Great little shop really. Usually I order online for C&C as stock goes fast in the shop but today I found all I wanted there, bonus. Staff usually helpful during office hours, but outside of those times they act like you are in the way. I guess they are expected to both run and restock the whole shop at the same time. Pharmacy in the back of store is very good.

I went to this store today to have a blood test, that I booked via a third party. The lady who took my sample was amazing, friendly and chatty. I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't realise they offered this service and she totally put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the medical services they offer to my friends and family. The lady who took the bloods is a great asset to your store. Thank you.

I went in to go to the pharmacy before Christmas to get a prescription that I needed after I'd been to the walk in centre and the pharmacist checked the stock to see if they had what I needed and they didn't but he ordered it in and it was there the next day ready to be picked up. I went there about 2 weeks ago to the pharmacy to get another prescription after I'd been to accident and emergency the night before. They didn't have what I needed this time but both of the pharmacists were very helpful and checked the stock to see weather they had the items I needed.

Went in for first time since way b4 first lockdown and I'm impressed by the happy helpful staff, the wide Isle and the products are good and reasonably priced. Will visit again soon. Masks are required but you don't mind that.

I have never had issues with the pharmacy here, the main Pharmacist, Sadaf is just the nicest person ever. Providing private areas, great advice, remembers your name and ALWAYS has a beautiful smile to great each customer. 10/10 best pharmacy in CMK.

The customer service was really good at the main tills and the staff are very kind, however a member of staff at the beauty bar inside the Superdrug was absolutely horrible. The woman’s ( staff member) name is Rashpal and she was very disrespectful to my mother (who doesn’t know much English). She gave no respect to my mother and for the whole day my mother and I had felt disgusted by how rude she was to us. I have never seen anyone be that rude to a customer and that was my first time seeing someone talk horribly to my mum. I felt disgusted by the way she spoke to us, as well as she was speaking in another language to her co worker that made us feel even more uncomfortable. I left the store without saying anything and I regret it but, to all people, I say this if that person disrespects you, you have to stand up to them.
