appointments online and there is a self check-in system. I will admit the waiting time to see a GP is quite long here but they appear to be planning to recruit another slaried GP part-time soon. Other complaints are about on the day appointments, if I had an emergency or needed to see a doctor urgently, the GP is not where I would turn.

No problem with my gp he is kind and competent. My nightmare are the receptionists who are stopping me from seeing the gp including once that i went with a report from a private doctor asking to do a check die to a chance i could have cancer. They are probably trained to do that but i guess it shows the practice is under pressure and cannot provide adequate services to their patients.
