Overall this place is OK. Its hard getting through to them on the phone, but my main issue is the COVID restrictions. Don't get me wrong, I am over the top with COVID safety, I still wear a mask (March 2022). When COVID was at its highest infection and full in lock down was in place, I had an appointment here & because English is not my first language my husband came with me. We answered a few questions and no problem. The problem is NOW (March 2022). Restrictions have ended, I can go anywhere, do anything & visit people in hospital. Pall Mall are now more strict than during full lock down ! They will not let my husband come with me & I begged them. We both live together and we both take Lateral Flow Tests. So, during me last appointment I misunderstood the doctor - because I was on my own. I am all for safety, but when you can go visit a care home or a hospital, etc - I don't really understand why they won't let me bring my husband, especially when I have a good reason. To be honest, it just feels like they don't want many people it - then they dont have to clean & turn the drinks machine on. I have now booked another place, its incredibly clean, they ask all the usual COVID questions - BUT THEY LISTEN TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER. If you are paying private fees, they need to listen & at least consider your request - especially when during lock down they allowed it!

After being ill for almost 5 weeks doing test after test and getting fobbed off by my gp, I went to Pall Mall. The consultation with Dr Tang was really good because he listens to the patient and arranged the correct tests for my symptoms. The nurse who took my blood was really chatty and I barely felt it, he was brilliant! I feel better now I know we're getting some where. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

My daughter had received some daunting blood test results which completely alarmed me and I was understandably panicked and worried thinking the worst . The team at pall mall especially Dr Maiti were amazing . They got me in quickly, the very next day and they not only repeated all Of my daughters bloods as well as running extra ones but they did an ultra sound and reassured me all of the way . They kept me updated throughout and called me in the evening letting me know as and when individual blood test results came back . They were empathetic in their approach yet meticulous in the care they delivered. Honestly I cannot thank them enough . My daughter is only 17 and they treated her with so much kindness and patience, and I am incredibly grateful. They made an unbearable situation a million times easier. Please please do not go anywhere else if you need a gynaecologist Dr Maiti is the best as are the team at Manchester pall mall, you are in excellent hands .

Amy: I cannot recommend Pall Mall medical enough. I called on Friday asking if there was any way I could be seen that day (I was fully expecting a no...) but the bookings team called the necessary consultant and he said he could pop by the Manchester office that day and see me. I don't think I will ever be able to express how grateful I am for that. I was seen, tested and diagnosed in that 30min appointment and now have piece of mind that I am ok. I have been sent a treatment plan and will be returning to have this carried out. Absolutely exceptional service.

Really good service. We did some female health checks. Routine checks to ensure we are healthy etc. Mine came back with something to further investigate and my partners was fine other than slightly high cholesterol. We then went on to do 2 x MRI scans again just to ensure we are health on the inside. Its better to have peace of mind or sort something whilst its in the early stages. Very thorough. I would highly recommend. DR Tang was excellent. We will do this every single year now.

During the pandemic my son became very poorly but we could not access any help from the NHS. We called Pall Mall and were immediately offered an appointment with the wonderful Consultant Dr Raheel Karim. Within a few days Dr Karim had seen and helped him, and my son was started on the road to recovery. We will be eternally grateful to this intelligent, gentle man for the exceptional treatment my son has had at his hands. He is so professional, caring and experienced, and managed to allay all our fears and anxieties, even calling us from his home late in the evening when we were worried and needed his re-assurance. My son has been in Dr Karim’s care now for nine months and is fully recovered and back to the lovely, happy, funny boy we all love. After his last visit he said ‘You know, Dr Karim is such a nice man. I really like him. I feel so safe in his hands.’ What more can I say? Only thank you. x

Very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff from start to finish. I made an online enquiry and was contacted the next day. Happy to answer all my questions and ultrasound appointment booked for three days time. I found local on street parking (free as I have a blue badge) and was warmly welcomed into the clinic. Very efficient reception staff, lovely waiting area, and seen in time. Sonographer Richard Warriner couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. He put me at my ease and talked me through my scan. Results reported on within days by one of their doctors. Then before I left, I was left totally surprised and speechless (doesn’t often happen to me!) when I found out I was the 11th patient on their 11th birthday celebration and I received my treatment absolutely FREE!!! Plus a cup cake! What more could I want!?! This in no way has impacted on my review as I was happy to pay for a “peace of mind” scan and having retired from the NHS I know the extreme pressures they have been under since COVID-19 began. I wanted a no wait convenient scan in a covid secure environment (rather than enter a general hospital building) as I am immune suppressed. It’s the first time I have “gone private” but I doubt it will be the last. I've struggled with Hayfever for as long as I can remember. I visited the team at Pall Mall back in 2019 for the Kenalog injection and it helped get rid of all my usual symptoms some almost straight away some of which were unbearable. Due to the pandemic I've been unable to get another injection until today. The team at Pall Mall in particular Danielle and Dr Tang were amazing. From the first phone call through to leaving the building everyone was super helpful, always on hand to answer any questions which gave me and all round great experience. It also felt very safe and clean with covid safety measures in place. I went to Pall Mall for a general health screen to get all round idea of my health. The GP Dr. Vaidya was very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. She managed to pinpoint pretty much straight away that all of my problems pointed to one issue and I was referred to an ENT the very same week. I received all of my test results in less than a week too. The ENT, Mr Jayaram managed to diagnose me with an issue I have been suffering with most of my life but never been able to get the diagnosis for with my NHS doctor. The whole process was fantastic and I felt immediate relief to know the issue and how to improve it. Thank you to all of the pall mall staff involved.

I attended Pall Mall Practice a month ago and from first impressions of arriving into the practice knew I would be receiving a first class service. The registration process was fast and welcoming. Staff were on hand to assist with any questions whilst filling relevant forms in. Waiting area was clean, modern and I witnessed a very organised appointment based service was being adhered to. I attended the practice for diagnostic tests and upon meeting the nurse (who assisted me) I felt at ease and that I was given a very respectful and compassionate service given my reason for having to attend. The practice should be proud of such staff members who treat their clients not just as service users but also are able to show empathy and compassion at a time when most needed. I needed a Covid PCR test to be able to visit my son in Dubia after not seeing him for 11months. this test came about two days after ordering and I had to take it no longer than 4 days before I flew. I did the test easily with the instructions given and posted back via a local priority RM post box. they had received it the next day by 03.45 am as per the tracking and I had the results and Certificate to print off the next day by 10am. Brilliant service an over £20 cheaper than many others !!

First of all I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Mr Ullas Raghavan. I recently had Septorhinoplasty to improve my nose both functionally and aesthetically. Not only has Mr Raghavan managed to give me my dream nose, he has given me a nose that is even better than my ideal. This has really changed my life in so many ways and I cannot thank him enough. My recovery was very short with NO bruising (can you believe it) and only slight swelling. Cast off day was incredible, I could already see the results and I'm so excited for my nose to improve even further as the remaining swelling subsides. If you are looking for a surgeon that you can trust, and one who is undoubtedly talented - Mr Raghavan is the surgeon for you. I would also like to thank Natalia - my patient coordinator. She was just incredible. Natalia was with me every step of the way, she reassured me both pre and post op and was always available to answer any questions and concerns that I had Natalia made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole process and I couldn't have done it without her. I have used Pall Mall Medical several times and on every occasion staff have been superb. Prior to my recent visit I spoke to Sam an Chelsie and they were very supportive in making enquiries to the laboratory about my test. They got back to me quickly to alleviate stress. My appointment was made very quickly at a time to suit me and the reception staff Sarah and Dawn went out of their way to support me and help me get the help I needed. I was slightly anxious (as attending a medical appointment is never easy) but they made the whole experience so relaxing. My blood was taken by Emma and I didn't feel a thing! I made a visit to Pall Mall in Manchester recently (61-67 King St) I had booked in for a men's health screening which the process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. I initially sent an email to get some information about the treatment to which the staff ( I believe i dealt with Samantha) she was more than happy to provide great, fast and reliable information. After i had been given a date and time to suit me i arrived for my treatment the next week, I was greeted on arrival by very friendly staff and was asked to wait in the seating area. And its at this point you can really appreciate the extra care and attention to detail of going private, the seating area was immaculate and noise free having a very calming feel. After waiting around 5 minutes I was invited to have a blood sample taken and this was carried out very professionally with no pain and again this room was perfectly clean. I was then taken in to see the Doctor ( Dr Fard) who was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns with no problem and delivering this information in a positive and friendly manner also reassured me. After being showed back to the reception i was sent on my way with a pleasant goodbye and i was contacted again after a week with all my results and a very pleasant email to make sure everything was how it should be. Overall my experience was fantastic and i would and have recommended to friends and family with two of my friends and brother all attending in the last month. Thank Pall Mall

really good experience here.came in for mole removal and assessment. within 2 days I got an appointment (they did offer the same day but I was away with my kids when I rang to enquire). soon as I arrived, really friendly receptionist.the doctor was really good, assured me it wasn't anything to worry about but sent it to the lab just to be on the safe side then the mole was removed and has healed really nicely. just got my results back a few hours ago and really pleased I'm all clear would recommend

I arranged to see Paddy the physiotherapist in relation to a recurring back problem I have had for several years. I was able to see him at a very convenient time, and very soon after my initial inquiry too. This helped a lot as I was in quite severe pain at times. The city centre location is very convenient too, and being on a Main Street made it very easy to find. Paddy was excellent. Very professional, well informed and broke down the information very well, so that I could understand the root of the problem easily. After describing my symptoms, we came to a diagnosis and after some quick back manipulation, which actually helped quite a lot in the short term. We then discussed treatment methods, both things for me to do at home, and a further course of treatment with Paddy. I've tried some of the ideas and they seem to be working so far. Finally, the overall care and attention of Pall Mall was great. The staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and were very kind to me while I was waiting, the receptionist Elliott even offered to make me a tea or coffee, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate in using Pall Mall again if I had any healthcare concerns.

10/10!!! This may be the first time I've ever made a review... and I'm 33 years old. I just happened to come across Pall Mall Medical on google as I needed a quick blood test doing for my job. They were the most competitive in price around the whole of Manchester so I went ahead and booked an appointment. They saw me the same day I enquiried and when I went there the place was immaculate and beautifully layed out. Just when I thought this would be the highlight of my experience, I then met my nurse(Cristina) who was just amazing! She was polite, extremely professional, reassuring (as I'm not a fan of needles) and most of all extremely good at her job. The size of the needle was huge and of all the times I've had this procedure done, this one was by far the easiest and pain free! She is by far Pall Mall Medicals biggest assets! My experience was so good that I told my family about the the staff and service and now Pall Mall will have all 6 of us for any of our medical needs, due to an amazing nurse and professional, easy service. We use Pall Mall every time we have a health issue with any staff onboard our boats. When you need rapid access to a GP clinic - morning, noon or night, Pall Mall are the only ones we can rely on to fit us in fast. We have limited time in port and one call is all it takes. Sam and Vlad are so nice whenever we need to book an appointment. Their doctors are polite and helpful, and we have had check ups, medicines or whatever we need done there and then. Would strongly recommend. Wanted to book an MRI scan and had been messed around on the NHS and at a couple of other local private places I read the great reviews online and my colleague had recommended pall mall in the past for wart removal i called up to enquire about a scan and their lovely doctor called me the same day to go over my medical history and most suitable option for mee after a couple of hours, the imaging department gave me a call and confirmed the date of my scan for the next day i went over to their hospital, had some lovely coffee whilst i waited. i arrived 30 minutes early as i dint want to get lost. they were great, the lady doing the scan was running ahead of schedule so she really kindly took me in for my scan 20 minutes before my booked time! the report came back a couple of days later and was really well detailed I would recommend 100% to all my friends and family

I have been visiting Pall Mall Medical for the past (approx.) 12 months. Staff are very friendly, communication is great and appointments have always been available when I have needed them. I was even given a free initial consultation by my dermatologist as I am set to be seeing him several times over the next 6 months (nice touch). After an initial consultation and a follow up appointment at Manchester, I went ahead with the planned surgery at Newton-Le-Willows. My first contacts at Pall Mall were Sara and Helen, both of whom were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. My surgeon Mr El Gawad - I really can't praise him enough! Apart from being an amazing surgeon, he's such a lovely, genuine man and you can tell how much he loves his work and making people happy. The treatment I received from everyone that I met, from start to finish - Ward nurses Maxine & Stephanie, Theatre nurses Carol & Leanne, Anaesthetist Dr Neeraj Sharma (my apologies to the ones who's names I can't recall) was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pall Mall Medical.

I attended Pall Mall for the Kenalog injection as this year I suffered with Hayfever so severely. Previous to having the Kenalog injection for around a month I was having sleepless nights, constant running nose and eyes and itching eyes and throat. My appointment with Pall Mall ran very smoothly, very short waiting time in a clean reception with extremely friendly staff and I was shown to the doctors room. Once in the room with Dr McCulloch, he was very professional, yet friendly. He answered all question I had, making me feel at ease. The injection was very quick and painless and it was done. My Hayfever symptoms eased the very next day, within the next week al my symptoms had gone and now whilst there are people suffering with dreaded Hayfever, I feel so grateful to Pall Mall that I can live a normal life through summer and enjoy the sun. I phoned the clinic for an urgent appointment after looking for a kids specialist for my son who is 6.I was seen today same day and I was very very relieved. I had been worrying my self to no end. Dr Dixit from the moment he met my son created a good rapport. Not only with my 6 year old but also 9 near old putting us all at ease. His friendly professional approach went a long way. He understood my worries as an over protective mum and any time I apologised for being so he said it was OK. He never once made me feel silly but logically and medically addressed every concern I had about my precious son. He also looked at diet lifestyle and also family history of myself and my son. He also looked at issues I was worried about from a behavioural point of view. He had a natural ability to make both kids laugh while doing his job and extract the info if needed from on son too not just me. Trust me not a lot of Drs do. It made him feel included too. He did not rush anything.from after care point of view he reassured me of next steps and what to look out for in terms of symptoms. I would highly recommend this lovely gentleman if you have any concerns about your children. Thank you Dr Dixit , I think I may sleep tonight

Superb clinic here and hospital in St Helens. Had really good care through my gynaecomastia surgery. Nurses were excellent and really looked after me. Room was spotless and had a TV too! Surgery went well and ive had follow up appointments to see the Surgeon and Nurses regularly too. Nearly fully healed, barely see any scaring and love my new flatter chest. No need to feel embarrassed with my top off anymore. Mr Krishnan was top class, thanks to all the staff too. Highly recommend Pall Mall Cosmetics.

when you walk in, you appear to be in a palace, the staff are very nice and helpful, the radiologist was very patient and made you feel comfortable. The nurse was wonderful , she had hands of a fairy, i didnt feel any jabbing of the needle with the blood test, she was very considerate of my feelings, i think that is very important to make you feel at ease. All in all it felt like i went for an expensive cup of tea with some friends.

Booked in for the Kenalog Hay Fever Injection on Thursday last week - It was amazing and not painful at all. It has only been 3 days and my brain fog has cleared and my runny nose, itchy eyes and sore throat all but gone. Last week I was stuck working in my house and now I feel I can go out again and play with my son in the garden. Clinic was convenient in the city centre, I got a same-day appointment on my lunch break and the GP and staff were friendly and helpful. Even got a free coffee! Been here for two Psa tests. Results came back by e mail in 24 hours and 4 hours. Incredible. You can see your psa score to two decimal places. They do not insist you see a Doctor so reasonably priced. Nursing and reception staff all very pleasant and competent. (NHS fantastic but waited one month for results of my last hospital based psa test). Coming here saved me a lot of stress waiting for my results.

How can I say this other than amazingly brilliant. I am a 54 year old woman and had a sagging Joel that left me always looking sad when relaxed. I was nervous at having a facelift and did extensive research to find a highly accredited surgeon with experience and was delighted to find Mr Gawad who was easy to get to. It's only 9 days since my surgery. I have had NO bruising. Very little pain and Mr Gawad was skilled enough to use dissolvable sutures well hidden. I'm up and about with a fantastic face lift. My eyes look better and less saggy also with a more youthful neck. The staff were also helpful at Pall Mall who were very thorough and now enjoy a fantastic facelift.
