I was reccomeded this medical procedure by a companion and I have just had great encounters. I still can't seem to utilize the booking framework by have heard is exceptionally simple and productive. The staff are extraordinary, specifically for cordial, exceptionally expert and all round incredible assistance, the medical caretaker Donna is phenomenal and increases the value of Ashville. It's had been my number one medical procedure to date.

The staff are great, in particular for friendly, very professional and all round great service, the nurse Donna is excellent and adds incredible value to Ashville. It's had been my favourite surgery to date.

This has been the best surgery I have registered with. The Ask my GP service they use is brilliant-I get to speak to the doctor about my concerns the very same day which is outstanding. The staff at the surgery are extremely helpful and friendly.

I’ve had great support from some doctors here, although with their working patterns and the appointment system I’ve found it difficult to get the same doctor each time. I’m not keen on the way they are using the online ‘askmygp’ tool to reduce the number of phone calls to reception. The speed of response is variable and it seems the default is now a telephone appointment. I expect that this is a necessary cost saving measure and may enable more patients to speak to a doctor the same day, but from a patient experience perspective it’s unfortunate. Sometimes when you’re struggling with your health you want to speak face to face with a medical professional rather than just hear their voice over the phone.

Friendly, efficient surgery. We registered with the surgery after moving to the area and they have been great especially in providing emergancy appointments. Telephone apps also available which resulted in me being able to collect a prescription the same morning.
