Sofia was fantastic from start to finish! I had two emergencies that arose and could not make my appointment on two occasions. I thought I would have to forfeit the appointment. However, Sofia was genuinely so kind and understanding and allowed my appointment to be rescheduled on 3 occasions. The eventual treatment day was great. Everything was explained very well and undertaken perfectly. I am waiting to see results, as it's only been 4-days yet, but I am sure it will be amazing! I've even booked in another session to treat another area and will update soon! Definately recommended. Treated like family by the lovely Sofia.

Sofia is amazing!! She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable! And she's very honest with her opinions. She's not in it to make money, she wants to do the job right! I tried to go for someone else before I spoke to Sofia and that "therapist" tried to sell me ten other things! But when Sofia saw me she said you only need one treatment! I was shocked, three weeks after the treatment I have actually lost 3.5cm around my lower abdomen and 3cm on my upper! Amazing service and true to the word. Anyone who wants to go for Cryo needs to go to Sofia!

I had a fantastic experience here at this YourHealthFirst. Sofia is a highly trained professional, with a lovely personality. She made sure I was comfortable all throughout my experience (I had cyrolipolysis treatment - fat freezing treatment)all throughout the duration of my treatment. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and will be down again in a few months for further treatments. I had gotten the treatment done only recently, and so I should not expect results until after 8-12 weeks post treatment I do not expect anything immediately. I can highly recommend this clinic. My (RT-PCR test method) covid test was carried out at the time booked, and result came back 24hrs later as promised! I missed a flight to Cyprus because my COVID-19 test results didn't turn up in time. But I needed to fly anyway. Yourhealthfirst Clinic was recomended to me by a member of family and Sofia aggreed to book an urgent appontment for me. I was tested and received my results within 24 hours. Great experience with cryolipolysis. It was my 1st visit to this clinic today and Sofia was brilliant. She was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I went to Sophia to crylipo ( coolsculpting) but My fisrt expirience with this procedure was in a different clinic. My experience with Sophia was great, especially because I have done the same treatment in other clinic I could compare...Sophia let me machine work for exacly one hour while in the other clinic she only let it work for 35 minutes. Sophia also put the machine temperature at minus -15 degrees, and in the other clinic the lady only put at minus -8 ( witch after 2months and half I still see no diference at all. Also when Sophia toke the machine out , I had a proper butter tummy as I see on youtube reviews I look for before Going to to this treatment...this didn't happened in the pther clinic...I am very hopefully it will work this time as the treatment I had with Sophia was way stronger than the other clinic. I already booked another session:) for a diferent part pf my body. I will be back in 2 months to tell about my results. She is great at what she does and has been doing for a long time witch is great

A very good experience at Yourhealthfirst, I was waiting to see results before writing my review after the Cryolipo, and the results are very noticeable after 6weeks. I have lost 2.5cm from my inner thighs (also was a bit painful at the initial suction in my thighs, the pain went away after 5mnt) and 5cm in my lower abdomen. I have also have done my lips Dermal fillers while I was doing my cryolipolysis to save some time and I love my lips they look beautiful. Thank you Sofia, me and my boyfriend will definitely be back soon for more treatments.

I came to see Sophie on the recommendation of a friend. I had previously had lipfiller which had been placed wrongly in my lips by another practioner in my home city. It was very noticeable as it disfigured my mouth. I was quite nervous about having any more procedures done which might make it worse but Sophie put me immediately at ease. She carefully examined the area and suggested that it could be rectified by dissolving the misplaced filler using Hyalanse. It was successfully dissolved!. Sophie wanted to examine my lips after a few days and we agreed to place some more filler in my lips. I am delighted with the results! I have since returned to Sophie for Botox and will definitely go back to her when I need to have my lips refilled. I would thoroughly recommend Sophie. I would not go to any other practioner now.

I am a returning customer to Your Health First after being recommended the Cryolipolysis to help remove excess stomach fat that wouldn't budge from exercising and healthy eating. Having been disappointed before by various radio frequency and Meso CRF treatments with no really visible results, I booked a session of cryolipolysis as a last resort and honestly had no expectations. I have always had an issue with the fat on my inner thighs and not being able to get rid of it and was always dreading beach holidays because of this. But let me tell you something, it worked! The therapist told me results would be visible in 4-8 weeks depending on each person but if you drink lots and lots of water and exercise you could speed up the elimination of fat cells. It also only requires 1-2 sessions (not 6 or 8 like other treatments). I saw results after 3 weeks. The service was very good and the therapist very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Doctor Rami Wakim is so gentle and nice person always having a smile in his face and of course he does a good job and so professional. He’s carrying and his utmost concern is your confort . I was looking urgently to do a PCR test for COVID-19 and I didn't expect that the private clinics would be fully booked. I was very stressed because I had only 48 hours before flying on Alitalia and I had to do the test on Monday because I am flying on Tuesday. Of course I tried to find appointment since Saturday but almost clinics didn't work in the weekend (advice : schedule your pcr appointment as early as possible, it is more secure and less expensive) . Until I have contacted "Your Health First" and Sofia was very helpful to schedule an appointment with the doctor who is working with (In other clinic). The result was ready on 26 hours as they promised and I was ready to fly. I have to mention that the price was reasonable at 180 pounds (still expensive though considering the free one of NHS) If you are comparing the last minute PCR tests in other clinics . I can't still about the test accuracy but you have your fit to travel certificate in the right time! Special thanks to Sofia. She was patient with me, very responsive and helpful. Good luck!
