I visited White Hart Clinic for first time to see Michael Hooper for a deep corn problem that was causing me great pain when walking. The atmosphere was was bright, spotlessly clean and friendly. I came to White Hart Clinic to get some much needed help with a longstanding back issues so I could get back on my feet. I am so pleased I picked White Hart Clinic. They take a holistic approach and it's great to know an experience, skilled and talented team's got your best interests at heart. Referrals were spot on and I feel so much better with a good plan in place for the coming months. Tracey was fantastic - really encouraging, practical and knowledgable. Pointing out things that 20 years of on/off physio hadn't spotted. I can't thank the team at WHC enough.

I have been coming to the wonderful White Hart Clinic pretty well since the day it opened. I’m sure that I would not be able to stand up straight now without the clinic’s comprehensive bouquet of treatments. Stiff back or neck? It’s Charles. And has been for many years. Emergency aches? It’s the physios and amazing Katie with her magic hands. She always knows without being told where the taut muscles are. Feet? Then it’s Jess, who looks after this old lady with charm and care. The service from the White Hart clinic was to the highest of standards after making an appointment regarding a possible muscle tear and informing Doctor Kalia of my symptoms I received a call which lead to a face time call to view my leg. I was advised on the spot not to wait for an appointment and to go straight to A and E he suspected it was something more serious. Indeed it was it ended up being a blood clot. Doctor Kalia’s quick response to my symptoms lead me in the right direction for the correct treatment and fast before anything more serious could of developed. Thank you so much Doctor Kalia

At White Hart Clinic, I saw Jacqui Perry after struggling with back pains while I was rowing. I am on the varsity crew team at a college in America and my back troubles were causing me to fall behind the teams standards. Jacqui identified the problem with my back almost instantly, she worked with me over several sessions to reset my posture and went through excercises to maintain a better posture. After watching video of me train Jacqui also offered advice on what to watch out for with my stroke to stop any future problems. Very happy with my treatment!

I saw Rosie in women's physio for 4 sessions and could not be happier with the treatment I received. Right from the beginning of the first session Rosie put me at my ease and listened attentively and sympathetically. She explained everything clearly as we began my treatment and seemed almost as glad as I was when I reported progress session by session! At the end of the treatment plan I felt well equipped to manage my own continuing recovery going forward, but with the reassurance that Rosie was available if I ran into problems or needed any more help. A month later and I'm well on the road back to full health. Highly recommended.

I suffer from tight muscles pretty much all over my body and have been coming to see Katie for a couple of years now. She is an absolute wonder! She gets right to the heart of the problem, in places I didn't even realise I was stiff. I always walk out feeling lighter and a few inches taller. As well as a great masseuse, Katie is lovely to chat to as well (especially if you like cats!). I've recommended her to all my friends and family, who have been equally delighted!

The treatment I received prior to meeting Jacqui Perry at the White Hart Clinic was unsuccessful, Jacqui took time to assess my injury and to decide on the right course of action. I can thoroughly recommend the women's health physios at the White Hart Clinic. I have been seeing Tracey who has shown nothing but kindness, care and an incredible depth of knowledge. Tracey has worked so hard with me to find a pessary that helps. She is helping me to get back to my life again after developing a prolapse, with exercises, pessaries and excellent advice.

I have seen acupuncturist Sinsook Park for a number of different treatments over the years, often for matters that conventional medicine does not address. She is very caring and wise, and without doubt has helped me enormously. Most recently she has helped me recover from complications following surgery and her treatment, knowledge and support has been an absolute lifeline. I know I could not have recovered without her help and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I saw Christien Bird from the women’s health physio team for antenatal support (pregnant with my first baby) and it was on of the best decisions I made in pregnancy. I had been suffering with pelvic girdle pain and gestational diabetes and I was getting a lot of noise that the birth might not be as straightforward as I had hoped. Christien took time to walk through all my concerns and birth plan and then provided very helpful tips, advice and support which really made me feel more positive and confident about what was to come, from preparatory stages all the way through to postnatal recovery. In the end I was able to have a natural water birth delivering a healthy little baby girl and am recovering well. I look forward to seeing Christien again for my follow-up postnatal appointment. I would highly recommend Christien and the White Hart Clinic to all first time mums.

I thought i would add to the review posted previously after my most recent clinic visits. Unfortunately i have had further injury problems with my hip (Thought it was my knee,) and left shoulder which has been a constant problem since my youth. My return to the clinic was an appointment with Liam, another MSK physiotherapist. The clinic is Covid safe so do bring a mask and observe the rules!! Both injuries were simply but efficiently assessed, and appropriate treatment was given in the session. This was complemented with precise exercises for both areas, backed up with a video just to remind me of what i was meant to be aiming for. The simplicity and confidence of the assessment and treatment plan was very pleasing. The whole experience was very positive. I would recommend Liam without hesitation. I consulted Rob as i have been having breathing and stamina problems whilst running recently. These are issues physiotherapy can help with which i didn't know!! I have had Zoom consultations, and a phone conversation with Rob, which has led to a new exercise plan being put in place. Even though there are not any face to face appointments at the moment the virtual appointments are really worthwhile. I`m very happy with the results so far. feel this has been very worthwhile, and will continue with the treatment plan and consultations.

Michael Hooper provided me with a treatment plan and discussed alternatives as we progressed. The results were very quick and I am thankful for his effort and expertise. Highly recommended.

I live close to White Hart Lane and found the clinic while googling for help with my feet. Michael Hooper was very helpful, explained what was happening, and he did a temporary fix on an ingrowing toenail but he said he thought it would probably need surgery. Indeed it did, and within hours of lockdown in March I plucked up courage and Michael operated. The prospect was really scary but he talked me through the whole procedure which apart from the injection was pain free. In the first days of lockdown I was even going on long walks (what else was there to do?) and did not have anything more than minor discomfort. Over the following week he monitored it on line, showing proper care and attention. The pain that caused the original problem is now a dim and distant memory. I have had a couple of other reasons to consult Mchael and he has been easily available and endlessly helpful. I couldn't recommend his services at White Hart Clinic more highly.
