I met Dr Ruzicka for the first time on Friday. He was very generous with his time and described what would be happening in great detail and he explained my current medical situation in a way that I found very easy to follow. He has an excellent bedside manner and a unique way of making you feel at ease. A further addition to my last review... I have now completed a series of tests with Dr Ruzicka and he has helped guide me through my treatment options and given me all the advice I need to make my final decision as to my care. I have found him a thoroughly kind and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr Ruzicka at his clinic at the Alexandra hospital yesterday. I was able to secure an appointment with him quickly and the booking system was very good. From the beginning of the appointment Dr Ruzicka put me at ease, listened carefully to everything I had to say, was very thorough and explained the way forward very clearly. I chose to see Dr Ruzicka as he seemed to have excellent credentials and I was not disappointed and he particularly surpassed my expectations by emailing me that evening with a copy of what we had agreed. I was thoroughly impressed with the appointment I had with Dr. Petr Ruzicka this morning for the imaging of my heart. Firstly the appointment was organised at very short notice, and secondly the detail of the examination and imaging were outstanding. I Saw Dr. Ruzicka on Friday evening at The Alexandra. He could not have been more helpful. After a week of feeling awful he explained all my issues in simple terms, did all the normal tests and has arranged a cardiac MRI which I have been waiting 18 months for on the NHS. I was very pleased with my consultation with Dr Petr Ruzicka at The Alexandra private hospital in Cheadle last Saturday morning. He was ultra professional, easy to talk to and immediately grasped my situation very well. Even more impressively, I was very surprised to receive two emails from him later that afternoon and evening (a Saturday) requesting further info and details of my original heart operation and the treatment I had in France before confirming his own recommendations for my future treatment back in the UK. He filled me with such confidence, I have asked my GP to refer me to Trafford General NHS hospital, where Dr Ruzicka is based, for follow-up scans - even though it is considerably further from home than our two local hospitals. I found Dr Ruzicka to be honest, thorough and a credit to the medical profession. Tony McDonald
