M. T.I have an ongoing condition and Dr Newbery and Dr Power have gone above and beyond in their care for me. Couldn't recommend them more! I'm extremely glad to have a doctor I can trust by my side through my illness. It is truly invaluable to me.

K. M.I had a bad experience with this practise. But the way this practise and the lady named Gifty at the reception handled my query and sorted the things out was commendable. Really appreciate that. I registered myself to this practise online. So after a week of the registration, I called the practise if I am registered. They said I am no longer registered because I haven't submitted the requisite proofs. In reality, I had uploaded the documents online and they approved and I got the mail that I am registered. But somehow there was a problem. I was misguided by someone to get all my proofs in person and then the process will move on. I went to the practise, the other lady said there was no need to come here. She asked me to upload the documents online. So I did it again and finally got myself registered. Then I took an appointment for my daughter's vaccination. When I went to the hospital, at the said date, the nurse said she has no records of my daughter's vaccination. The vaccinations are already done long back. She was very polite and helpful. After couple of weeks, I enquired about the record, the receptionist said I have to come the practise with my id proof and only then they can tell. I am on regular medication so I wanted to speak to my gp asap. When I tried to make an appointment, I got to know that I am no longer registered to this practise. I enquired about that on phone and again they asked me to visit the practise. I was very much upset and decided not to get registered again but to some other practise nearby my house. I read very good reviews of this practise and decided to give it a last try. Finally I went to the practise with my id proofs where I met Gifty at the reception. I was very much annoyed about all this but the way she handled the query and guided me, I was calm and again got myself registered to this practise. So finally after all this I got call from my GP, De Rachel. She us very helpful and friendly.
Sorry for the long review but wanted to make sure this helps to other people.

M. S.I’ve been coming to this place mainly for my midwife’s appointments, always came across helpful staff, which is much appreciated! There was couple of delays but I understand it can’t be helped at the busy antenatal clinic. Waiting room is small and it can get a bit warm there, could do with cool water dispenser and regular airing. Thanks for the service you provide!
