K. M.I’m not registered with this GP practice, however I had a procedure at the minor surgery department there, almost two weeks ago. My experience was excellent; very clean, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient and the two members of staff that performed the minor surgery were exceptional - made me feel at ease, explained the procedure which eased my nervousness, and they really cared about how I was feeling, very supportive, friendly and highly skilled and proficient to perform the minor surgery. I was given clear and constructive aftercare advice when I left, I even received an ‘I was brave’ chocolate treat! Lovely touch! Would highly recommend the minor surgery department at The Willows. Thank you! 🙂

B. M.Today I had a small mole removed by the superb ladies at the Willows, Lesley and Harriet. They both put me at ease and were so knowledgeable, it was so reassuring that these two fine individuals are on top of their game.

G.Extraordinary specialists medical procedure, the greater part of the gathering staff are incredible (You generally get one who has an off day), however cant flaw the specialists, attendant or senior medical caretaker expert, in every case well disposed, accommodating and exceptionally proficient. Additionally you can really get an arrangement in a sensible time span
S. T.I was happy with the Respectable Dr Amin , Dr Rogers before her , and Drs Gould and Gibb over the Years , but Receptionist has taken me off the the Doctors Register because I've now live 1.3 miles West of Weaste down the Eccles New Road . I've been Gentrified by the Doctors Receptionist !
D. B.After seeing the last review on here I just had to comment. I have been at this practice for at least 8 years and none of that review rings true with me. Reception staff are always really friendly, courteous and helpful and happy to help you. I have seen a few doctors and the nurse in my time as a patient here and do not feel I have ever been treated shoddily. Recently I have had quite a few appointments for a complaint that I must add was investigated straight away (sent to hospital) and diagnosed within a couple of weeks. There is only one downside here and that is the dated building, but I'd rather be treated as a person in older surroundings than a number in a new shiny building. This is a small but very friendly and efficient practice in my opinion.
K. M.Just signing up to the surgery, so can't comment on much. But the reception staff are so lovely! I've spoken to them a few times, once before signing up and a few times since because I made a little mistake in not reading the online patient registration properly. Lovely ladies on Reception, I've never been treated so nicely :)
d. s.Great doctors surgery, most of the reception staff are great (You always get one who has an off day), but cant fault the doctors, nurse or senior nurse practitioner, always friendly, considerate and very professional. Plus you can actually get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe
