Wow what a fantastic service, quick ,painless and a great price. I used the 20% October discount Do not use anyone else, use pinna clear in urmston for great customer service interaction and extremely friendly service. Forget the copuruts and stay local. Took 15 minutes for the procedure and also a friendly chat didn't feel rushed and very relaxing. No pain and feeling 100% better. Highly recommended. 100% amazing service Next door to cheeky cherubs. What can I say my mum has dementia and was going deaf and the lack of communication was having a detrimental effect on her heath. I waited for months for the doctor to help eventually saying it’s wax she needs olive oil in her ears for a few weeks and the wax syringing The doctors provided the olive oil but not the syringing so I decided to go private. I contacted Pinnaclear ear care on the Tuesday and the wax was removed on the Wednesday This is a true 5 star service.

Had an amazing experience. I booked at 1am in the morning because I had blocked both ears completely by trying to use a bulb/oil wax remover from boots (as well as those twisty things off ebay). Got same day 11:35am appointment, and not far from me! Easily accessible from Trafford Bar tram stop. I was kind of nervous because of the last time I had ear wax microsuction, the guy was a bit more brutal but the woman I saw here was lovely. She explained everything and let me know every step of the process what she was doing, how it would feel, how far along it was. It was relatively painless! There was only one part where the wax was super close to my eardrum but she was super careful, let me know and did it very gently as well as got it all. Couldn't be happier!! I really hope more people go here and she can expand into a bigger room. Super satisfying and now I can hear the world.
