R. M.Moved back to area in May. Have needed to speak to docs a few times. Response times have been excellent. Phone consultations have been convenient with in-person follow-up when necessary. I guess phone consultations aren’t great for everyone but, being home-based, we’ve found them much better than sitting in a crowded waiting room. Listening to the same, tedious recorded messages when trying to phone through is not great but docs, para-practitioner and nurses have been great once that minor hurdle is passed.
J. K.We have recently moved to the area and we're surprised, that despite the lock down, the practice still operated on telephone calls. Every time me or my husband called, we received calls within 2-3 hours, sometimes sooner from doctors. We have special thanks to Dr George as she has always been very kind, understanding, patient and helpful with us. Great GP surgery and amazing experience, thank you!
S. W.Great practice. Can ring up in the morning and get appointment same day. Most people I speak to have to wait weeks for an appointment, so makes a big difference. Nurses are all nice, and there is one receptionist that is really lovely, forgot her name though! The Dr's I ahve dealt with are really good, Dr Nasiri, Dr Puri, and Dr Parmar are superb- really attentive and follow through. Would definitely recommend:)
G. O.Was lucky enough to register with the practice when I came to Milton Keynes 9 years ago. They are very professional and and responsive to patient needs. The surgery usually provides a first come first served service and offer same day appointments if one rings in the morning, which is a very fair system. I wouldnt move anywhere else if I could.
K. A.Today I had such a good experience. They were so helpful and made me feel calm and relaxed throughout the whole experience. I called to book a consultation and I was called back in no time. The paramedic (Tom) was listening to me and all of my concerns, taking notes and confirming what I was saying and then informed me that I’ll be contacted to book a blood test. They called me again within 30 minutes and I was booked for the test on the same day. The nurse who took the blood was also lovely, kept talking to me to take my mind away. They made me feel so good about asking for help and took away any worries about dealing with any issues going forward - I had a really bad experience from the previous surgery I was registered at, which stopped me from visiting the surgery and getting the regular, necessary health checks that I needed.
P. H.I have been registered with the practice for 36 years. In that time both my husband and I have been treated, reassured and where necessary referred by this superb practice. All the staff treat patients with compassion, respect and expertise.
I feel so vey fortunate to be part of their large, diverse patient base. Thank you all
A. F.Absolutely lovely doctors surgery! I registered there this week and am so glad I did! Reception staff are brilliant, made space for me (that they didn’t really have time for) for an appointment to fit around my work schedule. Waiting time was very short, nice waiting area plenty of seats so no one is left standing. I saw Dr Puri and I can 100% honestly say I’ve never met a kinder more welcoming doctor in my life! Usually I fear going to the doctor as I hate it but I would happily see him any time! So polite and caring! 11/10 stars

I. I.it is possible to reuse syringes for vaccination of children. they prepare the vaccine syringe before calling you in. leave them on the tray without a lid on the needle.
