Reviews of Woodlands Medical Practice
A. L.My partner and I moved to the area last year and Woodlands medical practice has been such a lovely change to our previous GP surgery. The receptionists in particular are so lovely and friendly and genuinely helpful where ever they can be, which has not always been our experience elsewhere. The doctors have also been really good - especially in sending referrals efficiently when needed and liaising with specialist healthcare teams. Very LGBTQ+ friendly, and somewhere we would be sad to leave behind if we ever moved out of the area.
C. W.Receptionist is rude and unhelpful, wasn't until I prompted for more info that I was told I didn't need an appointment for my query, as she didn't ask initially that could have been wasted time for me and the doctor and valuable time that another patient might have needed. Dr MaFat is lovely, shame he is no longer working there. Other doctors and nurses I have seen are good also.
T. B.Agree with previous post. Some receptionists give the impression that they're being bothered and inconvenienced by enquiring to book an appointment. They don't answer phone either. When you finally do get an appointment the doctors are fine.

Dr Chishti and the reception team are superb, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
