As a busy working mum, with no time for myself, I’d lost confidence in how my face was ageing. I was spending too much money on the latest skincare products that didn’t make any long term difference and realised there was no magic cream or serum that could produce the results I craved. I’m skeptical, afraid of pain and too scared to go under the knife as that usually results in painful recovery. So having procrastinated about cosmetic enhancements, I’d almost accepted that this was how I was destined to look. Then R3 came highly recommended, they offered just what I needed with non-surgical treatments and no downtime recovery at all. Don’t get me wrong, I’d conducted a lot of research on companies offering similar enhancements but what I had struggled to find was evidence of qualified cosmetic practitioners. Dr Sood at R3 is a qualified and trusted doctor, this gave me confidence that I would be in safe hands. I can’t stress enough how important this is to me, she’s an expert in her field with proven results and understands how and why the muscles and skin work and react the way they do. So my decision was to book in for two treatments, one on my forehead wrinkles and the other on the area under my chin/neck. Dr Sood explained the treatments, how they would work, the results that I could expect to see over the next few days and gave me advice tailored to my issues. She understood my requirements, that I wanted to look natural, refreshed and to look the best I can without looking fake. The process to reduce my forehead wrinkles was quick and unbelievably painless for me, as was the double chin/neck treatment, yes I could feel this one a little more but for me it wasn’t pain only a little discomfort. Well the results are absolutely amazing and after 24hrs I could clearly see the start of improvements. After 7 days I had no forehead wrinkles at all and my double chin had reduced. After a further 3 days my double chin was reduced by half and continuing to tighten my jowl area, neck lines and the fat under my chin was almost gone. I will continue with the treatments that I had and have already booked in to try the new hooded eyelid removal too. The results are amazing, I feel more confident and I’m not wasting any more money on my previous skincare products. I highly recommend R3 and Dr Sood, I’ve given a 5 star review but would have given 10 stars if they were available.

I had been looking at PRP treatment for hair loss for a while as my hair was very thin at the front and bald at the top. I looked at PRP, as the downtime needed for other solutions is just not feasible for me, as I have to travel a lot for work and I wanted something that would have little or no downtime and would be undetectable by people that I meet on a regular basis. I also wanted a natural result with my hair to match my age. In September 2021, I finally booked an appointment with R3 Aesthetics. Dr. Sood was able to see me for an initial consultation in just a few days and explained the procedure and the method used, with technology and equipment from France and Switzerland for quality and precision. Dr. Sood is an experienced professional with a clinic that is pristine. I felt very comfortable talking to her, and listening to her advice, so booked a course of PRP treatments at monthly intervals. I also booked a course of hair care treatments, using a product from a Swiss clinic, which provides extra vitamins for hair health between each PRP treatment. The following week I had my first PRP treatment. Dr. Sood was very patient with me and the whole procedure, including taking blood, centrifuging it and the PRP injections, was completed within an hour. Two weeks later I had the hair care treatment which was similar to the PRP but, as no blood sample is needed, the whole process is a bit shorter. I also needed no downtime following the treatments as after keeping my hair dry for 24 hours before washing it you could not notice that any treatment had been performed. Both the PRP and haircare treatments are quite intensive and are not painless. Dr. Sood advised to try some pain relief, which I did, and it made a big difference to me at the next sessions. For one appointment I had not consumed enough water prior to my PRP session so it was hard to take the blood sample, but Dr. Sood was very understanding and re-arranged the treatment date. After the second PRP treatment I could see new hairs growing. Now, after my fourth PRP treatment in December, the new hair growth is really noticeable. Overall, I am very pleased with the results from just four treatments and have decided to continue with some more monthly PRP treatments, to get the maximum benefit possible. After that I will have the maintenance PRP treatments every few months. I would recommend anyone with hair loss or thinning hair to visit R3 Aesthetics and try PRP, as it does produce results.

Would not hesitate to recommend Ruchi. Good explanation before and after treatments and good follow up. I have sensitive skin and despite some bruising (which cannot be avoided) I healed really well. The treatments have been a great confidence booster.

I visited R3 Aesthetics for the first time investigating Cosmetic treatments. After reading all the reviews I was happy to make a consultation booking with Ruchi. My husband came too! I was very impressed at the consultation and the environment in which it took place. Ruchi, was incredibly patient answering all my husbands concerns and I am very excited by her gentle and calming nature and that she is very professional and experienced too. I have booked my first appointment for tear trough fillers and also botox at the same time as I feel very confident in Ruchi's approach to making sure that I get the results that will make me feel comfortable with and not pressured into. The prices are reachable too and not Harley Street costs. I feel that this wont be my first or last appointment! Looking forward to a new fresher face me. So,I thought that I would update the review after the treatment and things settled down. So the above still stands correct - Ruchi was great. It was the treatment that has put me off probably ever having it again! I had tear trough fillers & botox. Now I had mentioned that I was worried about the deep injections as I had watched endless videos on this on Youtube, so asked for numbing cream around the troughs. This was put on and then what seemed only a few minutes later I was gritting my teeth and experiencing the most intense pain below my eyes as the canula/catheter was shunted into the muscles under my eyes. It felt like thrusting a metal skewer through a raw potatoe! It hurt like hell. So much so that I said that it was hurting. Ruchi apologised and carried on. After the gel was put into the troughs, Ruchi then forcefully run her fingertips along the site and pushed hard to even the substance out she said. That was unbearable as the pressure was so incredibly hard and painful but had to be done?! After both troughs being extremely painful then it was to the Botox on my forehead and crows feet. Again very sharp stings and painful expecially around the eyes. After it was all done I got in the car, my husband was waiting and I said Never again! One of my eyes over the next few days turned into a bruised eye of many colours the other eye seemed very puffy - but Ruchi said that the puffiness was expected. After several days everything calmed down, but my husband noticed that one tear trough was larger than the other and slightly full looking or swollen. I contacted Ruchi who assured me that it would settle. Now we are 6 months down the line and everything has worn off as it does but the fuller trough still comes back like a small sack of fluid. I hope that this will disolve over the next 6 months and return to its usual state. So.....maybe I am a whimp but this was the most painful thing I subjected myself too and I am someone who can manage pain normally. I wont be having this done again.... here.
