I have recently moved to the practice and can’t praise them highly enough. The reception staff are brilliant and nothing is every too much trouble. I got an appointment by phone with a gp no problem. The Nurse Suzanne went above and beyond when I went for my appointment. If anyone is looking for a new GP practice I would highly recommend brilliant staff all round.

Had a scan appointment there and as I was waiting Debbie was on reception, she did the job of about 4 people!! Non stop on the phone and dealing with patients on her own,polite friendly and caring to everyone she spoke to.The other staff were off with covid so it was just her but what a professional we all need a Debbie on our receptions 😁😁

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews I think this doctors practice is excellent. I was in a practice before that was a nightmare and can honestly say I have never had an issue here reception are a breath of fresh air. Don't take mine or anyone else's word for it find out for yourself but I'm sure you'll agree with me

I've been with Dr Hussains practice over 30 years and can honestly not fault him in any way. Kind, courteous, friendly and professional and actually takes the time to listen to you. Very friendly reception staff too.

I understand it gets very busy in a surgery and appointments can be scarce, but having a polite receptionist makes a big difference... Please train your staff not to be rude on the phone!
