The best doctors I've ever had, they're so efficient and consistent. Their online services are so well thought out and easy to use. They get back to you very quickly and always let you know how long you might have to wait for a response. Their staff are friendly and helpful, the chemist is attached to the practice. The building is clean, easy to find and spacious. They have actually solved problems for me. Fairly central, but quiet and peaceful location. Public transport access is quite good, 4 minutes walk from New Islington tram stop.

My experience with Dr. Greenlaw was great. However, It takes ages to get in touch with the reception which isnt fun when you are sick and then after waiting for an hour they just ask you to fill a form online and then reply without even reading whats in the form so have to wait in queue for another hour to talk to reception who just wont connect me to the doctor. I guess they’re asking people to use the form because of having lots of calls for covid in the past but it will just be easier and quicker for everyone if they could just sort it out on the phone instead of a constant back and forth.Its like talking to a machine instead of a human that’s just following a script. But telling sick patients to go to the practice website in every instance is a bit ridiculous. Some changes in procedure and administration could be made.

My Doctor is the best Dr Greenlaw She is very thorough, I have been unwell for many years and has sent me for multiple tests scans etc she’s always phones me personally to see how I’m doing and how the medication is working. I just feel she always goes the extra mile. Ensuring her patient s are in good health.

Edited 3 starts to 5. The 3 starts were given because it was hard to get in touch with the practice (1*) but once you got through you received superb treatment (5*). I'm changing the score as I believe the team has been doing better at making themselves available to their patients (at least in my experience). Plus, the doctors are really engaged and give you enough attention to help you resolve your issues. They are a really good example of how a GP practice can operate.

This is the best practise I have been to. They have a great online website which allows you to book appointments or just ask your doctor or the receptionist a question, responses are usually quite fast. Every nurse and doctor I've interacted with has been a pleasant experience. Absolutely recommend! If the practise sees this please give Dr. Daniel Hedwat a raise, he's possibly the best doctor I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

Great practice, unfortunately I have many things wrong health wise and due to terrible doctors in the past and covid and flu causing me to have asthma. I'm usually having a phone call with mine weekly, I have terrible anxiety tho and always apologise for the many appointments but they are really lovely and understanding and put my mind at ease! Can't fault them and appreciate them greatly!

Cannot put into words how brilliant this doctors is! If you live in this area I couldn't recommend them more. They are so efficient, kind and caring. You will not meet better receptionists, doctors and nurses. If I could give them more than 5* I would!!!

This surgery is absolutely incredible. After a poor experience at another surgery I was shocked at the difference. Over the past year the doctors at the surgery have been helpful, attentive and always call to discuss results and see how you are getting on with a prescription. Unfortunately I moved out of Manchester so had to change surgery but would highly recommend! I mainly dealt with Dr Claire Letham and she is a fantastic doctor.
