A. P.I have recently joined Al-Shifa and can't recommend them highly enough. At my old GP it was a 12 day wait for a GP appointment and long waits on the phone to speak to reception. At Al-Shifa, I entered some details on their website and they called me back next day. I missed the call, but I still didn't have to ring back...they rang me back again the next hour! The doctor took time to listen, was friendly and helpful, and has arranged the tests that my old GP should have done with very minimal fuss. The whole experience has been excellent so far.
R. C. W.I have moved to this surgery recently, and I am truly impressed with the way the surgery function. The reception staff actually listen to you and try to make an effort in making you an appointment with the GP especially in this pandemic where’s it’s been difficult.
The Doctor I saw was fantastic , she listened and did not rush me at all.

I can always get a same day appointment when I call in the morning or next day appointment if I call in the afternoon.
They've been excellent and have sorted out referrals for two unrelated issues.
For such a busy surgery, they do an amazing job. Front of house staff excellent too.

S. A.Good GP practice.. never had any negative experience. They've always been reasonable.. whenever I needed an appointment or anything else.
c.I was highly impressed. I first registered and was told it would take 2 days to process. After 2 days I called the reception to see if I could get an urgent appointment to renew my prescription. I was given an appointment for the following morning at 10am. I was warmly greeted by reception. I was then called into room one where I met Dr Zeenat. She was so very pleasant and helped me with a prescription for my meds. As I am 66 she also offered me the flu and pneumonia vaccinations on the spot. Dr Zeenat was really lovely and I will not hesitate recommending the Al-Shifa Medical Centre.
There is also an amazing pharmacy right next door called Withington Pharmacy. As I am invalid, I found access to both the Medical Centre and Pharmacy was amazing too. Plenty of handrails.
