This is the best GP if you wish to have an urgent appointment. Even during covid you can speak to the doctor between 11-12am without making any previous appointment! Such a relief for people have young children. Doctors are friendly and reception staff works really hard. They deserve some good feedbacks. Well done and thank you.

Every time I have needed medical assistance, the receptionists at The Docs have responded to my online form within a day or two and given me quick access to a medical professional. Both the Nurse and the Doctor I have seen (Dr Athina Pagiataki) have been so kind and helpful. At my previous GP surgery, I had to wait weeks for an appointment so I just gave up going but here I can actually get help quickly and resolve any issues. Thank you!

First class treatment at The Docs ( as usual ) Requested an appointment in the morning and was telephoned back to arrange it in the afternoon . Was seen by a very pleasant new doctor , Diane Lyon , who was a pleasure to deal with . I always find the team @ The docs very helpful & professional - keep up the good work !

I've been with this surgery for many years and the quality of care I've always received is outstanding. I've had a number of issues including physical and requiring surgery through to mental health. No matter what the problem has been there has always been great care provided to me. The reception staff are, friendly, warm and welcoming. All in all the best doctors surgery that I've been registered to.

Excellent staff, receptionists, doctor's and nurses alike. Have gone above and beyond their duty of care in explaining my health matters. Though it can get busy, I haven't been to a doctor's which is not overly busy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

I’ve been here for 11 years now and think it’s a superb practise. Really friendly reception staff, a brilliant practise nurse who’s really lovely.... and apart from one GP the rest have always been brilliant.... I don’t go often but in the main have been extremely satisfied. Never had to wait longer for an appointment and usually got to see the GP I asked for..... will definitely not be changing practises. Thank you all you wonderful people 👍🏻

I've been registered here for a while and the nurses, doctors and reception staff have always been great and really caring. It can sometimes take a couple of tries to get through on the phone in busy periods but appointments have always been available.

I’ve only ever had good experiences here! I’m registered as a patient and always get seen to straight away. The doctors, nurses and receptionist are all really lovely, and the walk in service is brilliant (I once came on the wrong day for my appointment and was still seen within half an hour). Strongly recommend!

About a million times better than my previous doctor's. Receptionists polite and caring and even call you back! Very happy with my new doctor and the nurse I've seen. At my last surgery all patients were treated like an all round inconvenience. So I am impressed.

I don’t understand the negative reviews about this practice. Maybe people expect too much from a free at point of care health service?! The docs offer instant telephone consultations with a GP from 11am every day, same-day emergency appointments if you need to see a GP urgently, and same/next week appointments for less urgent matters. Everyone I’ve dealt with is professional, efficient, friendly and helpful.

The best doctor's surgery I've ever been to. Everyone I've seen has been so understanding, listened to my views and we worked out treatment/prescriptions together, instead of them dictating it like I've had in other places. It's a personal approach and it makes a huge difference. I've moved now so once my current treatment is complete I will have to change surgeries after 3 years of care, and I am not looking forward to leaving.

An absolute fantastic surgery, from the warm and friendly greeting you get from the receptionist to the brilliant service provided my the Drs and Nurse Practitioners here. While the doctors and nurses are really nice, it is a pain to get through. I'm calling since Friday last week (it is now Wednesday) and nobody bothers to pick up the phone (calling 5 times/day, during open hours and let ring for like a minute). I remember actually being in the clinic a few times where they just let the phone ring while chatting about their weekend..

I've had mixed experiences here but generally they have been very good (This has been my GP for 10 years). The nurse I see in particular is exceptional. I had one bad experience with a junior doctor who seemed to be googling symptoms when I needed to know if my daughter had slap cheek, which I could have done at home, and also one occasion when I was told my symptoms seemed viral but they would give me antibiotics anyway. In ten years those are the only minor complaints I would have. Matt Joslin is very well informed and helpful as are a couple of other doctors I've seen less frequently. I think the other reviews seem unfair, this is a really inclusive, open and busy practice in the heart of the gay village and I doubt any other practice is as welcoming.

I've always had a great experience here. The staff are great (Wendy and Rebecca especially). Reception staff were patient when I was trying to book all sorts of different appointments I needed on different dates

Went with my partner to see the doctor and I was disgusted by how uninterested in the appointment the doctor seemed, she really did seem like she'd rather be anywhere else but there... shut down a few of the areas of discussion that took and still takes up a lot of her thoughts and adds to worries and stresses.. Nurse is lovely though and more empathetic and calming than the doctor will ever be! Only reason that this isn't a 1/5

what a caring bunch these people are, they have walk-ins every morning and you can ring each day for repeat prescriptions, the receptionist know us by names and recognise our voices when we fone, this is the best, bar far, doctors surgery in Greater Manchester
